I LOVE peacefood! They have the best most moist biscuits I’ve ever had - and they rotate the flavors daily which adds fun variety! The quiche and Mac and cheese are killer. The staff are also super sweet and personable. Thanks for being my go-to, pf

First time at the UWS location and the vibes were so wonderful.

Got the chickpea fries, japanese pumpkin sandwich, and seitan medallion panini which all had such great flavors and were so fresh.
I wouldn't normally try a Vegan place. Nothing wrong with it of course. Just assumed it wouldn't be tasty. A friend who only eats Vegan. I was pleasantly surprised! Wonderful, tasty food. The dessert is also delicious. Do try this place. It worth a visit. Laid back and low key, the staff is friendly and attentive too.
Their whooppie cookie is to DIE for. I lost my wallet on the street and Patrick was nice enough to find me on Instagram so I could retrieve my wallet. What a mench! I'll forever love this place. Not only for the food but also their kindness.
We ordered the pesto mac and cheese and the pot pie and they were both delicious! 🥰 Pot pie was a little watery and could be a bit more creamy. Pesto was so flavourful and both came with a lovely salad. The gingerade was refreshing. The restaurant environment was really nice and had very friendly staff.
I really enjoyed Peacefood on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Friendly servers and great food. I had the French toast and fruit. Cooked berries in top with cinnamon and sugar was divine!! I ordered a coffee with almond milk and the almond milk was steamed and foamy! Such a nice touch! I like strong coffee so that was slightly underwhelming as it was a tad watery but overall everything was great.
I’m not vegan, but this place truly impressed me. The pesto mac & cheese is hands down the best mac & cheese I’ve had in my life — I finished every bite. It was that good.

The burger sandwich was also awesome, full of flavor and very satisfying.

What really made the experience even better was the staff — everyone was friendly, lovely, and provided great service. You can really feel the passion and hard work behind this restaurant.

I’ll definitely come back again the next time I visit New York. Huge appreciation to everyone working here for creating such an amazing experience. 💚
Ordered a custom carrot cake for a vegan tea I had for a dear friend battling breast cancer with diet. We non-vegans were nervous, but the cake was a huge hit and truly delicious! Thank you Peacefood for making our support party such a success!
My daughter loves the tater tarts and French fries with no cheese. I liked their latte with oat milk and Shanghai dumplings. The vegetable dishes were good. Nice atmosphere and friendly people.
Terrific food. My favorite is quiche with vegan cashew cheese. Comes with a green salad with pieces of apple, pear, orange which beautifully refreshes the yummy quiche. Huge variety of cakes. My favorite is lime cake. Music in the background is easy jazzy music and not interfering if you come for a chat meeting.
Absolutely loved this place. We came to NYC just to try some vegan restaurants and this one was the highlight. The biscuits are fantastic!! We took some home for breakfast the next day and they still tasted good the next day. The pan seared "steak" was very good, and the side of green beans was good as well, especially since I'm not a huge green bean fan. We had a strawberry shortcake scone and it was so tasty. Server was very kind. Loved the sign that advocates for fur free living.
I haven’t had French toast since I became a vegan so this was a massive treat. Really good French toast and waffles! I had the chickpea fries too and they were ok not sure if I’d order them again
This was my first time at this location. The menu seems to be identical to the downtown location. The food was good but I like the downtown location better - this one is much smaller, pretty loud and felt cramped since the tables are so close to each other.

We had soups, sandwich, rice bowl and chocolate cake. Very nice and the cake wasn’t overly sweet, just right.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this place, and I must say, it was an experience to remember!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a delightful array of colorful, mouth-watering desserts. The menu was extensive, offering a variety of options from classic pastries to innovative creations, all vegan and Jain friendly.

I decided to try the vegan banana bread and macron and it was divine. The banana bread was moist and rich, perfectly balanced by the sweetness. It was clear that high-quality ingredients were used, and the skill and care put into baking it was evident in every bite.

Mini brownie was average but I plan to visit this place again.
I have eaten at this cafe twice and have not been disappointed. The staff is very attentive and can make suggestions when not sure what to order. They have a good selection of gluten free, raw dishes, and many healthy options. My husband loved the raw pizza, grilled broccoli (best I've ever had), and potato salad. I had red lentil and pumpkin soup, and a quinoa salad. They were both incredibly delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. The only thing is the place is a little noisy.
