Shake Shack Astor Place

Me and my boyfriend placed an order on uber eats this evening, 2 milkshakes and a grilled cheese. Milkshakes were great, but unfortunately per the picture, the grilled cheese was extremely disappointing. Not sure how this passed as acceptable to send out to a customer

I wanted to commend Paris for her service. She went above and beyond to ensure my children had a positive experience, even sharing their personal crayons when the store was out of stock. We truly appreciate the kindness and dedication. We will definitely be returning. Thank you again!

I had the shack stack and 10 piece k shack fried chicken bites. I do taste the beef flavor of the patty. Other wise the flavors are quite muted. The shack stack is still good due to the cheesy shroom.<br><br>The people who work there are very energetic.

The employees where very friendly and helpful with my semi-difficult order, which was veggie shack with gluten-free bun and additional changes which was not possible to do on the ordering screens! Also a big plus for having gluten-free options.

Always a treat to eat at Shake Shack anywhere in the world. Juiciest burgers, crispy fries.

In a nutshell - the person working the service counter was less-than-cordial. It took a very long time for my order to come up (there wasn't many people in the restaurant); When it finally did come up, they handed me the wrong order (I was seated at a table) which was then handed over to the correct person whom was seated at the bar and just happen to notice me explaining it wasn't mine. The food, itself, was some sort of burger, fries, and a drink which was outrageously overpriced, in my opinion (nearly $30). And to top it all off....my order TASTED LIKE CRAP ! ! I'm not likely to eat there again.

Their servers handle special requests with ease and grace. Their food leaves you happy. Employees demonstrate remarkable professionalism. They nail the setting, the cuisine and the entire package. I understand others may think differently.

My first time trying their double veggie shack. The veggie patty was a bit too mushy for me. It was a bit too salty, too. It was nice to have vegetarian options at burger joint, but I wish they can try to make it healthier. I’d prefer the shroom burger. I really hope they can make black truffle shroom burger a regular item!! I love those black truffle shroom burgers!<br><br>Overall, it lives up to expectations. That’s it.

First time visiting this location. I ordered my food through kiosk. Standard menu and payment options like other locations.<br><br>They have about 15 tables for customers. It gets crowded at lunch time.<br><br>Food came out quick. Great flavor as always. Juicy patty, delicious nuggets and crispy fries. The unsweetened ice tea tasted better than Paramus location.<br><br>Overall great food/location for quick bites. I will come back again during my lunch break.

The food was good quality and the service was relatively fast. Ordering in the self serve kiosk gave many options. There are also many discount codes online that give free burgers/fries/drink with purchase so that is definitely worth checking out. The restaurant also offers free refillable filtered water and a variety of sauces and condiments on self serve.

Shake Shack Astor Place is a must-visit for burger lovers! Their juicy and flavorful burgers are simply delicious, and the toppings and sides complement them perfectly. Though it can get crowded, the modern atmosphere and attentive staff make for a great dining experience. Highly recommended!

Excelent burgers and incredible atention! The place isn't huge but still there are plenty of tables. Not giving 5 stars because we waited 10 minutes for our order and it is supposed to be fast food but aside from that I highly recommend it.

The best burger in town in my opinion. And this location is awesome because the orders are taken via kiosks. No long lines! Just order and wait for your names to be called. My favorite is their shack stack burger, which has their signature fried mushroom with cheese inside along with a juicy beef patty and veggies.

Best shake shack in NYC!<br>Everytime I come here there is almost no line everything is fast no cash accepted at this location but they take debit/credit and mobile payments.<br>Staff is friendly and helpful. there are 2 bathrooms here and they are clean and big.<br>Food is always good and fresh as they make everything as it gets ordered.<br>Vanilla malted shake, fries and a shake burger always to the trick!
