Very unfriendly man was serving me first.<br>Second - lobster flat bread was nothing similar to picture in menu, I haven’t seen lobster in my piece, and I cancel this order. He was still rude telling me there is no much lobster. Ok, that’s why I wanna cancel it. I don’t want cheese pizza. I still got a bill for a drink, which is unacceptable with service and situation like this. Ok, I don’t mind. But I highly do not recommend to visit this place. And managers stuff, please get an actions with “this” service

This is the first time I’m giving such a low rating to a restaurant. Unfortunately, I felt like I was being scammed regarding the tip.<br>After we finished our meal and wanted to pay, we noticed that an 18% suggested gratuity had already been added to the bill, but it also stated that it could be changed, which is normal. When I went to the cashier to pay, I said that I wanted to leave a custom tip and change the amount. They told me they would first charge the payment with the added gratuity and then adjust it afterward. I had never seen anything like this before in my life.<br>After I paid, they asked me to write on one of the receipts, and they didn’t even give me the original and copies of receipts.<br>Later, when I explained the situation downstairs, they made me wait around 20 minutes before finally issuing a receipt for the adjustment. Even though the amount itself was not that important, I would have preferred to resolve the issue with the restaurant manager and make sure this kind of thing would not happen again. Instead, they acted as if this was completely normal and brushed it off without even apologizing.

Our server Yogi was great - super attentive and friendly! We had Endless Shrimp and it was excellent. The interior needs a refresh and some better AC but otherwise had a great experience.

First time at Red Lobster in many years, and it was such an amazing experience!!!! Our server Gabby was probably the cherry on top, she was amazing and so so incredibly friendly. Her services was one of the best I have ever had in NYC. The food was amazing especially the endless shrimp, could probably never eat shrimp again tho 😹😹. I would probably come back just for the cheddar bay biscuits if only Gabby was my server again!

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to Gabby! She was truly an amazing waitress. So friendly, professional, and attentive the whole time. She made us feel taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Great service like hers is hard to find. Gabby deserves recognition for how excellent she is at her job.

Rob with Shiny Shoes did amazing, He’s very personable made me feel so welcome . He explain everything in details . I would come back just to sit in his section again . Also he very detailed when explaining the menu. He know what he doing . We felt confident ordering from him .

Red lobster is back! Yesterday’s experience reminded me why l love red lobster so much. I had a really good experience and that staff is so warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of having Rasheed be our waiter, not only did he recommend the best dishes, he even went out of his way to bring extra biscuits. The food was excellent, extremely hot and delicious. Ill definitely be back for sure!<br><br>Honorable Mention: Omar , the manager! Hes a sweetheart & so kind. Thank you for everything. I will definitely be coming back!

First time in NYC and I was told I had to try Red Lobster, I’m so glad I did! The service was amazing from start to finish. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and really knowledgeable about the menu, which made the whole experience even better.<br><br>The food was incredible. The lobster was absolutely top tier, it was my first time ever trying lobster with melted butter and I completely get the hype now. The calamari was also spot on, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. Portions are a really good size too, so you definitely leave feeling satisfied.<br><br>After the meal I tried to walk it off, but honestly the post-meal nap was calling my name 😂. Overall such a great experience and definitely worth visiting if you’re in NYC!

The waitress Hilda is the nicest person you'll ever meet. Did not expect to have such great service at a Times Square Red Lobster. I went with a friend on a Sunday and we had the best time. Ordered the Bacon Scallops and the Ultimate Feast.

Donna was absolutely amazing from the greet. She helped us achieve all of our Red Lobster dreams. The food was delicious, biscuits were hot and fresh. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond for us. Making our Wednesday lunch more than we could have ever imagined and best of 2026. Thank you Donna !!!

Guadalupe is the best and most amazing server! She checked in and took care of me all night and made sure I was all good. She even gave me recommendations on what to get and the food was great and amazing! Guadalupe made my night she was so nice ;) thank you, Guadalupe and Red Lobster!! My visit to Red Lobster in Times Square was nothing short of excellent. Located right in the middle of New York City’s most famous square, the restaurant is just steps away from the flashing billboards and bustling crowds. As soon as I stepped inside, it felt like I had entered a different world – a calm and cozy escape from the noise outside. The seafood-themed décor, warm lighting, and comfortable seating immediately set the tone for a relaxing meal.<br><br>The service impressed me from the start. We were greeted with a warm smile, and our table was ready almost immediately. Despite the fact that the restaurant was busy, the staff managed everything so efficiently that we never felt like we had to wait. Our drinks arrived quickly, and before we knew it, our table was filled with fresh, steaming seafood dishes that looked and smelled incredible.<br><br>We had decided to order a variety of plates to share, and every single dish exceeded our expectations. The lobster was the highlight – perfectly cooked, with tender, sweet meat that melted in my mouth. It was served with butter that complemented its flavor beautifully. The fish was equally delicious, flaky, and seasoned to perfection. The fish and chips came with a golden, crispy coating that was light yet satisfying, and the fries were fresh, hot, and perfectly salted. The fried shrimp were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, without being greasy at all. The boiled shrimp were plump, flavorful, and cooked just right – simple, but full of that fresh seafood taste.<br><br>What made the experience even better was how attentive the staff were. They checked in at just the right moments – enough to make sure everything was perfect, but never in a way that interrupted our conversation or enjoyment. Our drinks were refilled promptly, and they made sure that everything on our table stayed clean and organized.<br><br>The atmosphere was surprisingly peaceful for a restaurant located in one of the busiest places in the world. Even though Times Square was right outside the window, inside it felt calm and comfortable. The tables were spaced well enough to give us privacy, and the background music was soft and pleasant. The entire dining area was clean and well-maintained, and the restrooms were spotless.<br><br>By the end of the meal, we were completely satisfied – not just because of the delicious food, but because the entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. For anyone visiting New York who loves seafood, I can’t recommend Red Lobster in Times Square enough. It offers a perfect combination of fresh, flavorful food, fast and friendly service, and a peaceful atmosphere in the heart of one of the most exciting places in the world. This is definitely a place I will come back to on my next trip to NYC
