I ordered one thing. A shake. I understood it was 10pm on a Saturday, so I expected a little wait. I DIDN'T expect a 15 minute wait for ONE shake. Fine, things happen, I work in a kitchen but my liberty shake was so full of sprinkles, I ATE sprinkles more than I slurped what was an otherwise delicious shake. No Bueno.

Some very great burgers! The price is a bit high for fast food but honestly very worth it. The location is great and service was very good as well. Highly recommend if you’re nearby.

Cold as ice inside (no heat). Burnt Onion rings, burnt small chicken cutlet sandwich. They were very nice to replace the onion rings for some fries. (But Burger King has better food on the next corner. Just too many homeless people’s in there).

FAST FRIES!<br>but rly, why do I have to wait 9min in line, tap 24 times and then get the just fries before I can even get a napkin and seat? you have 3 kiosks, 1 not working, and every order is a minimum of 9 taps. remove the transitions that take 1200ms and split the browse/cart screen so payment is always 1 tap away.<br>your ux is crazy town but fix and ppl might not leave before ordering *even though* you have only 2 working kiosks

Slowest service ever. Used kiosk and ordered to go on Wednesday around noon. There were 3 employees working, two female and a male. They all look miserable and worked at snail speed. I ordered a burger and fries and it took 25+ mins to get my order. There were barely any customers. Just watching them work is painful cause they look like they hate their jobs. I never seen a shake shack so sad. Ridiculous! Never again.

Finally got the courage to talk about this. I ordered food here and got food poisoned for two weeks. Never came here again or to any shake shack. Cannot trust them. This was a year ago.

I still think of how tasty the cheese sauce chips are here and milkshake. I miss NYC and can’t wait to eat here again. I tried the Shake Shack in London England but definitely does not taste as great as this Shake Shack in Brooklyn. Also the staff waitress staff were so friendly and welcoming.<br>It’s Brooklyn so the atmosphere wasn’t as great as the New York Centre City so 4/5 for that.

Worst experience ever. Extremely disappointed.<br>This is already the THIRD time I receive my order WITHOUT THE DRINK. How is this even possible?<br>Why are you cheating customers? Are you intentionally not putting drinks in the bag to save money? Do you think you can get rich by stealing from your guests?<br>Where is the manager of this restaurant? Why is there no control over your staff?<br>What’s unbelievable is that only THIS location works like this. Other locations are fine and do their job properly. Why can’t you control your employees?<br>Why do they lie to customers and send incomplete orders?<br>For the third time, my order arrived without the drink that I PAID for.<br>There was no drink inside the bag at all.<br>This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful.<br>I do NOT recommend this location. Check your orders carefully or better, avoid this place completely.

A really chill place with great food that manages to be filling despite the small size. The smash burger tastes a lot better than what you get a fastfood joints and the milkshake was pretty good too. The staff had a friendly vibe. Definitely recommend.

Ok here goes!!! I walk into this place for the very 1st time. I don’t eat fast foods regularly so I said let’s give this place a try. As I waited No one said anything to me and I’m by the counter approximately 5 minutes until I was approached by a worker that was passing on the outside. I immediately told her it was my very 1st time. I didn’t have to come in here because I just had CAVA and 2 Starbucks ice latte’s and I with my dumb self said let’s give them a try just because. I even had time to sign up on the app to check out what they had and I was the only customer at the order here sign. I like to look around & observe to make sure it’s clean so I looked to see how they operate in the back preparing the burgers. They had about 3 outside orders waiting at the time as well and about 3 customers at a table eating. After paying she handed me a number and said thank you. I waited and waited another 5 to 8 minutes. Now when I saw her bringing the order I said that’s mines because obviously I’m the only new customer. The woman passed me at the counter and walked behind me then shout the number “66”. Maybe she thought it was 666 I don’t know but the attitude was horrendous. So I open my hand to take it and she refuses to give me. Started shouting and speaking very loudly asking where am I sitting while rolling her eyes. Again I have never been in here ever!!! I chose a spot and she’s rolling her eyes and continuing to argue speaking very loud until another person intervene and asked her to come by them for something. How am I suppose to know I’m suppose to pick a place to sit and they serve you if no one told me. I’m in a fast food place I’m trying for the 1st time. Key point “I am a customer and without my money you won’t be here getting paid.” Your attitude is key when it comes to customer service regardless if you tired and want to go home or frustrated for your own personal problems. Show people respect especially when you depending on them to get paid. If you didn’t have to be there working you won’t be there working. I enjoyed burgers more I made at home!!! They just lost a 1st time customer!!! Even McDonald’s give wayyy better service. I’ve gotten better treatment from Mexicans, Whites, Italians, Indians but the minute I walk into a place like shake-shack and I see all black people they about to fight with me!!! Why?!!! Because I’m black and they assume!!! I guess I’m bringing down my own!!! And this person is suppose to be the manager as she claimed.<br>*Tip for the manager: excuse me I greatly apologize for the misunderstanding. Please allow me to bring your meal to a table of your choosing. It’s your very 1st time and we are a very customer friendly fast food joint willing to try and put a smile on your face before you even touch the food we created with smiles. Would you like to add anything else to your meal so you enjoy more? Again I greatly apologize. Thank you for your patience. Hope to see you again soon. 😉

After a long test day I wanted to get me a great burger so I decided to go to shake shake for one and tried their new barbecue bacon burger, which was good. You can never go wrong with shake shack!

Heard so many good reviews about this and tried, the taste was amazing but the fried chicken is bit oily, the store is always crowded, hard to get a seat 😝

The burger tastes great for a fast food smash burger, it is definitely one of the better ones that I have had. The waiting time was however too long. There were people in front of me taking forever to discuss who knows what and there seemed to be only one person taking orders despite some more people around. This could definitely be optimized. There were several lemonades to order from but I received something different than I ordered but it was ok so I didn't care but if you do, make sure that they get you what you ordered.
