Shake Shack 1700 Broadway - 53rd & 7th

I walked into this establishment on two occasions. The first Time was for a promotion of the liberty game. When I walked in there were several people standing inside looking like they were at the DMV . There were no lines so I walked up to the counter I showed the cashier my email from the game which my wife has season tickets she asked me for the previous days ticket I didn't have it so I walked out. The second time I walked in this place there were a lot less people standing around but unfortunately this time the cashier had her back turned away from the customers I waited at least 3 min before the same cashier from my first encounter walked up and again I showed the email and she once again asked for a ticket for which when I complained the first time management stated they reserved the right to ask for a ticket and they gave me 10.00 credit .when I redeemed for the cheapest item on the menu I still had to pay 162.No fries just a hamburger ! it was just ok but I didn't bother going back when they decided to send me another 10.00 credit for my second experience.

Whole team gave great service , lmani greeted me soon as i walked in and i felt welcomed. i ordered the double avocado bacon burger and the mango passionade which was Delicious!

Worse service in New York City congratulations! Rude attendance, I swear if I could, I would revoke my tips. Don’t waste your time in New York going in this awful place. I went there for the 2º time to make sure and the guy was better than my first woman attendant(1 time), so I move my review to 2 stars.

I had an amazing experience at Shake Shack! The burgers were absolutely delicious, and the whole vibe was great. I have to give a special shoutout to Smiley, who did an incredible job. Smiley brought such positive energy and worked so hard while we were there. Smiley truly deserves a raise for their hard work, positive attitude, and the great vibes they brought to the whole experience. Employees like Smiley make a real difference and are a big reason why we’d happily come back again.

I forgot to add an item to my cart that was associated with a promo. The manager, Michael, assisted me by refunding my order then placing my order again and adding the associated item. He was very patient and kind. The entire team was extremely pleasant and professional. I will definitely visit this location again.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but last night around 8pm I came to this Shake Shack location for a burger and opted for the new lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Around 5:30 am I woke up with horrible stomach pain- I’ve had food poisoning twice in my life and I knew exactly what it was - spent the morning throwing up. Please avoid. Would never want someone to feel this sick. 😖

We ordered a Shack Stack Burger, Avocado bacon burger and a Cheeseburger with Chicken Bites and fries. It was all delicious and fresh. The place was busy, but service was quick and efficient and the staff were friendly. We took our food back to the hotel as it was too cold to sit outside and no place to sit inside.

Wow. Finally tried the famous Shake Shack in Manhattan and I’m blown away. Hands down better than any other spot, including In-N-Out. The Big Shack is a must-try.

We visited during a busy time while the line was out the door, but it moved fast and the staff kept everything organized. We ordered the French onion soup burger, garlic parm fries, and the s’mores milkshake — everything was delicious! We managed to get a table and they will bring your food to you :)

Had a small soda and onion rings. The onion rings are new to the menu and I just had to try them. They are nice and crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside cooked to perfection. Customer service was good and the establishment was very clean.

Despite the bustling crowd that packed the Manhattan Shake Shack to its seams, the experience was surprisingly fantastic. The line moved efficiently, and even amidst the chaos, the staff maintained their signature friendly demeanor, delivering orders with impressive speed. And, as always, the burgers and shakes were absolutely worth the wait – a perfect juicy patty and a thick, creamy shake that hit all the right notes. It's a testament to their operation that even a jam-packed location can deliver such a consistently enjoyable dining experience.

When in New York, we had to get a classic burger ‘n’ shake meal! This one was pretty good! The wait wasn’t too bad and we managed to get a table fairly easily, too.

I took a fried mushroom burger (vegetarian), and cheese fries and one small coke (called small but feels like the size is regular for me haha) overall it was good! I think it’s a bit overpriced because the size of the burger is a bit small. But I recommend to try it!

One of my favorites to stop for Lunch when it comes to getting a Burger. The Black Truffle Burger is just beyond delicious. Gruyere cheeseburger topped with our real black truffle sauce (made with Regalis organic black truffle olive oil) and our crispy shallots on a toasted potato bun. A single burger is about $9 and the double is about $11. Cheese fries is an extra $3.50 and the birthday shake (Milk Bar) is also a must try and only about $6. Only downside was this place does not have a Bathroom. And the outdoor seating was pretty windy.

Really busy location. Great location for business, but can be overwhelming. Order took a lot longer than expected to come. The quality and taste of the burger at this location wasn’t up to par to all my previous experiences at other Shake Shacks across New York. I’ve been eating shake shack since 2011 and always swear they have the best burgers. Unfortunately this was very average. The crinkle cut fries are always a must. The cooks and employees at this location should be working in unison and have an efficient system to maintain quality or every customer.
