I came in for an early lunch with my friends. Siobhan was our server and she met us with a pleasant demeanor. She was very polite and patient. She came to the table several times to check on us. Siobhan was extremely nice and professional. When i return, i will definitely request her as my server. The food and drinks were great! Fresh and hot.. my favorite cheddar bay biscuits didn’t miss!!

We came for the unlimited shrimp which was $29.99 per person. The food was good and our waitress, Siobhan B., was super accommodating and helpful. She helped make our birthday celebrant very happy.<br><br>Wait for the first dishes to come out was a bit long but it sped up after that. Got a lot of free biscuits which was great.

I would never come back again. I came for the never ending shrimp, usually I leave good reviews but this was insane. We called ahead for reservation for 6:30PM. We waited 30 MINUTES for our table. I gave them grace, and we got our menus. We ordered and our waiter did not write ANY of our orders down and tried memorizing them from memory. All of our never ending orders. He tried repeating it and messed all our orders up. (You can guess later on all of us got the wrong order) We waited an HOUR for our food to come, it was ridiculous. And when it did come it was all the wrong orders, he gave us whatever to eat for the shrimp all the shrimps we did not want. Our waiter was also RUDE! We asked for takeout boxes and he said no but then came back with some and kept wiggling it in our faces rudely to take it, I was astonished. I was so upset I would never come back.

I came with family to enjoy a good time. When I received a text I came in to get my table and the host( a young lady) gave my table away to another guest. When I asked her she stated I took long and so she gave my table away with an attitude. The security also had an attitude as well. It was only 3 minutes from the car to the restaurant. I asked for the manager and he turned the whole experience great. My server Brianna H was excellent. My family and I enjoyed ourselves.

I came in to Red Lobster just looking to have a simple lunch and a drink, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.<br><br>The service was so slow and unorganized that I never even got the chance to place a food order. After sitting and waiting far too long just to be helped, I ended up only getting a drink and some biscuits. The drink was honestly disgusting and not made well at all, which made the whole situation even worse.<br><br>I walked in expecting a quick, relaxing lunch, and instead it turned into a frustrating waste of time. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I hope management takes a serious look at the service issues because something clearly isn’t working.

I went to Gateways Red Lobster for my cousin's birthday. There was 21 of us. I had the Surf & Turf main lobster tail with steak asparagus and mash potatoes. I Also tried the snow globe sangria which is a smooth sweet drink and I had a passion star spritz which was good as well, but it's a little tart. I loved it but if you don't like tart things this was not for you. Our waiter was very pleasant and organized. I don't remember her name but she was tall with burgundy braids. She took good care of us. We definitely had a good experience.
