I was charged double the amount on my online order here. I showed them the double charge before picking up my food, and they assured me they would refund me. Never happened. Despite going back twice, and being promised a refund by two different managers. I was told they could not refund it locally because it was placed online. I should have declined the charge to my card when it first happened, but I believed they would refund me. Lesson learned.
