A friend and I ate here sometime around 5pm and requested to eat outside. We were originally seated by the entrance and I noticed that the table we got was super wobbly and positioned on an inclined sidewalk, so it was super uncomfortable to eat. When we requested to eat at their “real” enclosed outdoor seating we were denied because we were only a party of two, BUT the place was practically empty because it was super early for dinner. On top of the poor seating, we were being rained on by air conditioning water which was super unsanitary. Additionally, my friend made it apparent that our server, white girl, red head, with the bob or untamed pixie cut was being rude to us, maybe because they considered our request to move inconvenient for them but genuinely what were you guys expecting? Lastly, the food was good but I unexpectedly bit on a piece of bone in my pasta which is probably a first. Truthfully a terrible experience all around.

I’ve been here a couple times, and it’s always worth the wait. I highly recommend the eggplant sauce with rotini. Really delicious sangria as well!

I’ve probably already been here a million times. My favorite spot for pasta, I recommend it to nearly everyone. I was so happy when they got a liquor license and included cocktail options! Affordable good food, do no hesitate to go, run don’t walk

Ordered the rigatoni with meatballs, marinara. Firm bite on the pasta, flavorful meatballs and sauce. Great food. The place is busy as hell on the weekends. It does seem to draw a youthful crowd. I loved the bustling noise in and outside. Vibes were good as a solo diner who likes to be visually stimulated. Staff were very kind. Walk in. Got the recommendation from a local, working at my hostel. Very affordable, and for the quality of food, I'd come back for sure.

The pasta is definitely homemade and perfectly al dente! I recommend a wild boar pasta I've never had anything like it. This is a cute little place probably a cute date spot as well.

If you’re looking for incredibly delicious, affordable pasta in a cozy, artistic setting, this place is an absolute must-visit.

The atmosphere feels warm and homey, like dining in someone’s beautifully curated living room. It’s creative, inviting, and instantly comfortable. Every pasta dish we tried was outstanding — honestly some of the most delicious pasta I’ve had, especially for the price. Our group ordered the pesto, pear and gorgonzola ravioli, and a vodka pasta, all of which were phenomenal. The burrata was fresh and flavorful, paired perfectly with toasted bread, and you can truly taste that the pasta is house-made.

One thing to keep in mind: when it’s packed, it gets very loud, so expect a lively, energetic environment. That said, the food, value, and atmosphere make it completely worth it. I would absolutely recommend this spot to family and friends, and it will now be on my must-go list every time I visit New York.

Casually very good. I have been here twice and really enjoyed the food and service both times. The arancini are amazing!

It was a busy night, but service was disappointing. They got one of our orders wrong but rectified it. We asked for salt, pepper and water multiple times and weren’t served. The pasta was fine, nothing special and a tad overcooked. However it was affordable overall and had a nice ambiance, so can’t fault it too much.

Very excited to have finally tried this restaurant!

Given that we were a party of 2, it was walk in only. Thankfully we went for an early dinner and was able to be seated right away. They have tables ranging from 2-6+.

We started off with some glasses of wine. The glasses had very small portions. The bottle is much more value for what you're paying.

We then ordered some arancini. It came with 3 decent sized arancini balls and a side of marinara sauce. Now, I'm not one to send back food but the insides of the arancini were cold. Not just warm but cold. The rice was also semi hard. I can only presume they are made ahead of time and then heated up. But our server was very understanding and they made us a fresh plate of arancini. At the right temperature, they were excellent.

The pastas were all great. We asked for recommendations for pasta shape with the sauces we chose and the pairings were excellent. The pasta's texture was very good, just the right amount of chewy. The sauces were very flavorful without being too rich.

Overall, very glad to have tried this place and I can't wait to go again!

Great experience and great deal on wine + food! You can have unlimited wine or sangria, share 3 apps and order your own main. For the apps we got roasted brussel sprouts, antipasto, and arancini. All three were great, especially the arancini. For my main I ordered the maialino pasta sauce and chose tagliatelle for my pasta shape. It was delicious and a nice light yet creamy sauce with sausage and kale. For drinks I stuck with the sangria but tried sips of the white and red wines.

Overall this was a great dinner spot and a fun girls night, with great food and drink!

🥓🧀 BURRATA ON MY CYBORG ARM?!
Yes, and it was divine.
Some meals aren’t just food — they’re a moment. A memory. A wow.

📍Somewhere in San Francisco, under checkered tablecloths and soft evening light, I tried this burrata-topped bruschetta with prosciutto, arugula, and balsamic glaze.
And let me tell you: the burrata was so creamy it melted under the fork like butter under sunshine. The arugula added that peppery punch, and the balsamic was the perfect kiss on top.

🥹 But the star?
✨ Arancini. My very first time.
Crunchy on the outside, soft and warm inside… and then — surprise! — a little green pea hiding like a secret. One bite and I was in Italy (in my head at least).

🇮🇹✨
Food this good deserves to be remembered.
Beretta on Divisadero — consider me impressed.
Cyborg-approved.
To be continued…

— Ilya
#CyborgRecommends #BurrataDream #SanFranciscoEats #AranciniFirstLove #FoodieWithOneHand

Unpopular opinion: dim lights NEED to go … enough about the ‘vibes’. I actually want to see my food and company!! One more light bulb won’t hurt the ambiance, I promise !!

Had a little dinner with some friends in a cozy part of the city <3 we chose this spot because of the rare promise of affordable food in the East Village (unheard of). I’ve already forgotten what I ordered but it was something whole wheat & lots of sauce. I was grateful they had that in their menu. Whole wheat is so underrated !!

And.

Complimentary stale cold bread .. I’ll take another plate of that , please & thank you :)

Service & the waitstaff were a god send. We made a mistake of underestimating the power of a Friday night. So everyone & their aunts were dining here. Fortunately we were able to opt for the 45 minute dine & go action. We were on a time crunch! But everyone was friendly & understanding. A little suspicious that our food came out so fast but no point in thinking about THAT.

overall it was a good experience.

Had a wonderful experience here! The good was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was very chill. The pear and gorgonzola ravioli and the pesto caprese panini were both soo good. The prices were also not bad at all, totally worth it for what we were served. Also, the desserts are amazing! We had the cannoli and ricotella and highly recommend them both!
