Staff, not welcoming. One picking on his ears and passes his hand on his mouth. Another standing alongside the cashier staring. The floor at the kitchen wet. This location is welcoming from thr outside , when I felt I was entering a Check cashier location. The dining area dirty looking and yet they get a grade of "A" it must be old.<br><br>O I finished my chicken ....but look at th4 care they took on boxing the chicken.<br><br>Leave alot to say....<br>Lets do better.

I usually enjoy Pollo Campero’s food and I frequently stop by the locations in Manhattan when I am in the mood for it.<br><br>I stopped by yesterday afternoon for some lunch. The location in Sunset Park is a bit out of the way for me and it was my first time purchasing food from there.<br><br>The cashier and the manager on duty were awesome. The manager told me I would like the mini churros that I purchased separately (which I did enjoy). I’ve always had great customer service at Pollo Campero.<br><br>The food here was unfortunately not hot and fresh. It was also not fully cooked through, it was pink and undercooked. I also think the Pepsi I received was diet instead of the regular version. The only thing I could eat were the churros. The plantain were still raw inside as well.<br><br>I was disappointed when I got home. I couldn’t eat it and had to throw the drink away.<br><br>I still love their food, but I am not happy that I couldn’t consume the food I purchased. I do not believe I will come back to this particular location due to that reason.<br><br>The three stars is due to the great service. I will just stick to the Manhattan locations.

For my first time I can say it was an amazing experience. Great customer service and the employees are very nice and welcoming. Pollo campero 5th Ave Brooklyn is a must.

This location is honestly the best location of the franchise. The place is super clean, the staff is very nice and understanding, The owner goes above and beyond to fix any issues, and the food is delicious, If you like good crispy or roasted chicken order from here👍

The service was completely disrespectful, especially the woman with the scar on her face. Today, even though my order was ready, she deliberately delayed us, the Black delivery drivers, in favor of the Spanish ones. Today, December 25, 2025, at 5 PM, for the second time, she deliberately delayed me for over an hour, even though her colleagues begged her to let me go. She displays racist malice towards Black customers and delivery drivers. Even if you are the owner, what benefit does this kind of behavior have for the business?

I placed an order beforehand quite a while ahead and I stayed and watched every person at the counter that ordered get their food and 2 other uber eats orders packed up and mine still wasn’t ready. Not worth the wait and it was blatantly put off because they didn’t feel like frying a new batch chicken nuggies until I asked them 2 times. They really drag their feet here at the sunset park location

Food is good. Customer service horrible. Total nightmare. Placed an order for pick up at 6:51pm left the store at 7:43pm.<br>I patiently waited, observing the cashiers joshing around.<br>This is probably the third negative experience I've had at this store.<br>Ain't gonna lie, had pollo campero for the first time this year, and the chicken be bangin, but customer service trash. How you spending your hard-earned money at these places, for a cashier to make you feel like a nuisance. Smh.

We are visiting Brooklyn and found a nice little hole in the wall gem. The place is nice and clean. The service was excellent and the food here is delicious. Well seasoned the chicken is juicy and grape and there’s a homey vibe because they serve your food on actual plates. I am very satisfied with my meal and service.

All the food we ordered taste great! Chicken are so juicy and yummy. Love the spices on grilled chicken.<br>Empanadas are delicious.<br>All menu are fairly priced.<br>Staffs are friendly too.<br>Overall, our family had a decent good time. Definitely gonna go again.

The chicken was bland and VERY dry. Rice wasn’t that great either. The restaurant was very dirty, table was sticky, and wasn’t exactly clean behind the counter either. I don’t think I’ll be back it reminded me of a worse version of pollo loco, wouldn’t recommend.
