I went on a solo on Sunday 05/24/26 and my server Leana provided a 10/10 service; she was on top of everything from the biscuits to the drinks to the endless shrimp. The food and the refills would come on time and hot every time. She was kind and professional. Good service 💯

We had a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to our server, Carene! She was incredibly attentive, quick with everything we needed, and so sweet throughout the entire meal. She made us feel welcomed and was truly a pleasure to have as our server. Thank you, Carene, for the amazing service!

No stars for service. Was told 20 minute wait time turned out to be 40 minutes. Drinks took a while to come, appetizer came back burnt. The waitress kept disappearing our food took 2 hours to the point we asked her to just have it prepared to go and it came out in 10 minutes ready to go!!! Make it make sense. Then looked at that ordered packed up it was wrong and had small portions.

Gotta say im disappointed. Good food but a server who doesn’t even take the time introduce themselves. Sure it’s a Saturday night but wasn’t that busy, also if we are spending over $30 a plate…can we at least get proper silverware

So, this is my “shame on me” moment. We never do Red Lobster when City Island is right there, but it was a last-minute decision and clearly… a character-building one.<br><br>We got there around 7:00, were told a 40-minute wait, and honestly—credit where it’s due—we were seated in about 30. That was the peak of the evening.<br><br>Our waiter took our drink order… and then went on what I assume was a reflective journey. Drinks eventually arrived, and we placed our food order around 8:00. Then we waited. And waited. And had time to reflect on every life choice that led us here.<br><br>After about an hour, I asked what was going on, and security casually let us know a party was being prioritized. Good to know—would’ve been great to know before we committed to the full sit-down experience.<br><br>So we paid for our drinks and took our talents to Chipotle.<br><br>Moments like this are a gentle reminder from the universe: stick to City Island.

I had a great experience at Red Lobster thanks to Catherine. She was amazing from start to finish—very friendly, attentive, and helpful the entire time. She made sure everything was perfect, checked in at the right moments, and had a really positive attitude that made the whole meal more enjoyable. It’s clear she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I would definitely come back again and hope to have her as my server she deserves everything that comes her way.

Rush was AMAZING!!! His attention to detail was outstanding. He catered to everything we wanted and more without having to ask. It was a perfect evening. Cozy outside and inside. If you’re able to request his service…def recommend!

Went to red lobster in bayplaza for a first date. Our server Catherine was excellent, very attentive , everything came out correctly and fast ! Food was great and so were drinks. Excellent atmosphere comfortable and clean. 10/10 service and experience will absolutely come back.

Visited Red Lobster and overall the experience was pretty average. The service was okay but nothing stood out not bad, just not very attentive or memorable. The prices were also just meh, especially considering the quality and portions.<br>As for the food, it honestly didn’t impress me. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t great either. Everything tasted fine but lacked that freshness and flavor you expect when you’re paying seafood prices. I left feeling like it could’ve been done better.<br>What really hurts this location is the competition. With City Island so close by and offering way better seafood options with more flavor and personality, this spot just doesn’t stand out enough to justify choosing it over other places.<br>Overall, it was an okay visit, but nothing that would make me rush back.

Came here with my sister. She had not had a good experience in the past with red lobster but let me tell you we came and our server Catherine gave us great service the food was Deliciousfresh and delicious we left so happy and my sister now loves red lobster. We will be returning thank you Catherine.

The Barcardi Crab Legs Delicious. Service Great. The blue rubber band around the crab legs could of been left out but the food was great. 3rd or 4th time there and never disappoints. Try the Guava Margarita...yummy.

Sunday Morning before the church crowd they opened at 12pm. We was seated immediately. 2 dialysis friends enjoyed a seafood delicious meal. The classic biscuits are a classic taste. Lucas hasn't had lobster in 6 years. We were both introduced to Red Lobster New boiling bag Lobster Crab leg buttery meal. Red Lobster in the North Bronx a win for the Caribbean community. The glass of water was refreshing and ice cold. For me and my 5 million food reviews fresh water is the top of my list. And the manager coming to check on our table a welcoming greeting and conversation added to our meal.

When I arrived around 5:30 there was more than enough parking ✔️. We were greeted and we were all seated within seconds, it also helped that the place at that time was not packed. The food was good better than average, the atmosphere was great because it was not crowded. I enjoyed myself I actually have no complaints.
