Shake Shack New Hyde Park

I placed my order for pickup and drove a long distance to this location. While I was there, I also purchased an additional order of fries.<br>Unfortunately, after I got home, I discovered that the fries were not fresh. They had a bitter taste and seemed as though they had been sitting for a long time. My child ate some of them and later complained of a stomachache.<br>The burger was also disappointing and did not meet the quality I normally expect from Shake Shack.<br>Because I had already driven a considerable distance home, returning to the restaurant was not practical. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and reputation of the brand. I hope management reviews its food quality and freshness standards at this location.

Clean, well lit, but cozy. Food is made to order and delicious. During lunch hours this place gets super packed. Great for grab and go between 12 and 1:30pm. Seating availability is not guaranteed so plan ahead and keep an eagle eye out for customers finishing up their meals if you want to enjoy your food at this loaction. Filtered water is currently unavailable (this review is from 04/06/2026). Customer service is great. Self-service counter and fountain drink machine is kept clean and tidy.

Great Shake Shack location. Food is always fresh and made correctly. Staff are very friendly & attentive.<br><br>Love the seasonal and ever-changing menu.. specially the shakes!

First time bad experience the French fries were cold bacon undercooked and the place was empty. But i will be back, no food industry is perfect every day. This was my first ever bad experience after 2yrs of coming here.

they are kidding. I liked shack shack because burger here is like as picture shows but not anymore.<br><br>go to rock star chicken in food bazzar. you will find chiacken sandwitch in the picture

I didn't like their limited time only K-shack chicken bites. The K-shack shake was weird. But I love that they still have onion rings on the menu. My avacado bacon burger really hit the spot, as always. And the cheesy fries have never let me down. Love the lemonade mixers - and whoever had the idea that popping boba makes everything better - deserves a raise!

I ordered the fries at 11clock. They gave yesterday one which just fried again, I don’t know why they keep yesterday leftover and offer customer this kind of quality food… so disappointed..

I think this one in nhp must be one of the best locations. Suepr clean and organized. The lady in front of thr counter truly is on top of her game. We'll no need to say best burgers in the fast food chains 😋

The employees at this location are pretty great I frequent here often every time I have an appt tbh which is at least 3x in a month so it’s safe to say I’m a slight regular! Matter of fact I don’t eat at any other shack! No ppl skills his demeanor seems dry and unconcerned very much so take it or leave it attitude basically the GM sucks! So the employees are more than willing to be helpful yet he oan is not! So go here and enjoy the food always good and fresh even pick up if you’re near but don’t be in a pickle or in need of any kind or even a few cents short ! The man who has the say so to help WONT!

Shake Shack, Union Square – NYC Essential<br><br>Let me be brutally honest: if you leave New York without hitting Shake Shack at Union Square, you’ve officially failed at life.<br><br>That crispy, juicy, smash-grilled patty, dripping with cheddar, nestled in a soft, pillowy bun—it’s cheeseburger perfection. Seriously, it doesn’t get better than this.<br>The beverage Fifty-Fifty was too blend and mild for me. I would recommend a Diet Coke, not the famous 50/50.<br><br>And yes, if my stomach had been a little bigger, I would’ve eaten two. Don’t even question it. This is one of those rare burgers that demands your full attention, bite after glorious bite.<br><br>MUST GO! Seriously.

The burgers here can be a hit or miss sometimes. The patties for shake shack are supposed to be smashed for extra mallard effect (the crusty brown bits that are the most delicious parts...)<br><br>I've eaten here about 5 times, and 2 times the patties were more like white Castle In terms of meat flavor and texture.<br><br>Service wasn't great. They weren't "rude" but more nonchalant. Like they didn't give 2 cents about making people happy, even when it comes down to putting your food on a tray.<br><br>Their fries were still good most times at least.<br><br>Atmosphere was lackluster compared to some of their locations. There were spilled drinks all over, nobody cared. Nobody wiped a table.

Very great location for the shake shack the burgers and the shake milks are very delicious. I will recommend this place to anyone who wanna try amazing burger

Have stopped at this shake shack many times. I often find the chicken sandwiches and burgers are quite messy and always fall apart but the flavor is always good. Most recent trip solely for the Dubai chocolate shake and it was well worth the stop, definitely recommend.

App ordering was very smooth and easy to order. Employee was very nice and greeting me when i came to pick up my order. The smoke shak was excellent, they were doing a BOGO at the time of ordering around $10 so two for the price of one. Good quality burger and sitting environment was comfortable. There were other promotions like Friday free fries and etc which is a great way to get people into the door. Would come again!

We got 5 truffle burgers and every single one was delicious. We ordered pickup for lunch and the burgers were double patties and very delicious. The truffle deal is just so good and the food came relatively quick. Also, the restaurant had a lot of space still.
