I've been visiting a family member at Bellevue Hospital and it was a difficult experience made worse by the rigidity of visiting hours and many staff who seemed indifferent to visitors already dealing with a stressful situation. The one exception was the ICU team, who were professional, attentive and compassionate throughout. The contrast was stark, and I hope the hospital can bring that same level of care and courtesy to its front-line staff.

Bellevue Hospital is the best, service is great friendly staff,the only thing that needs attention is the farmacy the wait time is 2>3 hours+ need to organize or hire more staff so that everything flows correctly. Besides that I chose Bellevue.Thanks to all the staff for treating me like family when I was there back in February Thanks alot.

Love this Hospital they are excellent!<br>Came here for a very bad sprained ankle I didn't wait long and was treated fairly.<br>This hospital is super great when it comes to bones and I felt safe there.

My experience was excellent from the emergency room to the Stroke Center to Rehab. I was extremely afraid having suffered a Stroke. I was transported from Queens Hospital to Bellevue. I was to have emergency surgery. Bellevue staff was waiting for me . Underwent another CT and MRI. After both it was determined surgery was not necessary at this time. I was treated medically with anticoagolents and admitted to the Stroke Center on the 16th floor. While there I underwent many tests and continued being treated wuth anticoagolents.They gradually added my meds including my blood thinner. The resident and Care doctors saw me each morning. The Care Team saw me every morning for 5 days. At the end of 5 days I was transferred to Acute Rehab pn the 6th floor. In Rehab I received intensive OT and PT for 3 hours a day. The therapist were excellent. I remained in Rehab for some 10 days. I was discharged May 15th home. My care on Rehab was excellent - Nurses PCAs, meal servers, doctors were all responsive, respectful and showed they cared about the patients. The PT and OT gym and facility included everything needed. I commend the therapist for their expertise,, professionalism and overall caring. I would recommend this Rehab very highly. Upon discharge I felt ready to go home.

My visit today was amazing. 7am staff called to confirm my appointment. I explained I forgot to order my can right away she assisted. I received my ride to and from hospital. The staff at front desk know my name that feels so good and was very attentive<br>Triage always are polite and patient and just adds to making a great day right before seeing the Dr. you can ask questions they always make sure I show and speak to Dr so I can get updated that Dr can advise me about my concerns.<br>Now to mention My Dr. Ana Absolutely Amazing Caring great listener Attentive and Supportive<br>Walks me though options and when I leave I feel great that she cares<br>So Thxs to Bellevue for having a great staff of service that supports a patient that needs so many services all of this is so important how they speak and treat me

Dr Gaipa is one of the kindest and most empathetic doctors I’ve met. He evaluated my son for a few things and my son had such a good time with him that he asks to go see him just because now. He’s thoughtful and thorough and I strongly recommend him to any parents with questions about their child’s development.

This is absolutely the worst hospital I’ve ever been to in my life! The doctors and nurses have terrible service attitudes and are very uncooperative in communication. Medical efficiency is abysmally low. I was forced to wait for over ten hours. Even when there were no other patients left, we were still made to wait endlessly. No one informed us how long we would have to wait, and patients couldn’t even eat properly. The staff completely ignore patients’ needs, with slow, sluggish and inefficient work. It’s nothing but a waste of money and sheer torture.

When I went there, the people were very nice, very quick. There was no time that was wasted. Everything happened so quickly every area that I went to it was on time. Everybody was willing to help everybody spoke to where you could understand it. You didn't need no issues. You didn't need extra people to guide you wrong. And the experience was great. It wasn't bad, wasn't like other hospitals where you're waiting for 2 to 3 hours just to see somebody when you're on an appointment, when the appointment says they were even earlier to answer me when I got there early and not late and they were really, really great.

My experience was great I had a root tip left in my gum after a previous extraction from NYU it been there for months. I was told it was bone in the gum bs. The Dentist I was assigned was attentive and caring. I forgot her name she had a Tulane University sweatshirt . I even made an appointment to see a dentist there in the future and would recommend. Thanks for making feel better🥰

I love this hospital. The waits are still long for primary care visits. I don't like when I have 10:40 appts cause that 12 noon. That's why I gave 4:stars & not 5. The blood lab is really fast now. No sign up sheet, just wait to be called. I love my doctor & the care given at this hospital. In my opinion it's excellent.

I'm not a doctor or medical professional but I feel that the treatment that I received from Kings County and Bellevue Hospitals were Five-Star. I was there from the 1st of February to February 13th 2026. I believe that they put me on the path of improving my life with corrective surgery and exceptional after-care treatment.

Caring compassionate professional and one of the best experiences I have had compared to other so called high end private hospitals. From the staff to the Drs were kind patient and helpful Thank you for your care and support ♥️

This time I visited Bellevue hospital because I needed to make sure how I was doing with ITU symptoms. I finished my 2nd treatment and days later I was uncomfortable. Taking good advantage my son went to see his dad, after few trips back and forth I was able to show up. After I was seeing by doctor then nurse, it was okay, that nurse was a male named Marco in E.R., he's 👍 good!. After 2 hours I was starving and feeling dizzy. I asked a volunteer guy for a vending machine, instead he offered me some foods, Another nurse refused that offer, then nurse Marco came in with kindness gave me a sandwich 🥪, .<br><br>Diabetes patients should be treated kindly, all patients deserve it but Diabetes patients are more delicated. 1st and 2nd doctors I saw, they were good 👍. But that nurse who refused to assist me, God have mercy on him, people are heart hardened and heartless.<br><br>Now for that nurse Marco, I wish all blessings 🙌 🙏 ❤️ , now and always. He should be head of all nurses. His performance was outstanding, it was great, it was excellent, it was good 👍 👏.

My partner suffered a massive stroke a month ago and was brought to Bellevue ICU neuro dept . That department saved his life . I am forever grateful and was thoroughly impressed with staff attending to him there . I also like that visiting hours on that floor is 24/7. Then he was moved to a stroke floor was there for about 2 weeks but I really didn’t like the vibe there . Then he was moved to the 6th floor physical therapy and all the PCA’s were so attentive and caring to his needs . I felt confident with him being there . I can’t remember all their names but Segura was wonderful !! Excellent bedside manner . My only issue is the PT team working with him thought it be best for him to be transferred to a sub acute nursing home because he wasn’t interacting with them during PT . He just had a stroke he’s not 100% and I felt they just gave up on him too quickly. That really bothered me . The only reason I gave 4 stars is because as mentioned Bellevue saved his life and the PCA’s God bless them all . They were the best!

We had a great experience. There’s this staff from dental department who has the same birthday of my daughter she’s very nice and gentle to kids. All medical staff are very accommodating made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. They arranged our future schedule efficiently. Doctor is so kind and so concerned with my daughter’s situation. Educate me and explained me clearly and give me the best advise for my child’s dental treatment. The hospital is clean and well systematic . I highly recommend
