⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for Adelle and Her Team<br><br>My family and I recently visited Olive Garden in Gateway, Brooklyn, to honor the memory of our father, whose favorite restaurant was Olive Garden. We were a party of 11, including my sisters and mother, and what could have been an emotional and overwhelming gathering was made so much easier thanks to Adelle and her incredible team.<br><br>From the moment we arrived, Adelle showed exceptional kindness, patience, and professionalism. She handled our large group’s orders flawlessly, ensuring every detail was correct while making us feel welcomed and cared for. Her warm personality, attentiveness, and outstanding customer service truly stood out.<br><br>Adelle and her team worked together seamlessly to keep our table taken care of, making sure drinks were refilled, food arrived promptly, and every member of our family felt comfortable. During such a meaningful and emotional occasion, their compassion and dedication did not go unnoticed. She even allowed my mom to take a picture with her 🥰…<br><br>Thank you, for helping us create a beautiful memory while celebrating our father’s life. Haven't been to this Olive Garden in years. Very spacious and clean. Food was delicious and when I purchased a take out order, they included a large salad with dressing and croutons on the side. I was very surprised when I got home. The Margherita chicken was a first time dish and I loved it. The best were the donuts that reminded me of zeppoles. They were just softer like pillows of sugary yumms. The watermelon sangria is an OG staple. Will definitely visit again.

I had a great experience at Olive Garden thanks to Ms. Cat. She was very professional, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Excellent service and a great dining experience overall.

My wife and I were craving pasta, so we decided to do takeout at Olive Garden. I opted for the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini, and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The flavors and spice in this dish were simply incredible.<br><br>Since we had a few family members over, we opted for the family portion meal, which was the Chicken Alfredo pan. This dish serves 4-6 people and comes with separate containers for the pasta, chicken, and sauce.

Went to olive garden yesterday 1/4 and from the young lady in the front with the attitude made me nervous to even ask for an ETA. I get it was overwhelm in the front but it's your job to show exceptional customer service. When my lady and I sat dowm, we was not greeted for about 20mins. Then once we were able to get someone, we placed our orders and everything came out at the same time. Now we have all these plates on our table and ultimately just had to take stuff to go. The drinks I dont think had any alcohol, taste straight like juice. The waitress barely came to check on us, we did not have extra napkins. We asked for two waters and she only brought one. My soup taste like it had old potatos. I told the waitress that my chicken looked pale and under cooked, she laughed and said thats how its suppose to be made. I couldnt eat it. The bread was tough and not buttery like usual. The pasta noodles I had was not cooked all the way. The best thing I had was the salad. Spending over $100 was not worth it. I love olive garden. Took my daughter's there for the 1st time and they loved it. Short wait time (around 5mins). As soon as we got to the table we were immediately given hot bread that my daughter's attacked like a pack of wolves. The bread warm and delicious. Then the food came. They were eating it and their eyes opened up and they gave a thumbs up. I am beyond happy with this place. My new go to. Forget applebees...they are horrible (I'm talking about the one on gateway...really unprofessional). Even the drinks were strong. Service was really good. Great job.

This was my first time dining at any Olive Garden. Their Gateway Center Mall - Brooklyn location is set at a peaceful area with greeneries around. You might have to wait to get seated and the host will help you with that. The host we had was super kind. The decor and atmosphere inside was nice and neat, and definitely gives Italian vibes.<br><br>I ordered two mains: Herb Grilled Salmon with Broccoli ($23.29) and the Eggplant Parmigiana with Spaghetti ($18.79). I also got a soft drink ($3.99).<br><br>Both the Salmon and the broccoli tasted delicious. They also have an option where you could switch the broccoli with mashed potatoes. For the Eggplant Parmigiana, they used hand-breaded eggplants and fried them, which tasted really good. The Spaghetti tasted basic.<br><br>We also received 5pcs of breadsticks which were complementary and came with our mains, and they were the softest and tastiest breadsticks I ever had. However, I didn't know that we could request refills of breadsticks at no cost, and our server didn't inform us about it either. Then also, speaking of the server, they never smiled or had positive energy. Throughout the time we were dining, I felt that the server didn't want to work there but was being forcefully sent to work that evening.<br><br>Will I return to another Olive Garden? Maybe. Will I return to this location? Unfortunately, no.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in almost 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. Let's start with the delicious salad and bread sticks. We couldn't get enough, lol. My husband and I ordered the Taste of Italy, and we enjoyed the entire meal. The lasagna and chicken parm were so tasty, and the Alfredo pasta was okay and could use a bit more salt on its own. I can't wait to come back and try other menu items. Oh, and the Pina colada was good as well. Nice and thick, sweet, and creamy 😋

Was not happy. The energy was no good. I looked around and noticed there was stuff on the floor and no one care to notice to clean up. The kiosk was sticky and filthy. I saw when customers left. No one cleaned up. Smh. The food, the portion was less then I usually get in Long Island. I can't see how ppl rated this place 4 star. No way that's true. Poor lighting. The salad . Look like it was mix with old salads . I blame management .

Tried the SHRIMP SCAMPI at Olive Garden under their $15 lunch deal,great value!<br>( Between 11am to 3pm )<br>The shrimp were juicy, the pasta light and flavorful, well cooked veggies and the portion just right for lunch. With salad and breadsticks included, and unlimited soda refills.it’s a satisfying and affordable option.<br>Only downside: there was a slightly awkward smell in the restaurant and kinda bad smell in the restroom.

I have so many nice things to say about our meal here, but first and foremost, our server, Shay, was as warm and professional and caring as a server could be. Whenever we needed something, Shay just magically appeared. Plus the manager, David, came by to make sure everyone was happy, and stayed and spoke with us for a good five minutes. In short, we were made to feel welcome. Can’t remember the last time I was made to feel welcome in a restaurant. Plus beautiful decor, and good food at very reasonable prices. ♿️

It was our first time visiting any Olive Garden restaurant and it was by far a great experience! Our server had a warm personality and our food didn’t take too long to reach our table. Delicious and enough for take home!

My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday so we both walked in and there was plenty of seating available.<br><br>Of course the starter is salad and bread both good options.<br><br>For appetizer we started off with calamari and this pretty much filled us up. The portion was huge more for 3 people.<br><br>I got mushroom fettuccine and my daughter ordered the broccoli and shrimp fettuccini. I haven’t been to Olive Garden in years but the food tasted pretty generic like frozen dinners. This was a bummer. With the portions being so big we had plenty to wrap up and take home but didn’t even eat it. If I do go back I would order one plate and share it.
