We waited 1 hour to get our food. When we told them that cancel the order, surprisingly cold food appeared in 5 minutes. The noodles were even cold and uncooked. I ordered grilled chicken with mushrooms, they brought fried chicken without any mushrooms. When our waitress saw we were disappointed she disappeared from her area so she won't have to deal with us. We have been to many different olive gardens this would be the worse one. We are never going back there.

Has to be one of the worst locations Olive Garden has. Orders were messed up on top of being super delayed/late (almost an hour and a half) kept being told they are working on it the entire time with barely any attention being given to our area (I felt). Timeline.. arrive approximately 7:30pm.. didn't get attended to until 7:45pm.. soup, salad and breads ticks came out within 3 minutes... very impressive. The rest of the time we spent waiting for the rest of the order.. came approximately 9pm after we approached the front desk staff for a request to cancel the order and let us pay whatever tab we might've run up.. he went to check and magically everything is "done". It came out and the noodles were cold. The chicken cutlet was fried.. not baked as requested. Overall I do NOT recommend this place. Giving it a 2 star so this review sticks and hopefully will not be removed. Just terrible. Please stay away especially if you are planning something that you would hope is a quick meal.
The kid with the cockeye ignored me when trying to place a take out order. He was extremely rude to me. I felt disrespected and it doesn’t take a genius to place a takeout order so it shouldn’t be so hard. What kind of incompetent workers do you guys allow to work at this place? This place is a disaster with no respect for loyal customers like me who have been coming to this establishment for over 5 years, save your money and go somewhere else.
This was my second time at this restaurant, and both experiences were disappointing because of the service. The first time, our waitress spent most of the time on her phone and barely checked on our table. This second visit was somehow even worse.

I honestly don’t know if we were treated this way because we’re teenagers, but nobody ever came to offer more bread or refills. Dirty plates were left sitting on the edge of the table forever, and even when my dessert arrived, all the dirty dishes were still there. The waiter spent almost all his time taking care of the table next to us and only checked on us once before basically ignoring us for the rest of the night.

