There's a Petco here and there's dog urine EVERYWHERE. On the walls and around the large potted plants because that's where they like to urinate. Those dark wet spots are urine. It's disgusting this hasn't been addressed yet. Dog owners can somehow prevent their dogs from urinating in the store but allow them to do it freely in the enclosed space outside where people are walking through around stores.

Parking around here is awful. Take the train or bus. This place has a lot of great stores. Nice atmosphere. Busy.

When I need to pay for parking, you won’t see me back again. Stores here are not worth the trouble anymore. Used to be great when Kohl’s was here along with Ulta. Now, unless you want to shop at five below, Panera, Costco or Aldi you’re out of luck. The elevators are always overcrowded and slow, parking is overpriced and traffic in the area is insane. Sorry Queens, until you learn how to welcome customers with free parking lots, I will continue to shop on Long Island.

Rego Center is a spacious and well-organized shopping destination with a great mix of major retailers and everyday essentials. The layout is modern, clean, and easy to navigate, making shopping convenient and efficient.

The variety of stores is a big advantage — from wholesale shopping to electronics, clothing, and dining options, everything is available in one place. It’s a practical location for both quick errands and longer shopping trips.

Accessibility is also a plus, whether arriving by car or public transportation. Overall, Rego Center offers a comfortable and reliable shopping experience and remains one of the best retail hubs in the area.

I went to Petco to shop. And I needed to use the bathroom. First a young lady comes out of the employee room and I ask her can I use the bathroom please. She tells me she is off the clock. I said ok. A gentleman also comes out and I ask him can I use the bathroom. He tells me that the bathroom is damaged and the sink as well. The gentleman that said this has a beard and a grey hoodie. And he was off the clock as well. Now as long as I have been shopping at Petco. I have never experienced such a dislike for a customer as I have experienced in your Petco store. Now if this was your father shopping at Petco would you want him to be treated in such a manner. I am very angry at the way I was treated at your store.

Not much to explore. Just very few shops including Tj max, Burlington and Marshall ( the well known stores) are there. For wholesale shoppers Costco is in the basement. For grocery Aldi also available. Few food shops and Starbucks is also available.

Great location, you can see the growth and development of the area. Excellent shops, clothing and food; you can find everything at great prices all the time. Highly recommended.

This was my first time visiting Rego Center, and unfortunately it was a very uncomfortable experience. I came only to pick up an order because it’s close to my home. A security guard, an older man looking like 55, yelled aggressively at me and my friend. Even after my friend followed his instructions she took the elevator, i took the escalator cuz we were so scared of him and guard continued screaming at me. I felt very unsafe. Security should make people feel protected, not afraid. I hope management addresses this so no other woman has to experience this.

Rego Center is a convenient and well-run shopping destination where the helpfulness of the staff truly stands out. Whether you're visiting one of the major stores or smaller shops, employees are consistently friendly, patient, and ready to point you in the right direction. Security and customer service teams are attentive and approachable, often offering assistance before you even ask. The layout is easy to navigate, and there's always someone available to help locate a store, carry items, or answer questions. Overall, Rego Center provides a smooth, welcoming experience thanks to its genuinely helpful and supportive staff."

Use to be a great mall..food is awful and stores are cheap. Only good store still stands is Macy's and Pink Victoria secret. Now filled with cheap fabrics and over priced.

Told the management office that for two years, they had the elevator button scotch taped. Months later it's still the same. i'm guessing they just don't care. PS no push /pull indication on any of the doors on third floor

It often seems quite crowded, and while it might be due to circumstances, there are frequently many people present, necessitating queues for various activities. If you are considering a visit, it might be advisable to arrive early in the morning or during off-peak hours.

Very good mall in Rego Park. With Costco in it it has become more valuable. Shopping has become very easy for the locals and for those who come from distance. Store likes Bed bath and Beyond , Kay jewellers , Aldi , Petco, GongCha and Century 21 makes this an Amazing place to shop for the whole Family. For Food Panera bread , Red Mango, Chipotle and Millers makes this a great Destination
