This restaurant used to be one of my favorite delivery spots, and the food was consistently great. Unfortunately, my last experience was extremely disappointing. The food quality has clearly gone downhill — everything tasted low quality and poorly prepared compared to before.

On top of that, my order arrived missing the salad I paid for. When I called to resolve the issue, the customer service was shockingly rude and accused me of lying about receiving the salad with my delivery.

It’s disappointing to see both the food quality and customer service decline this badly. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve, because this place used to be much better.

The food and hospitality at Patrizia's of Brooklyn is by far one of the best in all of Staten Island. All of the staff were always friendly and welcoming! Mario consistently took care of my family and I every time that we come here; his friendly, warm, and attentive service is reflective of what exemplary service looks like! Our favorite appetizers are the blackened scallops and octopus carpaccio; the scallops were ALWAYS cooked to perfection where it's both extremely tender and flavorful! The sausage and pepper hero was also extremely delicious, where the sausage is not overly salty but still flavorful and paired perfectly with its tangy and savory sauce! The mushroom truffle pasta is our favorite, including our little toddler who is usually a very picky eater; its creamy but not overly rich, and very savory with perfectly cut mushrooms that's not too thin and provides the perfect bite! What can elevate the dish even more if they gave just a bit more pasta so there's more to enjoy! The pizzas were also perfectly crisp on the exterior and very enjoyable, where the pepperoni was also crisped to perfection! Overall, we have not yet encountered any disappointed dishes just yet, so I highly recommend coming to Patrizia's of Brooklyn for a fun and delicious experience!

Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

We decided to go out to eat for Easter. First time I have not cooked for a holiday and I have no regrets except for the fact that I did not make my Pizza Rustica. Everything was superb as always. We were also served pizza rustica which was excellent! Patrizias never disappoints!

This place is fantastic.
Went for the first time last night.
I will be back.
The service is impeccable!
Big portions too.

Bread with garlic and oil dip 4.5/5:
I LOVED this, there is a ton of garlic which I’m a fan of. Save the garlic for the rest of the meal.

Baked clams 4/5:
Really great - scoop the broth onto the clam and add the garlic from the bread to make it better.

Gnocchi with tomato sauce and cheese 4/5:
This was ok, and not super hot, but the gnocchi and sauce tasted fresh. I think it was better the next day leftovers.

Chicken with lemon, sausage, mash potatoes and asparagus 4.5/5:
This is a winter comfort food meal. It is rich but the lemon cuts through nicely. I would order this again.

Caramel cannoli 4.5/5:
Maybe the best cannoli I’ve ever had.

I’ve had dinner here a few times. I’ve also had parties here as well. My review is way overdue. I had lunch this week and I love walking in there because they make you feel like family. The owner Mario personally comes to talk to you. He is attentive and is flexible and accommodating with whatever you request. The entire crew there is such a joy. They instantly life spirit and make everyone feel good.
Now the food. We had the calamari, the Insalata Di Pulpo, and the Seafood Fra Diavolo. The portions are very generous. Me and my coworker both took left overs home. Way too much. You won’t break the bank for what you get. Looking forward to coming back for a retirement party.

This place is one of my favorite places. I love every dish I every ordered. Family style dishes where you can share with the table are truly perfect. Food is absolutely delicious. Anything I have ordered has been top shelf. I am going to give them 5 stars. You must try this place.

What an experience! We went here for my brothers birthday & from the time we walked in to the time we walked out we felt like family, our server Amarino was phenomenal the perfect authentic Italian who shows nothing but love, family & hospitality! The music??? Was PHENOMENAL it was like stepping into a time capsule, we told them we’d be back for my birthday they told me a special they normally do during the slower months they’ll bring out for April! Just for us, 12/10 Highly recommend thank you everyone

If I can give ZERO I would. We were a large party of around 40-50. Terrible place, feel like a herd of Wild animals rushing in. I got there 30 min early on advice from a friend. Severely crowded. Waiting for the table and I got an elbow in the neck/shoulder area by a Server. Server also while we were waiting jumped literally in the middle of my friend and I speaking(it was extremely loud so I had to get closer to hear her talk) . She approached him and said that was really rude to do and brushed it off as ohhh well!
Seating was terrible and over cramped.
Food was over salted, pizza dough had pepper in the dough. Very peppery. The food was ordered Family Style, now I've had family style many times and honestly it was like morsels of food. Bread you normally get in the beginning was asked for and was old and stale that when butter cracked in half. Meat came out with a Fire, seemed like lit up fresh dried Thyme. It was very very over whelming and the smoke. My friend and I were overcome by smoke it created and ventilation system in the restaurant doesn't seem to exist in the seating area for patrons. If something would have happened with that Thyme on fire large flame, lots of hair spray in people's hair there would have been a problem exiting because there's no exit door except for the entrance in restaurant. I didn't see a second exit and with the amount of people in the restaurant in a situation of possible fire with those flames could be a complete disaster! I do not recommend and surprised there's so many good reviews here unless it's the owners and friends of the restaurant. Only good thing was the Cappuccino and dessert (which I'm sure is not made there but brought in). Zero Stars.

My absolute favorite Italian restaurant! Every dish is made with love and the freshest ingredients — even the zucchini flowers come straight from Giacomo’s own garden. The menu is filled with delicious seafood and meats, and the service is always super friendly, and attentive. My family and i are always treated like we’re part of theirs. Highly recommend this beautiful place! 🇮🇹❤️

Positive and great atmosphere. Great for family dinners and special occasions. Didn’t really like the stuffed salmon though.

Today is our 20th wedding anniversary that we had celebrated at Patricia’s. As usual, this place never disappoints, our food and service was right on point. Delicious food, simply nothing more and nothing less. Told our waiter about our celebration and he went far and beyond for us to have a special moment with the rest of the patrons to celebrate our anniversary! Even had an arugula bread on the house. I’d like to thank everyone at this establishment for making this evening memorable 🥳

Every time I come here it gets better and better. The staff is always on point and welcoming. I always have a great time and I love coming here and it’s of my favorite restaurants to go to. I would absolutely recommend Patrizias to anyone looking for a great place to eat and or to celebrate their birthday. It’s a very fun environment. What else can be said about the food besides that it was spectacular. The filet mignon medium rare might be the best I have ever had. Cooked to absolute perfection as it melted in my mouth. Every dish we ordered was better than the last. The oysters were super fresh along with the calamari.

Hmmmm was an ok experience, but when expectations are high it’s easy to be disappointed! Personally ( family as well ) didn’t like the food ! Calamari was chewy- carbonara was very very salty - risotto in parts was undercooked ( literally some of the risotto rice was rough )…. Service and atmosphere was fine , typical Italian restaurant :)! I still might go back but for me it’s overrated !

Amazing place. The atmosphere, service, decoration create the great spirit. Delicious food, mouthwatering recipes with reasonable prices bring you back for just the simple lunch or celebration. Portions are huge. Never tried before fried calamari with sweet and sour sauce and I was amazed. Lamb chops were tender and juicy and came with pasta on the side. Oh, don’t forget to try crab legs! And branzino. Very fresh, on the layers of potatoes and covered with delicious sauce. Who likes steaks will not be disappointed. What can else I say? Come, have a beautiful meal!

Response from the owner

Thank you, Nina! We hope to see you again soon!