What made it even more uncomfortable was when it was time to pay — the waiter stood there watching while I chose the tip amount. Tipping should feel private, especially when the service was poor. Great food, but the service was honestly terrible.
Welcoming staff was very nice, as well as the server. I ordered shrimp scampi and it was the worst I ever had. It had no taste. I also ordered fried calamari for appetizer and it was very salty. My husband meal was ok. I wouldn’t be going back there ever. This is the one on sunrise highway.
I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at Olive Garden, and it was entirely due to shockingly unprofessional staff and management.
From the start, our waitress, Brianna, was rude and inappropriate. While we were simply looking at the drink menu, she came over and said, “soft drinks are on the back,” implying we were underage. It was unnecessary and disrespectful.
When we ordered sangrias, she asked for our IDs. We immediately provided valid IDs (I am 24), and instead of properly checking them, she barely glanced and said, “I just have to pretend like I’m asking and looking at something, you’re good baby.” That comment was completely unacceptable. Not only did it feel inappropriate, but it also suggested she does not take ID verification seriously, which is a major issue.
The drinks themselves were terrible—overly sweet, syrupy, and honestly tasted like straight juice. I’ve ordered that same sangria here before, and this was clearly not made the same way. We politely told her we didn’t like them—this was never about the money (they were only $8.50), and we had already paid for our meal before even speaking to a manager. We simply wanted to communicate that the drinks were not good. She responded with visible attitude, gave us a nasty look, said “ok,” and walked away. She later came back asking if we wanted other drinks, but at one point repeatedly asked “R U OK?” in a way that felt more confrontational than helpful.
Service only got worse from there. While she did check back briefly, we were never once offered refills on breadsticks or salad, which is a basic and expected part of the experience.
When I asked for a manager, it took over 40 minutes for Monique to come to our table. By that point, it was clear we were being dismissed. When she finally arrived, she was completely unapologetic, dismissive, and uninterested in addressing the actual concerns. She repeatedly reduced everything to “you just didn’t like the taste,” despite me explaining multiple times that I’ve had this drink before and it was not prepared correctly, and that our concerns went far beyond just taste.
She eventually offered a gift card, but when I mentioned I would also be contacting corporate, she said she would call them first to “warn” them. After I responded that there was nothing to warn, the promised gift card was never provided. So not only did we receive horrible service, but we were also offered compensation that was never actually given.
To make matters worse, as we were leaving, she said, “Jesus girl bye” within earshot. That level of unprofessionalism from management is unbelievable.
For context, we had both just come from 10-hour workdays and simply wanted to sit down and enjoy a meal. Instead, we were met with disrespect, poor service, and a complete lack of accountability from both our server and management. I’ve worked in the service industry and as a bartender, and the comments and behavior from this waitress alone would be grounds for termination.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Between the inappropriate comments, poorly made drinks, lack of basic service, and failure to follow through on promised compensation, this location clearly has serious issues. I will not be returning.
The waitress was extremely nice and did an amazing job, she was attentive, and great at her job. Although, the manager (Tiffany) was very disrespectful with her waitress and has a very hostile attitude toward the server that attended me and my family. She slammed the tablet screen on the table, yelled at my server in front of everyone, made her clean the tables when the other worker who cleans was cleaning the tables she told him to leave her to clean it, and she mistreated my server. I asked my server how long she’s been there and she’s practically new. I was so embarrassed of the manager and her behavior towards the servers. She should be fired immediately and this should be taken into corporate matters, I will be contacting the corporate headquarters. The lady that answered the phone when I called also had an attitude. This was a predominantly black restaurant (workers wise) and to my surprise the server that I had was a Hispanic server and was the only server being mistreated, not to mention, my family and I are also Hispanic. Once again, I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed that both my parents and younger sibling had to experience this terrible experience with the manager (Tiffany). Please do not go here, especially if Hispanic. MANAGER TIFFANY IS THE WORST MANAGER I HAVE EVER SEEN/MET.
Run, don't walk if you're in the mood for a tasty Alfredo and a glass of wine along with unlimited salad and freshly baked breadsticks. Ensure you get the extra parmesan grated on top since it brings out the pasta's real flavor. The presentation isnt the best but the serving size was more thank enough for a hungry adult (I had to take some home). My server was lovely. She gave me breadsticks and salad to go with a smile. I will be back to this Green Acres, NYC location. It's huge and I had an entire section for myself on a Monday night. Love!
Myself and my family visited this location in the past and it was always a wonderful experience. We decided to visit this location last evening and had the worst experience. From the time we entered customer service was horrible. I was told to take my 4 months old baby out of the stroller and fold the stroller. Next when we got our table we ordered drinks and food and sat for two without any food or response from the waiter . When the food came we were told they had a party of 40 and the kitchen was busy. We understand that but the food was horrible. My family couldn't eat any of the food. It had no taste , the eggplant was raw and the noodles was watery. The shrimp was raw with no taste and we couldn't eat any of the food. We called the waiter n told him about the food. He went and lingered in the back and came back and say he told them and they say they can't do anything about it and went on to give me the bill . I pain extra and he took a while to come back to the table and I told him the experience is so horrible and this is not how you deal with an issue and I told him to take the 20 dollars tip. He laughed and left . I am never going back to this restaurant at this location and I dont recommend it to anyone.
It honestly was a great time for me and my girlfriend. We didn't wait long, and service was fast and polite. It was a great time. Food was good too. We both got pastas with the salad and beeadsticks. It was a great time.
I came with my lady and the staff treated us with respect and tended to our request with grace. Our waiter Saiful was such a gentleman and was great! Definitely was a great impression for my lady as it was her first time. She was very impressed.
Typical Olive Garden decor and atmosphere. My server was awesome very attentive even though she was servicing multiple tables at once. The food was great. Filled up on Salad and headstock. The soup was flavorful and the fried shrimp were seasoned to perfection. Spaghetti and spicy meat sauce did the trick. Not too spicy it was just right. Will visit again. Cant beat never ending pasta
If I could rate this place a zero I would. I ordered to go when I got home my shrimp Alfredo was so burnt I called the store and the manager was too busy to come to the phone. I went to the store gave the guy at the desk the food he took it to manger Tiffany that never came to apologize . I ask for a refund Tiffany told them that it will be done at the end of the night I had to get really loud then so came and refund my money. Stay away from this store all kids and unprofessional people work here
The food was good and all but the service lacked a little. The waitress was overworked and she did her best no complaints about her or the hostess. Again food was good. The cups on the other hand were dirty and so were our forks maybe a better detergent for their machines.
We arrived during the lunch hour on a Saturday. Myself my mother and two of my children. There was a wait time of about 20-30 minutes. This restaurant is very spacious and there were multiple tables sitting empty so we were surprised by the wait time. We did indeed wait for about 25 minutes. The service was nice not great the food was not bad. However I did appreciate that the manager came to ask how things were. The one thing I hate at any restaurant and it happened at this service was that the main entree came minutes after we had just received our appetizers. It is so inconvenient and really disrupts the flow of the meal because the table gets overcrowded. Other than that Olive Garden is a nice place to go with a family to relax and spend time together.
