Primeclass Lounge - JFK T1

This lounge was amazing. The seating was nice and comfy, bathrooms were single stalls and super nice, and the food was great! There was even ramen to make! I loved the rice pudding too! This is the lounge to go to!

The food, drinks, staff and the amenities were all astonishing. I feel like I can almost come to JFK again just for the Primeclass lounge.<br><br>Special thanks to Shiva for the A-tier Martinis!

Loved this place! The service was excellent—everyone was very friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, full of flavor and perfectly prepared. On top of that, everything was super clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!

We arrived as a large flight was leaving so they were in recovery mode. There was 1 specific employee that was rocking it- bartender, server, busser.<br>They adjusted and restocked. They are consistently busy so make the pre booking appt which is what we did. Food was good, beverage options limited due to a lack of draft beer but plenty of juices and coffee options to fill it in.

They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine warmth, made the check-in process smooth and efficient, and ensured we felt comfortable right away. That level of service truly sets the tone for the entire experience.<br>The lounge itself is very good—comfortable seating, a nice variety of food and drinks, and a calm environment to relax before boarding. But what really elevates this place is the people.<br>In an airport setting where everything can feel rushed and impersonal, it’s refreshing to be treated with such care and professionalism. Shiva and Broke are the greatest bartenders. Even the lady that pick up the tables is very nice. The food was really good and fresh.

Most 5 stars review here goes to the bartender so not exactly reflective of the actual lounge. Overall, this lounge is on the small side and have limited food options. The salad/fruit weren't fresh at time of visit. It's an okay place to stop by for a bit if you can enter for free.<br><br>Restrooms are huge, meeting accessibility standards. Overall a clean place to stay.

Had such a great experience at Prime Class Lounge! Carien was amazing — super attentive, friendly, and on top of everything all night. The drinks were perfect and her customer service really stood out. She made the whole vibe even better.<br><br>Definitely recommend stopping by and asking for her!

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and hospitality of the staff of this Lounge. The food was incredibly delicious, rivaling a homemade meal. Drinks were on point. Everyone I encountered were super friendly, whether they were management or regular workers.<br>I would highly recommend the experience here.

Sooooo airfrance under manteinance, turkish no alcohol we tried Primeclass lounge.<br>Honestly, best lounge experience in my life.<br>Food is good, drinks too but the real difference here is the energy! It's located by gate#10. It's in the basement but has an elevator. Very spacious and plenty of comfortable chairs for you to rest. Some drinks are complimentary free of charge other aren't . Food is good, some kind of Mediterranean, and have all allergies warning on each dish label, i find thst very useful. Bathrooms and showers available as well.

Great lounge, very clean, comfortable, and with delicious food options. The atmosphere is relaxing and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind. The staff are professional and welcoming, and I especially want to mention an employee named Richer, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The Primeclass Lounge at JFK Terminal 1 is, in my view, the weakest option among the terminal’s lounges. It has a full bar, but only basic wines, beers, and spirits are complimentary, with many premium drinks costing extra. The food is serviceable but nothing memorable, with a selection of salads, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, and a few hot dishes. While the large restrooms are a positive feature, they are one of the few standout aspects.<br><br>The location downstairs creates a somewhat basement-like feel, with low ceilings, limited natural light, and no real views—just a glimpse of jet bridges and aircraft wheels. Seating is varied but the space feels cramped, especially during busy periods, and the atmosphere is more functional than relaxing. The entrance is tucked away near Gates 8 and 9, and the overall layout lacks the open, airy energy you might expect in a premium space.<br><br>It works in a pinch if you have Priority Pass and need a seat, a drink, or a restroom stop, but compared with other lounges in Terminal 1, this one falls short in both comfort and experience.
