Anne provided absolutely amazing service during my visit to Red Lobster! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. She checked on us regularly, had a great attitude, and made the whole dining experience enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Jay was amazing from start to finish. He welcomed us as soon as we sat down to let us know he would be right with us after finishing up a table. Once he came back he was bubbly and enthusiastic and took our<br>Orders. Checked on us often and made sure our orders were correct. We shall be back

Ian was absolutely fantastic! He was kind, attentive, and incredibly quick throughout our entire meal. He made sure we always had everything we needed and was consistently friendly and professional. What really stood out was his positive energy! He was genuinely happy, upbeat, and a pleasure to interact with. The service was phenomenal! Our server Christian was very thoughtful and always thinking of our comfort. We went in for all you can eat shrimp and the food was brought out quickly and all of our needs were met. Would definitely recommend this location. If possible, ask for the same server.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and would definitely come back! The food was great, but what truly made our evening special was the exceptional service from Sarder. He made us feel very welcome and comfortable from the beginning, checked in on us regularly, made sure everything was perfect, and handled all of our extra requests with so much kindness and flexibility. One of the better Red Lobsters we’ve been too. Biscuits were always fresh and warm. Service was great and the endless shrimp was yummy!

I had such a great experience at red lobster 🦞 my waitress, Tammy, was so amazing. This is the second time I came here and had her and the service is always amazing. I ordered the dual lobster tails with shrimp scampi brussel sprouts and mash. Delicious 😋 I ordered the lobster 🦞 beverage

Wide variety of seafood 🦀🐙🦞🍤options. Delicious and fresh. Customer service at the front was kind of immature 🍼 but playful with a few. However my server Eshia L (indicated on receipt) for the paid section was amazing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. So attentive and courteous. Red Lobster Great JOB❣️

We had a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server Eshia. She is an exceptionally great server, Her work ethics is one for the books she is so polite, gentle, and overall an amazing server to us. She made us feel comfortable she was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our drinks were always full, the food came out hot and exactly as ordered and she checked in at just the right times without being overbearing. Her positive attitude really made our meal enjoyable. Excellent service—we’ll definitely be back! 10/10 Recommended.

Wonderful Birthday Celebration at Red Lobster (Valley Stream)<br>I recently celebrated my mom’s birthday at the Red Lobster in Valley Stream, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was warm and welcoming they seated us right away with no wait time, which was a great start to the evening.<br>Our server, Ahsaki, was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a genuine smile and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire meal. Without me even having to ask, she brought out a birthday dessert and sang “Happy Birthday” to my mom, which made the celebration feel extra special. That small but thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us.<br>Ahsaki was incredibly attentive, checked in on us regularly, and made sure our food was exactly how we wanted it. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. She has a great demeanor, and I sincerely hope her manager takes note of the wonderful work ethic she brings to the team. Went to Red Lobster in Valley Stream, NY for a family dinner. Once we were seated, we were greeted by a server who took our drink order and helped us with a few menu questions.<br><br>The restaurant had a good-sized crowd, and there was background noise in the bar area.<br><br>Our beverages arrived promptly along with some warm biscuits.<br><br>There was an assistant manager who was walking around, checking on patrons to ensure they were having a great experience.<br><br>Our food arrived after a short wait. Each food item was well-prepared, with the exception of a few scallops that were slightly overcooked.<br><br>I found a table display advertising a "3 Course Shrimp Sensation." I opted for this meal and I really enjoyed it. This meal was also a great value.<br><br>We are really looking forward to our next meal at Red Lobster.
