The food is incredible! The decor is beautiful. I love how they cook shrimp dishes especially. My favorite penne al a vodka on Staten Island! I gave 4 stars for the service because it was hard to get the waiter’s attention 2 different times I was there.

Only place we go to for birthdays and our anniversary’s for many years now, food, service, atmosphere is always on point .

We came all the way from Cleveland, Ohio to check this amazing establishment out. We were greeted<br>By the Manager Christina. She was wonderful. Checking on us, how the food was etc. Very Professional. She came out at the end of our meal. Exchanged a business card and we are coming back w/ reservations and next time coming to meet CHEF PETE and the staff!

I went out to dinner with my old coworkers to panini grill for dinner because I heard that they had an all-you-can-eat pizza and wine on Mondays for $25/pp deal. But when we got there everyone decided to order from their pre-fix menu instead. Which turned out to be even better. My dish that I ordered was the filet of sole oreganata over spinach. I kindly asked the waiter if I could get my order accompanied by a side of pasta and they gave me the linguini with garlic and oil. The filet was wonderful. Not to salty nor bland. I had the baked clams for an appetizer. And that came out so good that I used the seasoned bread they gave to scoop up the sauce. My coworkers enjoyed their meals very much as well. They especially enjoyed the four cheese and pear pasta in the pre-fix menu. Definitely would recommend going back to check out the other items in their menu.

I live in the area and cant believe i waited so long to try panini! The service was great, the manager heard it was our first time and came to personally introduce herself which we thought was so sweet. Roberto was our server and he was super friendly and funny. The fries were SO good, salad delicious and my boyfriend loved his chicken francese. Definitely will be back!

This is my favorite place to bring friends and family. The food is consistently delicious—I would do anything for their Burrata Tower—and the atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. The service is top-notch as well; my favorite waitress, Kelly, always makes the experience even better. I highly recommend Panini Grill to everyone.

Came here tonight and it was an excellent experience! Jade was our server and she was so sweet and accommodating. I have celiac and can’t have gluten and they were able to swap out the regular bread with gluten free bread! I tried two of the pizzas gluten free and it was incredible!<br>They also have gluten free dessert! 10/10

My boyfriend saw this restaurant on Facebook. One of the owners posts himself talking about the dishes. We live on Long Island, and stopped for dinner on our way to PA. for the weekend. However, I would take the ride just for a random dinner. This was not just a great dinner. This was a great experience. From the moment we were seated, our waiter, Roberto, gave us just the right amount of attention. We didn’t feel rushed or smothered, and we weren’t kept waiting or searching for him. We started with house-made Focaccia with 3 dips/spreads. There was a pesto, a seasoned ricotta and a tomato; out of the ordinary and delicious. We ordered Mozzarella en Corozza as an appetizer. Simply put, it is a grilled cheese sandwich with tomato sauce. This was anything but simple. It was cooked to perfection; gooey, stretchy cheese and covered in a fresh tomato sauce. Melt in your mouth yummy! My boyfriend ordered Rigatoni Bolognese, which was so rich and delicious. I ordered the Cacio de Pepe, which was prepared table-side in a giant wheel of cheese!! So fun!! It was creamy, and sharp and peppery and scrumptious!! Dessert was Tiramisu for my boyfriend and a chocolate pudding cake for me. They did not disappoint. The service and the atmosphere on par with the food. We loved everything. I had 2 cocktails. I don’t remember what it was, but it was good enough to order a second. Like I said in the beginning, it was an experience. I can’t wait to go back.

Had a great dinner here. Kelly, our server, was wonderful!! There was a lot going on during a busy Saturday night rush, but she made us feel well attended to! Service had some delays but for reasons outside of our servers control. We had many people come to our table to ensure our dishes would be out shortly.<br><br>Pro tip- get the eggplant as an add onto your salad. You wont regret it.<br><br>Panini Grill management- please give your staff the credit they deserve! EVERYONE was hustling tonight!<br><br>Spumoni? A+

Gillian was above and beyond great. There was live music which made the atmosphere even better (thank you Tommy LaRocca). The wait for food was a bit longer than usual but it was worth it. It's best to make reservations because it got packed!.

So for the record, my family and I have been coming to Panini Grill for at least 10 years! We started coming here because they have a phenomenal gluten-free menu and that was very convenient our family. From then, it has always been a pleasure because of the people that work there, the atmosphere every time you walk in and the food is excellent! While every time at Panini Grill has been a pleasure, our most recent experience with Kelley Was great because of how funny and enthusiastic she is. She takes the personal atmosphere that the Panini Grill always exhibits and helps take it to a whole new level! If there were 12 stars, I would fill all 12!

Panini grill and restaurant in Staten Island, WOW, WOW WOW, PROBABLY one of the best restaurants in the area...bread is warm, the sangria pitcher served 10 wine glasses, and the food was delicious, steak like butter. We ordered the T Bone, again, just WOW. We left there, like that was a meal!!! Don't miss out in this place!!

Having been watching posts from the owner cooking and decided to make the trip all the way from North Jersey. Was not disappointed as the food was amazing. The best vodka cream sauce I have ever had and my wife’s pork chop bolognese was delicious. Staff super friendly. Amazing experience.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years and have always enjoyed my experiences here. For my mother’s 78th birthday and my own 56th, I chose to celebrate at this location, as it has always been a favorite.<br><br>Our server, Kathleen, provided exceptional service—she went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring we had a wonderful experience despite one major issue. Unfortunately, the food from the brunch menu did not meet expectations. The kitchen served our meals cold, which was disappointing, especially for a party of five. I typically do not send food back, but on this occasion, I had to return both my meal and my daughter’s. The Eggs in Purgatory dish, which I was particularly excited to try, did not live up to its reputation and was quite underwhelming.<br><br>That being said, the fruit platter and drinks were absolutely fantastic, and Kathleen’s outstanding service truly made our day. She even surprised us with candles and a birthday song, making the celebration extra special. Her kindness and attentiveness deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope she is acknowledged for her dedication.<br><br>While the overall experience was pleasant, I do hope the kitchen improves its food quality and consistency in the future. Cold food can significantly impact the enjoyment of a meal. I look forward to returning and hope for a better dining experience next time.<br><br>Thank you again for your hospitality!
