mama ray took amazing care of us, she made us feel just at home, giving us excellent service, throwing away our tray, asking if we wanted refills, letting us know anything we need she gots it and she did! including getting us a container for our leftovers, mama ray is the sweetest person ever and we will be back just for her!!!! yall got a good person shake shack, I wish she worked at my restaurant.

The seasonal shake - Liberty I think the name , was incredible.<br>As someone who’s basically a regular at the Dubai location — they don’t even have this one there. And honestly, it was so good.<br><br>The Frozen Custard selection was surprisingly simple: just vanilla and chocolate.<br>Both were delicious, though the taste did feel a little different from Dubai’s version somehow. Less of that buttery creamy flavor — or maybe that was just me noticing details too much.<br><br>And the staff were genuinely kind.<br>Especially the lady who brought me my order on May 7 — she had the kindest eyes.

Jade was an absolute doll! She recommended the new burger and it hit! She was super attentive and definitely the first time I’ve encountered a sweet service worker at a shake shack: the place is clean too. Recommend this location

Employees were amazing! Went above and beyond for us to make our experience exceptional. Also, of course the food was spectacular.

The food reveals culinary expertise and service runs without flaws. I'm utterly impressed by this restaurant! A light meal with fresh ingredients and tangy lemon sauce. The workers here make helpful suggestions. My social circle looks forward to coming back.

Store is very nice, great vibes and space, the drinks are amazing, but the self order process makes service non existent just getting your food in the table and that’s it.<br><br>Found the fries over salted, avocado addition to be minimal and the burger to be very average not a lot of taste.

Horrible, this was the third time ordering from Shake Shack and was served cold, stale, and salty food . The fries were extremely salty and had a weird, bitter taste. The grilled cheese bun looked horrible, smelled old,tasted very salty from the excessive cheese on it, and the shake was overly sweet. I believe it was a high-blood-pressure, diabetes , and heart attack meal that cost $20 . I dumped everything into the trash.

Not a fan of the Thai tea shake, but the other ones are solid! The truffle shroom smash burger is a flavor bomb. 😋<br>Especially liked the staff (Mama Raye + friends), she was kind and offered to replace the shake with a different one. Also liked the cleanliness and open space.

We stopped by and ordered take out. For online orders, I chose complimentary avocado bacon burger<br>to regular truffle mashroom burger. For an additional almost $5 you get ridiculously small portion of french fries. To me burgers were not tasty, neither were fries, kind of greasy. Overall, the food is edible but I wouldn't go back. On the plus side, the service was fast.

Sooo tasty Burgers… had the double truffle burger and Parmesan Truffle Fries… amazing. Mama Ray … Our waiter… was so friendly with a hearty service… Best waiter ever in NY… Food was finger liking good as hell!

is ideal for a relaxed snack after a day of shopping. Centrally located and easy to reach on foot and by subway. One of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. The staff are also very friendly and dedicated. simply recommendable.

I had tried Shake Shack before in London, and I thought it was just ok, but this was something else! Burgers were absolutely delicious, juicy and tasty, the potato bun was super soft and tasted really nice. The cheese was so melted that, as I had the double one, was all mixed with the meat and the sauce. It was also more filling than expected. We also shared one cheesy fries that had lots of sauce and you could refill the soft drinks. Two double burgers, one fries and two drinks was 30$. Not bad for New York and considering the quality and quantity. It was also around Halloween when we visited and the store had amazing decorations.

Great customer service! Great job at maintaining the place really clean! Always a solid burger . You get what you pay for. Quick efficient service at a fast casual burger shack! What else can we say. Great food, great burger, great chicken, great fries!

Great burger and fries in a very stylish and new place with an innovative ordering-system.<br>The order was placed by myself on an tablets-screan, getting a recipe and buzzer.<br>After the order had to be picked up at the pick up point. It took them around 10 minutes to prepare my order. The restaurant had plenty of sitting possibilities which are also popular. However, people also order to take things out.<br>The burger, fries and drink were fresh and delicious. Perhaps one of the best burger from a burger-chain.<br>Service was quick, attentive and mostly friendly.<br>Really enjoyed this ordering and eating experience there. Thanks
