Absolutely love this place! Every visit feels like a warm Italian getaway. The pasta is perfectly cooked, the breadsticks are legendary, and the Never-Ending soup/salad is unbeatable value. The staff is always friendly and attentive. A wonderful spot for family lunches. Highly recommend — will definitely be back!

April 2026. Great location, free parking, great staff, I sat by the bar..Shifah, the bartender was courteous, with excellent customer service. The food was fresh and well prepared. The chicken was a bit salty, but eatable. This is probably my 5th visit, but this time was a much better experience. Warning. DO NOT PARK your vehicle here if u r not eating at this restaurant, they will tow your car in less than 2 minutes. Other than that this place is fully recommended.
Found hair in my food service was pretty good though got my refund but it did take a while for everything to be settled and waiter didn’t come up to me as much as others and didn’t try to give me a comfortable experience
Have come here many times. We take out son every two to three months, depending on our budget. It is one of his most sought for days.Today was the busiest and worse.
Ordered quickly. Got salad, soup, and beverages quickly.
After an hour had to leave as had Dr appointment,, and never got our order.
Bad? Yes. Did they take the food we didn't received off the bill? Yes. Did they still charge the juice and soda? Yes. Should they? Minds can disagree, but really not a good experience.
Had such a terrible experience yesterday. Was visiting my in laws in Glendale, saw that Olive Garden had a great lunch deal. We all decided to order the lunch special! My husband and I went to pick it up, when he went inside the cashier told him it wasn’t ready and we will have to wait another 30 mins. So he came back outside to the car, we sat for almost 40 minutes extra in that small parking lot. No parking! After the 40 minutes my husband went back in to see if it was ready, the same girl all of a sudden decided that they didn’t have our order at all! She told him we did not pay, and that we would be charged 100 dollars instead of the lunch special! I went in to confirm the order since I prior paid! The manager found our order in two seconds and the best part! The food and order was sitting right behind the woman who kept telling us it did not exist! In a bag with our name and exact number order! We waited all together for at least an hour, for an order that was ready at normal time, and was just sitting there. The manager was nice and apologized, gave us two desserts and a salad for free , but still can’t believe our food was just sitting there the whole entire time, and the women couldn’t seem to figure it out. When we got home, obviously everything needed to be re heated, and wait even longer to eat. Will never order or go back again.
Definitely a place to go to if you want a fancy setting and food that is affordable-ish. I had their chicken Alfredo pasta, the pasta was slippery which I love and their chicken was tender and chewy. However, there seemed to be a different taste in their spices or sauce, maybe a little bit low quality product that seemed different than a few years ago. Their breadsticks could be enjoyed without sauce which I found to be a good deal. I also tried their Bellini tea, which had a bitter-like and a refreshing taste, although I would appreciate there being a selection of different portion sizes. Their servers and service were efficient and timely and the ambiance in the restaurant was also great. If you enjoy fulfilling food in a nicely warm lit environment, this is the place to go!
First of all Frances was an amazing waiter, she was very attentive, gave us a free dessert as well as offer us refills on our drinks and extra breadsticks. Onto the actual review of the food, the breadsticks were phenomenal and tastes amazing. The lasagna fritta is a popular choice and for good reason, with meat sauce at the top and Alfredo sauce at the bottom, it was complementary 😋. For my entree I selected a chicken parm which came with a side of spaghetti with marinara sauce. Like last time. it was an enjoyable hardy meal. I reccomend Olive Garden to anyone who has some money available to eat. It will exceed your expectations. Keep it up Olive Garden!
We loveeeee Olive Garden. For Any special occasion Or not, we love to come this place. Today was my daughter’s birthday and they made her birthday more special. Every year in her bday we have to come here. She does not like to go anywhere else. Everybody was super friendly. Love to come this place again and again.
this location next to queens center mall is very convenient I been coming to this location for many years. This is the second time we have horrible encounter for our meal. Today we came to celebrate my little sister 9th bdays because Olive Garden is her favorite place. We ordered the berry sangria and when we were serving it into our wine glasses we noticed a weird shape and it was the wood cord of the bottle in our Pinter of sangria. Firstly, it’s a safety hazard what if we swallow the wood pieces of that wood. The staff is careless when preparing this. Who knows what else they are careless with. Not long ago we came again and there was a big fly dead mixed in into the house salad. The manager came that time to apologize and only offered a dessert for that mistake. Idk about you but we would’ve called food inspection on them that day but we didn’t. It’s the last time we done in this establishment again. Very disappointed and careless staff when preparing the food. Godforbid we don’t check our food and we ate that wood thing inside the sangria or swallowed the fly from our last experience. Absolutely the worst dinning experience ever. Don’t come here if you want a fly or wood on your food.
Food was good I loved their Pasta and meat was juicy.
They have unlimited soup and salad as complementary with your main dish and you can choose from different types of soups.
Service was amazing the waitress was so polite and friendly.
They take a little much time to get the food.
We got seafood and Sirloin pasta they were delicious but the fried calamari was thinly shaved, which meant it was missing that characteristic chewy and over cooked so I didn’t like.
And the place was so hot
I came by this afternoon and Juliet served us. She was very attentive and made sure my entire dinner experience was excellent
Came here on Labor Day for the Unlimited Pasta. Even though it was busy, the wait was less than 15 minutes. Sharleen was amazing—she managed multiple tables while still providing excellent service. The food was delicious and always served hot. Highly recommend this place
Go seated in less than 5 minutes, the service was great and the place as well. Air conditioned. Expected more of the food. I ordered lasagna but as you can see it’s like a huge chunk of meat and barely any of the pasta. Needed more cheese as well. The drinks were overall great and the breadsticks were a bit too salty for my taste.
It used to be good here but now it’s nothing but disappointment.

1) I’m no dessert expert but this is definitely not how you’re supposed to do it, the powdered sugar was splashed unevenly on the fried donuts.
2) In the men’s restroom there were no paper towels, no soap and the urinal was filthy.
3) The bread and soup were too salty.
4) It took me three attempts to get a glass of ice water. What in the world?
I had a craving for Olive Garden, it's comfort Italian, just like Taco Bell is Mexican. So we haven't been to this location by Queens Center Mall. Boy it was packed, but we were seated quickly, the place was 75% full it seemed. We switched from booth to table for more space. They were very accommodating, the server was super professional. The bread sticks, salad, appetizers, and entrees were delicious. Service was spot on, server was attentive and diligent. We packed the leftovers for later and even partook in their take home pre-prepared meals.
