Instagram: @fabricioportillof<br><br>​I had a fantastic dinner at the Outback Steakhouse in Staten Island, and it truly exceeded expectations from start to finish.<br>The waitress: Julia was fenomenal!<br>​To kick things off, our waitress was absolutely wonderful—incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the moment we sat down. For drinks, I tried the Blueberry Refresher, and it was the perfect choice. It was crisp, vibrant, and incredibly refreshing.<br>​For the meal, the house salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing arrived first. The greens were perfectly fresh, and it was a very decent, satisfying portion size.<br>​The absolute star of the night, however, was the Bone-In Ribeye Steak. Ordered medium-rare, it served up extremely delicious and perfectly cooked to temperature. It was juicy, beautifully seasoned, and paired wonderfully with a classic, loaded baked potato on the side.<br>​If you are in Staten Island and looking for a great meal with top-notch service, this location delivers. I will definitely be back!

This is a great place to grab a 3 course meal for under $20. They also have the option to order take home meals for $10. We usually come here for lunch on a weekday, so it’s super quiet and the server is always attentive since it’s not too busy. The food is delicious- but I do have to say some items either had too much salt or too much pepper one time. I did experience some old pieces of lettuce in my salad once, but I just ate around it- bound to happen in restaurants here and there. Good lunch/dinner option on the island!

Went to outback tonight, waited a long time for our food BUT the manager Marcellus was excellent. He greeted us at the door, accommodated us through the whole night. Reassured our table and truly took care of us, very attentive. Even walked us to the door and opened it for us saying goodnight. The little things don’t go unnoticed thank you so much Marcellus you went above and beyond !! :)

I can’t remember the name of our server, but she had dark hair in a bun and was lovely! Friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. The food was a tad too salty, and did take a long time to hit the table, but I still had an enjoyable experience because of the great service. The table behind us was quite rude and short with the server, but she handled it with grace. I hope management knows they have a great employee on their hands. Shout out to her!

Tonight's experience was disappointing to say the least. Waited 20 minutes for appetizer that was beyond greasy. We had ordered right away steaks we spent 45 minutes before I got up and said we're leaving. Thos was unacceptable and I have been going to this establishment for some time never had an issue. It was practically empty. And manager was terrible didn't even apologize or asked why as he looked at me and left to the back. He was so busy chatting it up at the table( see pic cornertable).I will never step foot here again. I will not recommend it either. They had time to chatter.. manager is by far the worse ive seen. The salad was warm...

If I could give a zero star I would. I never write reviews but I had to write it about this place.<br>I walked in on a Monday at 8pm. I was with my wife, two younger sons and my toddler daughter. The restaurant was very slow and had maybe 5 other groups in the restaurant. I asked if it was possible to sit in a booth and at first they tried to sit us in the booth closest to the restrooms so I politely asked if we could sit at another booth further from the restrooms. Almost every booth was open so I thought it shouldn’t be a problem but the guy gave me an attitude as if I asked him something crazy. After he sat us down we waited for a server that never came. Servers would walk past us and no one came by to even ask for our drink orders. We waited for 37 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave. My toddler was very restless and upset because she was hungry. On the way out I told the host that I was leaving because no one ever came by to take our order after 37 mins. She walked over to tell the manager and he just stared at us with a stupid look on his face. He didn’t even come over to us to apologize or say anything, he just stared at me so I walked out of the restaurant hungry and upset. My toddler and kids were very disappointed because they wanted to try to the food but the service was so horrible that we had to leave in fear of retaliation of speaking up. When we did speak up there was no apology or even a care that we were leaving just blank stares. I’m not a irrational person, if the place was busy I could understand. But there was almost no one there and to wait that long seemed like a slap in the face when servers were just standing around doing nothing. Very disappointing overall.

This review is regarding a delivery order, I must say that Emily was phenomenal in including everything I asked for!! I felt a little tedious asking for extra stuff on the side but she was so kind over the phone and went above and beyond. Plus the food was delicious. Between her and my server Matt last time I had visited with my family, every time has been exceptional!! Keep up the great work

Solid Outback experience on Staten Island! Started with the classic Bloomin' Onion (crispy and addictive), then got the Victoria's Filet Mignon (cooked perfectly medium-rare, juicy and flavorful) with loaded baked potato and grilled shrimp on the side. Portions are huge, food tasty and consistent. Service was friendly and attentive—server kept drinks full and checked in nicely. Atmosphere is your typical chain steakhouse: booths, Outback theme, a bit noisy when busy but fine for casual dinner. Good value for steak night—will return!

Johnathan was our service our last experience left us skeptical but the service we received from our server today was above and beyond everything was perfect he checked in on us our meal and even my five year old enjoyed his incredible service five stars Johnathan completely changed my view on outback will be back soon

I was surprised how cheap the cocktails were, but a bit sweet for my taste. The cocktails presentations were also a good treat. We tried the ginger martín, the strawberry lemonade, and some cocktail made of peches... they all had a lot of sugar. Other than that, the food was very good. The steak were juice and the vegetales were flavorful. Highly recommended.

This is my first time going to the outback steakhouse with a group from JCC. Sometimes I see commercials about this place, but I didn't know that there's one in Staten Island. When I went inside the place it looked very cabin like. Almost like a saloon in the old west. The atmosphere is calm and campy. There was a picturised Australian flag at the far end of the diner to my left at the entrance.🇭🇲 I sat down at one of their tables and I see all kinds of pictures of art on the wall. Some had kangaroos and koalas and wildlife.🏜️🌵🦘🐨 We looked at their menu with some pretty interesting choices. We had to wait for a whole hour because when we got there it opened at 11:00 a.m.🕚 I ordered their chicken sandwich with the side of fries for $14.99 and their drink which is a strawberry lemonade kiwi for $3.99. 🍔🍟🍷The Meal altogether is equal to $18.98 plus tip equals $19.98. The food was fresh and delicious and it was a little spicy. 🥵😋👍 We did have their damper bread while we wait for our food. It was also delicious. 😋 This place looks so cool and it's fall themed. I think I might want to go back to see and try other choices they have. 👍😋👌

5 Stars – Amazing Service from Jenna and Great Hospitality from Manager Charlie!<br><br>I had an awesome experience at Outback Steakhouse, and it was all thanks to the fantastic service from our server Jenna and the warm hospitality from the manager, Charlie. Jenna was absolutely on point — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. She gave great recommendations and checked in often without being overbearing.<br><br>Charlie, the manager, stopped by our table to see how everything was going, which really made us feel valued. You can tell he runs the place with care and takes pride in making sure guests are happy.<br><br>The food was delicious, but it’s the people like Jenna and Charlie that make this location stand out. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is s very consistent location that always seems to hit the mark. Service is almost always proficient, the food always maintains quality and the price is always somewhat reasonable. The signature cocktails are always on point. Most chain restaurants on Staten Island are awful, this is one of the exceptions.

My family and I love this location, we always have a good dining experience. We always get great servers that are always very attentive. The only issue is that the food takes entirely too long to come out. The food is typically very good, but not over the top. The drinks can be a bit inconsistent at times, but overall pretty decent
