I went to this restaurant with some friends who came from another country, and there were four of us. The waitress with curly hair gave us very poor service. It seemed like she assumed we weren’t going to pay. She came to our table but didn’t ask if we wanted any drinks and didn’t offer us any appetizers. The manager ended up taking over our table and gave us much better service. She was very kind. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

Customer service was excellent. Shout out to our server Cameron at the Bay Plaza Mall location for his hospitality. He made us feel good and welcomed. We came in for the 16.99 Buy one take one after shopping. The food was good I got the Chicken parm and my sis got the lasagna. Food was good portion size. Doggy bag and frozen fettuccine alfredo to go and a 4 cheese bake zitti.
Strawberry limonade margarita was really good but could have been stronger. Italian margarita was good not as sour nice smooth taste.
They sing Happy Birthday and you get a piece of dessert cake of your choice. Delicious Tiramisu. Very nice establishment clean and friendly atmosphere.
Let me First say as soon as I sat at Bar … Nicole gave me her immediate attention. She had the biggest smile and pleasant energy the entire visit. Im visiting from Los Angeles and this was the best experience Ive had at Olive Garden. The food was fresh and delicious
We had such a wonderful experience at Olive Garden tonight! The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and everything came out perfectly. Our server, Kai, was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive and kept checking in on us throughout the evening. There were a few delays in the kitchen, but she consistently came over to update us and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Her communication and kindness truly made our night special. Thank you, Kai, for going above and beyond!
It was My Birthday and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. Fried Calamari mouth watering. I ate the Trio, again every bite was really good. Then my piece of cake was Heavenly. I mean mouthwatering 🤤
Ms. Elizabeth can you take some training in how to do a better customer service. I called and spoke with you on the phone to inform the store that my order was incomplete and all you keep repeating to me is that I didn’t paid for the breadsticks when I call to let the store know that I was missing it. my order that the restaurant Oliver garden the company you work for and represented give me the option to enjoy bread that comes with my food I paid with my money not yours. To me the way you said on the phone that I didn’t paid for it doesn’t make any sense because it comes with my two meal I order. you need some training in how to handle situations like this when you guys prepare an order but by your team forgot to add it to the customer bag. Thank you.
Horrible service.
Will not be back - my Husband & I came here for a celebratory date night. We walked up to the front desk & the Manager was counting money & there was a female employee standing beside her. There was ZERO acknowledgment and customer service was legit trash. We stood there for at least 3-5 mins for either the Manager to greet us or the other female employee. A couple walks in and immediately got greeted and they were asked their name and table size. My Husband had to intervene and inform the female employee we were here first and have been waiting for THEM. We finally get seated for us to receive our food first with out our appetizer. My Husband & I think they did this on purpose to rush us out as they were closing within the next hour.
This location needs a staff revamp & re trained on customer service.
The first reg flag was us just standing there directly in front of both employees and not getting acknowledge but the other couple did once they came in - we should have just walked out from there. 😂
I had a wonderful experience at the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in The Bronx, and it reminded me why this place is such a favorite. The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. My standout dish was the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned, with tender chicken and shrimp cooked just right. It was incredibly satisfying and full of flavor. The classic Olive Garden salad was fresh and crisp, and the signature dressing is still unbeatable—it’s the perfect balance of tangy and savory. Of course, the breadsticks deserve special praise: warm, soft, and addictive, they kept coming and never disappointed. Overall, the great food made this visit memorable, and I truly enjoyed every bite. Olive Garden in The Bronx delivered comfort, quality, and flavor all in one meal. Shout out to Bay Plaza.
I came here to celebrate both my birthday and my sons. The service was good, the waitress was attentive for the most part, and it was fast. I only removed one star because she never asked how we wanted our salad, nor if we wanted anything on our food. My son got his food first which was great, because I always prefer my children to get their food first.
Went last Sunday and had a very odd experience with our server, who was clearly stoned and maybe in his first few days of the job? Idk though based on other reviews I think it could be the same person, but anyway. He made us feel really uncomfortable, making comments about how I looked like I was concerned about the price of the salad he brought before we ordered anything and leaning over the table. Then he didn’t know what my husband was asking for was—a sprite—and had his whole hand all over our salad plates and was dropping things on the table. It was a really odd experience and I ultimately decided to tell him to forget about the order he had not put in yet and we left. He then asked my husband if I’m going through personal issues…which was interesting because we made no indication to him why we were leaving (him) and were polite about it… We could’ve asked for a new server and explained to his manager the reason, which would’ve probably been worse for him than us just advising that we had to go. We’ve had many different types of servers over our lives—we are former waiters ourselves and know people can have off days but this wasn’t that…this was just something completely out of pocket… This guy was clearly stoned and had no idea what he was doing, leaning over us in our table and doing the same to the table behind us. You really need to train your servers about personal space, not making comments about how I look like I’m concerned about the pricing, and just ultimately giving a bad experience. That combined with the smell of parmesan mop water we just could not bear it.
I’m not gonna name drop because I don’t want to publicly shame anyone but I urge management to seriously look at their staff…you’re creating a terrible reputation, which is clear with several reviews that seem to describe the same waiter on yelp.
The food had a lot of oil on my plate and I ordered a plate and it didn’t even have sauce, all the oil that the pasta had caused me a stomachache
The food at the this place was ok Not olive best moment. Service was decent to say the least but the establishment felt and looked dingy, dirty and felt musty , definitely not worth the trip nor the expense. F.Y.I they charge 5.99 for extra sauce for the pasta.
The service was impeccable.

From being greeted by the host when we walked in to be accommodated by our server, the car we were afforded was beyond anticipated. Our server—Nicole R.—was patient and professional beyond measure. We came in to enjoy the never-ending possible special, and, from the beginning, she was accommodating. She patiently awaited our indecision and helped with suggesting various combinations. I was taken back by the creamy mushroom sauce, which stood out among all the other sauce choices.

Above all else, it was the person censored care that Nicole R. afforded me and my cousin that made the meal and the time spent at Olive Garden all the more enjoyable. Say the least … she deserves a raise our appointment to a position that is in need of her professionalism.

Definitely returning.
Experience was not that great neither that bad. Food and drinks were good. I decided to try something simple. Tour of Italy, Soup, Salad, Breadsticks. The restaurant was clean and staff and waitress were nice.

Here is a few things they need to work on. Customer service skills need work. I had to ask for water FOUR times. They ran out of Iced Tea but yet the waitress did not offer anything or got me interested to buy any other drink. Did not asked me if I wanted a dessert neither suggested any appetizers.

The staff can perform great if their people skills are polished. By doing this the staff can get more tips, better reviews and create a better over all experience for the customer.
I went with my friend on sat january 15 th and had to wait over an hour to be seated because there was a leak on the restaurant selling. They did not give us a buzzer so according to them after waiting an hour we were already called , then we had to wait another 30 minutes. The customer service was not good at all. We had to be calling the waitresses for everything we needed because they wouldn't check on us. I ordered a potato soup and it looks disgusting I didn't even try to eat it. And it was super watery. They really need to take potatoes soup out of their menu. Then we ordered pasta and it was ok. We had to call the waitress again to ask for cheese. The strawberry lemonade were very watered down and the bread was hard. I wouldnt recommend this specific location at all. The price was ok.
