Shake Shack Battery Park City

i loved the service and waiter named Alan was funny and kind also food was great

I visited this location twice back in April. The food was tasty and fresh. The shakes were also tasty and sweet; a comforting treat. Can't wait to visit again soon.

This visit definitely changed my mind about Shake Shack. First tried it in Philly, thought it was just okay. Decided to give it another try and the burgers were juicy without being overly greasy. Usually don't go for crinckle cut fries, but these were crispy on the outside and had a fluffy interior. Courteous staff. Would go again

Stopped here for lunch en-route to Brookfield Place shopping mall. There were no queues to order, the burgers were excellent, atmosphere great, but most of all the service was exceptional. The manager was really friendly, welcoming and attentive.<br>Would recommend and would return any time.

Bit crowded but, they treat you with respect. Black kid at the front was extremely polite, which is odd in my experiences... server bumped into me and was immediately very apologetic. Nice girl... it will be difficult to find a seat for 3+ people though.

It was my first time there, and what can I say, I was pleasantly surprised.<br>At first, I was a little overwhelmed at the ordering terminal, but I managed to figure it out in the end.<br>The food was absolutely delicious. Even some more expensive restaurants can't compete. You shouldn't even try to compare it to other fast-food chains.<br>If I have the opportunity again, I would be happy to come back.

I love a shake shack burger. Yes i do. And the fries. They're so good who needs ketchup. Not me. The servers are nice sweet. I felt like a person and not just a burger getter. Thank you. We all need to be seen.

Probably the better location. They don’t do orders at the counter but instead you can only do the orders on the computer/tablets—or at least I didn’t notice anyone taking orders at the counter. Because of this though, it limits customers to pay using tap/card. Location was ok in terms of atmosphere. A bit busy around lunch though.

I went to this location for a quick bite. Orders came out fast but the burgers were terrible and were not shake shack quality. I had a chicken burger that looked like it had been sitting out all day, with the lettuce that's black and the burger bun hard on the bottom. I won't be coming back to this location again

I always stop in to eat at Shake Shack before going to the movies. I honestly feel I get more for my dollar. The restaurant was a bit disorganized, I didn't know if it was a kiosk or serving at the counter. I couldn't find a number to use for my table. The employees must have been short staff. They didn't seem happy. Nonetheless, they were efficient in getting your food directly to your table. If you're going to go, try to get there before it gets busy.

Order on Tablet at night. The burger is tiny but very delicious. A little on the pricy side but very tasteful. Would eat here again. This area is safe. Washrooms are clean. Lots of people here at night. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. Walkable distance from World Trade Center Hotels.

Stopped by for dinner while in NYC. Overall, I thought the food was excellent. Great burgers and good shakes. I do like 5 guys better for both burgers and shakes because they allow better customization (more toppings). Also, our order was incorrect. They didn't add bacon to the smokehouse shack burger, and one of the shakes did not come with malt added, although we paid for it.

The Shack burger is constantly one of the best smash style burgers one can buy, pretty iconic throughout the city, this location tends to get busy for lunch but all other times are fairly quick. One of my personal favorites and the standard I hold other smash style burger places to.<br><br>If you stick to the usual menu of shack burger, cheese fries and something like a milkshake you won’t be disappointed.<br><br>Burgers are always juicy, sauce is right, everything is perfect. It’s the optimal burger delivery. The shack has a few competitors like (In-and-out burgers in Cali) and other boutique burger places, but for a chain this is top notch.<br><br>If you are on the fence and have never tried shake shack, please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to one.

The food took 30 minutes to be served, but they are always busy and the employees are doing their best. The guy taking orders was not trying to inform of the menu or any option of sauce available or sides etc. needed some help since it was my first time and i didnt want to hold up the line. I wanted to order more stuff but i just rushed and moved on. There was a lady who was constantly cleaning the restaurant and the patio who was very friendly and hard working which made it easy to find a table to sit down asap.

The burgers are delicious! The fries are run-of-the-mill bagged frozen fries, but still pretty good. The milkshakes are good but too small for the price. Overall, a good burger place if you are low on options nearby.
