Nestor was incredible, and so was his support, Fernando. Both did an amazing job. Nestor went above and beyond by recommending the best dishes in every category, and his charisma truly made the experience special,he made me feel comfortable and genuinely brightened my day.<br>Fernando was also very kind and helpful throughout.<br>One of the dishes was a bit salty, but the service and atmosphere more than made up for it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went with my family. Nestor, was our waiter. He was amazing!! 10/10. He was kind,attentive, and just great! My entire family was thankful for his great service. Food was great! I asked for a well done bistec. It didn’t come well, Nestor took care of it quickly and it came back delicious!

I would like to once again express my sincere appreciation for the opportunity to enjoy such a distinctive and refined interpretation of Colombian cuisine. The experience was truly delightful. I visited with two friends from Turkey, and they absolutely loved both the atmosphere and the food. It was a memorable evening that beautifully showcased the richness of Colombian flavors.<br><br>P.S. As a gentle suggestion, maintaining the music at a lower volume could further enhance the dining experience, allowing guests to better appreciate the ambiance and conversation in a restaurant setting.

I had such a terrible experience at this place leaving so overwhelmed and traumatized. I wrote a very long heart breaking review and it was so long. I broke down in tears when I was reading it over I didn’t even want to finish posting it. That’s how terrible I’m still feeling.<br>There was so many details but truly sad I choose to not leave the humiliation for myself here: the service is terrible they do not care for anyone except the men that are paying them:<br>I’m leaving this review more simple do not go here alone if you are a woman they are destined to cater to men and they will not help you if you don’t submit to the men.i had a male customer blatantly say to me “they won’t help you without me” I’ve never met him in my life but I was treated so unfairly and just so sad. You could be a paying customer they will serve you rack up your bill and get you drunk and just let men harass you even when you mention needing their assistance to step in .UNSAFE UNSAFE UNSAFE<br><br>NO WATER why wasn’t I being given water from beginning to end . I had to ask for water after being treated so terribly and I was even afraid to ask for water:<br><br>Not even security can save you from them.<br>The Security guard Recognized me as he is actually Coincidentally a huge fan of my colleagues and has seen me daily on the platform . The security guard is a Haitian man and part of my team and colleagues with whom I stream with are Haitian Actors and Models. He was excited to know it was me and even still his hands were tied with the way this place is ran. I was speaking to him in Creole asking him “Please explain to me why this is happening” he said I don’t know I am just doing what they ask: i am a Local Colombian TikTok LIVE Streamer/influencer and model for Colombian clothing distribution brands as well local boutiques with a 15k following My collabs have also been with local Colombian food establishments as well as beauty businesses. What happened to me last night shouldn’t happen to anyone. I did a live stream last night after I left Raíces and was flooded with local Colombians seeing me in distress and reaching out. The community listened . I will continue using my platform to talk about my experience and share my story I hope no one ever gos somewhere and leaves feeling this way.

Nestor was excellent as our server,we had an amazing time,portions are pretty good for what you pay and is really good,if you come the guacamole with chicharron is a must here!

Food is great here and definitely worth for what you pay,portions are big if you are hungry,and service was great with Nestor as our server! They have a lunch special and thos place becomes a dance floor during friday and Saturday until 2 and sometimes 3 am!

Great vibe and delicious drinks! Great place to chill and hang out with friends, and would definitely recommend for a Valentine’s date, very romantic.

I got the tamal since I wasn’t super hungry but it hit the spot. Filled w. Stewed Chicken, Pork and Potatoes, Served with Corn Cake and Hogao. Friendly & responsive staff, I’ll be back soon!

Best Colombian food in the USA.<br>Personally is very challenging to find good Colombian food here in the states, so I am so happy I got to try this beautiful restaurant. First I felt at home and the service was exceptional. And last but not least the food was Very fresh and with the perfect Colombian touch. Recommend 100% we had the bandeja paisa and broil chicken and we had also a coconut Margarita. So so good!

Went to celebrate my nephews 21st birthday with family (17 guests)we were seated at our reservation time the entire staff was nice and welcoming the food was amazing drinks nice and strong very yummy 😋 they have this to watch sports, music, as well as live music as the night progresses.

The food was well-presented and tasted good, and the staff was friendly, but my experience had several issues that Raíces really needs to address.<br>Even with a reservation, the dining area—especially the center section—was overcrowded and extremely tight. Chairs were so close together that people had to stand up and move others just to walk by or reach the bathroom. It felt uncomfortably saturated for a Saturday night and affected the overall experience.<br><br>Another important detail: they only provided two menus for four people, making the ordering process slower and inconvenient. And by 8:23 PM, they were already out of entraña, one of their signature dishes—something that should never be missing during peak hours.<br><br>The dishes and drinks looked great and had good flavor, but Raíces would benefit significantly from improving space management, menu availability, and overall customer flow during busy hours.

I can see why this is such a hot spot. The decor, ambience, music, food and service is spot on. We came after the Colombian game last week and are so thankful they took us in. I do wish they closed later especially on game nights. The food came out quickly and tasted great.

What an experience!! The food, live music and service were all amazing! Such wonderful flavors! You are immersed in the culture with sights, sounds and tastes! Leaving you filled with joy! Every bite was exceptional! Loved it!

I came for a quick drink to catch up with friends and ended up staying much longer. Kimberly, our wonderful bartender, provided us with such great service that made the overall experience much more memorable. The atmosphere including the playlist were the best! Will definitely come visit more often.

If you want good Colombian food and don’t mind the wait come here.<br><br>I got the Milanesa good portion!<br>2 bandeja paisas and calamari to start.<br><br>Food is great! But service can be better too awhile to get some to come to our table.<br><br>But other than that I can’t complain.
