Paula was an amazing waitress. Attentive, pleasant without being pushy, helpful & very respectful. She made this such a great dining experience.

I put my name on the list to be seated and was told 10-15 minutes. After that time frame I saw two other groups of two people get seated before me. When I asked, first I was told I didn't give my name to that hostess then when the other hostess came she claimed I didn't give in my name. I had a text stating I had. They found my name and then claimed it was the way the computer did it. They couldn't explain why others were seated before me that gave their names after me. I will be hesitant to go back.

The filet mignon was solid. We had a great deal for valentine's day which was a 4 course meal for two with upgrades available. The caesar salad was good. The blooming onion is a bit overhyped but at least it wasn't as greasy as usual. The flavor on the steak was good, and it was cooked to my liking.

The steak was BUTTER , it tasted amazing and everything came out in a reasonable time . Never had to ask hey where’s our food,

The food was cold, the steak was poor quality, and the service was rude. The restaurant was extremely cold (approximately 65°F), requiring us to keep our jackets on. Parents should also be aware that the game device charges a $2.99 fee even for minimal use, without clear notice.<br><br>To the owner: please do not respond with a generic apology to improve ratings. We raised these concerns in person and received poor resolution. Future guests should be aware of how issues are handled on-site.

Great experience sometimes things happens but I can only say its always delicious.

10/10 I will come again mark my words. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service Santina and Laura. Between the flavorful food in every bite and delicious wine I can’t rave enough. Do yourself the favor and come try their medium wings, French onion soup, Caesar salad, and Toowamba salmon with the garlic mash you can’t go wrong.

Wonderful, friendly, and kind staff. This restaurant is very nostalgic for me too! Great food, great service, great price. This place is managed well. The place is clean and has a warm feeling to it. I will definitely be returning. Please don't discontinue the fun holiday drinks! I just had the platypus drink! Can't wait to return. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Outback Steakhouse!

Located in the Bay Terrace Shopping Center, the service here was speedy, the food was well presented, and everything was cooked perfectly. One of the managers, Tyrone (I hope I'm spelling that right), went out of their way to make time for us and it was a prime example of what a manager should be at any establishment, period. I have never been to this location before and was really impressed. In general I enjoy coming to Outback Steakhouse, but this is definitely one of the better locations.

Great experience. Very nostalgic for me, I've been coming here since my college years. Food was great. Apps and drinks were first and the food came right on time. Our waitress Jaleen was awesome. She is courteous, friendly and attentive to her customers needs. The 10$ to go menu was a hit as well. Got steak Alfredo bowl. My partner got the Aussie 3 course meal. French onion soup burger and cheese cake were all prepared well. I got half rack of ribs, loaded potatoes and asparagus. 2 beers and 2 eight $ cocktails later, we were more than satisfied. Yum yum.

Lets talk about their service first then i’ll come to the food! Today we went there and there were so many people waiting in line and the restaurant was really busy. But yet, their service was so good! The girls in the front and also the girl who served our food were so nice to us. I have never been in a restaurant where the workers are so welcoming. And food was also very good and for this price its definitely worth it!! Definitely will visit again!

We always have the best service and food at Outback Bayside. The service by Santina, Jaylene and so many others is impeccable and they are also so gorgeous both inside out.<br>The manager, Jason, is a really nice guy as well.<br>We love everything about this Outback and that’s why we come here so often and will continue to do so! 🫶🏼☺️<br>Happy and Healthy New Year everyone 💗

I came into outback today with a mission- I will get a mini koala on the gingerbread fizz drink. While I accomplished that mission, I was delighted even more by the service I received and the meal I enjoyed. My waitress Jessica made me feel so welcomed as a solo diner, and was so wonderful. The food was too tier! The chimichurri sauce was beyond amazing and I was so surprised by how delicious everything was. I will definitely be coming back to this location soon (for more koala gingerbread fizzes, delicious steak a phenomenal staff!) thank you Jessica!!

We decided to have a simple celebration for my son's second birthday and chose this place for the occasion. We also took the opportunity to bring my mom, who is visiting us all the way from Down Under, to an Australian-themed restaurant. Everything was great! From an Australian's (my mom's) point of view, this place gets her approval!

It's a great place to take the kids!! Staff service is friendly. Even though I'm not good at English, he explains it well. The food comes out quickly so is warm and delicious :) But I ordered medium. The steak was overcooked unlike the picture. So I think I'll have to order medium rare next time.
