Thank you Osvaldo for sharing your experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It does sound like there may have been some confusion, and we apologize for that.<br><br>Bowling time is issued per lane, per hour. So, two hours of play on two lanes would require the purchase of four total lane-hours. Each lane accommodates up to six bowlers, and when a group exceeds that, we recommend multiple lanes so everyone has more opportunities to bowl rather than longer waits between turns.<br><br>Additional time is always available when possible, as long as there are no reservations scheduled after your session. We appreciate the feedback and will work with our team to ensure this is communicated more clearly moving forward. We hope to welcome you and your friends back again soon for another great visit!
