Its Summer 2026 & , store is still being Great its allways clean and food is allways fresh if you drive , come on and stop by !! Its worth it

I visited Popeyes on [1630 Bushwick Ave ] on 04/10/2026 ] around [3:09pm ], and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I waited over 34 minutes for my order, and when I finally received it, the food was cold and missing items I had paid for. this was my worst experience ever going to Popeyes! Too ladies flooring around, touching themselves and not caring for there customer, it is very sad.<br><br>When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the response was unhelpful and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.<br><br>I understand that places can get busy, but basic service and order accuracy should still be maintained. I hope this location improves its customer service and quality control. I suggest that they want to don’t go to this place!

They are triflin they don’t care about your food when ordering Uber Eats.. I just ordered two combos and only one came.. can’t get a refund and they not answering the phone.. Uber driver said they were playing around in store and I waited for over an hour for literally 7 pieces of shrimp not seasoned wrong drink and soda tasted like mold .. no sauce and food was cold .. they stole my food stole my money and I’m still hungry

This Popeyes location is definitely one of the best I have ever been too. It was overall pretty clean, the staff were nice, and when I saw my bacon sandwich, I was utterly impressed, as that thing looks like it came out straight from the poster. I don’t know who is working on 03/24/26, around 1pm, but you guys are doing great 👍

Waiting 1 small order for 35min and there is no busy first and last I’m not gonna come back here again

First time here. Chicken wrap took forever but good. I was in a hurry, next time I'll get the fry chicken since it was much faster like in 3 minutes.

Ordered my food online and by the time I got there, there was no wait and my food was hot and ready waiting for me. The manager was lovely and told me to have a nice day. Also this is the cleanest, most spacious Popeyes I've ever been to!! 10/10!!!

Dont come here between 12 and 2 waited 20 min just to order thisvplace needs help. This is unacceptable is fast food.i spend most of my lunch hour here. Hire more people this is so sad. Lets see how the food is!!! Better be great for the long eait

Clean and organized popeyes, very fast and kind customer services, the only thing that you need to know is that they have about 5 slots in the front parking and like 6 in the back side.

I placed an order on a DoorDash for the third time. THIRD time they forget to include sauces on the side!!!! THIRD TIME!!! I contacted DoorDash support prior and asked them pls flag the issue to a place, ask them to check- pls notify whoever is in charge immediately - they did nothing. They do not care about orders and this is the third time that the order is missing something. This time I got lemonade instead on iced tea!! And please see how much shrimp I received in the box idk maybe that’s the norm but it’s looks like breadcrumbs!! JAIL

Keepin it real out here in "Bushwick"<br>It's sort of a hectic area off of Bushwick Ave, drive pass this place every other day and finally got to try it out. I'm glad they revamped the whole Popeyes image cause it was clean, decent service and no craziness, just regular folks like myself there for some fire fried chicken. Got the sandwich this time, can't believe people were going at it over this years ago, but it's still good, nothing crazy but very consistent. I would go back again if I'm craving it and in the area.
