Tourist trap, for the price the food doesn’t match the quality whatsoever. Lasagna was under seasoned, pizza just regular bop nothing special, octopus was good but potatoes under were kinda meh… Delaroccos pizza in Brooklyn height is much better

$19.90 lunch special!
Amazing sit down lunch at an affordable price.
Amazing capriciosa pizza! I leave off the mushrooms and it is so delicious.

They had a great lunch special that includes the pizza and the best arugula salad I've ever had. $19.99. Monday - Thursday. Best deal in the city.

Friendly service. It was a wonderful afternoon. Look forward to returning.
My sister and I came here because this is ranked #19 on the World’s Top 50 Pizza list. We made a reservation on OpenTable and there were plenty of spots available. The vibe is modern chic, all the staff and waiters are Italian with excellent service. We decided to get the pizza for two with Proscuitto di Parma. The ingredients were mind blowingly good- Fior de late bufalo straight from Italy- their chili oil tasted amazing and very high quality. The pizza itself however is not the traditional Neopolitan style crust and the bigger one is very thick. Perhaps it was because we did not order the round one.
Fantastic pizza! Ribalta is a must-visit if you like Neapolitan pizza. I ordered the Nobile and was a bit more expensive comparing to their other pizzas but it was worth it. This is a popular spot so make sure to have reservations.
We visited Ribalta for valentine’s dinner and it was absolutely great experience, upbeat vibe, delicious food. Since valentine dinner- they gave us champagne and rose as soon as we entered. That definitely put the cherry on the whole experience. We got pizzas and croquettes. Truffle pizza and pepperoni pizza. I will definitely be back here. Service was great as well.
Super solid restaurant. They can make all of their pizzas gluten free and the gluten free size is the same as the regular which is uncommon! The pizza was fantastic and the service was great. Would be nice to have gluten free pasta option but the pizza certainly sufficed.
Hands down my favorite pizza I’ve had to date. I came here with my wife to celebrate my birthday and have no regrets. Our waiter was very friendly and provided excellent service, and we had no complaints at all. We ordered the DOC and the Nerano pizzas, and both were outstanding.
This restaurant truly surprised me with how amazing their pizza was! One side of the dining area has a wood-fired oven, so you can watch the pizzas being baked fresh with high-quality ingredients. The space is stylish and clean, including the restrooms. I visited on Halloween, and the staff and guests were all dressed in fun costumes, creating a festive and lively vibe. The restaurant felt full of energy and great service — highly recommend!
The gluten free pizza was so good I was skeptical it was actually gluten free. Food came fast, salad was more interesting than expected. Will definitely come back.
Nov 2024 visit: Ribalta is just the best! The atmosphere is incredibly lively. Service is excellent. Had been here before on a business trip, but came back with the family. They loved it too. Pizzas cooked perfectly. Excellent wine to pair. I have no notes. It's known as one of the best neopolitan pizzas in NYC for a reason!
Me and my family have been coming to Ribalta for a while now and the service is always great! Not to mention, the food is always delicious! One of my son’s favorite is the Gnocchi truffle and mine is the Pizza Comune, Cetara, and Calzone. Their steak is also wonderful! We always order Calamari which should not be missed as they melt in your mouth. Aperol spritz is a good aperitivo drink and followed with a nice Aglianico for me. The people at Ribalta always create a warm and inviting place. Overall, the experience is always positive.
Great quality pizza!
We live good pizza and visit pizzerias from top50. Ribalta is definitely on the top of our ranking.
We tried margarita and doc. Both pizzas were amazing. Perfect balance of tomato sauce and mozzarella. The dough was thin in the middle as it supposed to be. Not too liquidy and not too dry. The crust was a bit too crunchy on my pizza but perfect on my partner’s pizza.
They have some selection of italian sodas but nothing exceptional.
Really good place, friendly staff, nice interior. Highly recommend this place if you live pizza!
The food is amazing however the servers and the hostesses were very snobby. We really liked the food however they need to treat their guests better and not talk down toon them. So what if we don’t wear designer clothing?
The invisible people in the kitchen know their job and prepare bloody good pizzas and they deserve our appreciation ! Bravi!
Ribalta is a mixed review for me. On the one hand they had a solid menu of various Italian dishes and pizzas but on the other hand the food fell a bit short.

I came here with a large group for a team dinner and we were able to grab a table on fairly short notice. Our table ordered a bunch of shared appetizers, drinks, an entree per person, and some desserts to try. While the food wasn’t too bad it didn’t feel super elevated compared to other NY Italian spots.

The drinks especially the cocktails were a little on the sweeter side and the desserts were decent. We ended the night full and satisfied.

One note I will make, after this dinner, around 4 out of 12 of our coworkers felt nauseous and sick over the next few days. We can’t tell what it was but it’s possible something at this restaurant triggered it so be cautious.
Delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas! We tried the DOC and Zole pizzas, both of which were fantastic, and the Cacio e Pepe was rich and flavorful. The Mediterranean Salad, however, felt a bit underwhelming and lacked any unique flavor. Overall, the pizzas made for a very satisfying meal.
