There are a variety of Asian dishes served in this all you can eat Buffet. I'm never disappointed

I just went to change my service at the Optimum over there. It went well, but waited on line a real long time. Hardly anyone was there.

On this day I went to cablevision. Just to exchange TV control. Literally was in and out within 15 seconds. Not much of a line but I was attended on the side. I appreciated that quickness.

As I parked in the lot I was greeted by a man urinating on a wall near the handicapped parking areas. I exited my vehicle to walk towards a business when 1 male was heard arguing with a female inside Burger King while simultaneously a female began dancing in front of another vehicle who was honking there horn attempting to drive passed. One of the fast food restaurants were occupied by several people sleeping. This area does seem dangerous and requires more security to ensure the safety of the patrons.

Stop & shop is there there's a Chinese buffet that even accepts EBT there's a TJ Maxx, there is a liquor store, there is an optimum and there is also a T-Mobile.. you can't go wrong.. there's also a discount store there

Even if this mall isn't as big as some of the other malls in the city, this mall more than makes up for it with convenience. Easy access just off the Bx11 or the 174th Street train station, and with many things to do in the form of a Stop and Shop, an IHOP, a Chase bank, an Optimum store, numerous fast food places, and a future seafood buffet coming after Thanksgiving, this mall has a lot going for it.

Has a variety of stores and restaurants such as Taco Bell, IHOP, Popeyes, Subway, TJ Max, Stop & Shop, Optimum (Cablevision). There is also lots of parking available.

This is a small mall located in the area of West Farm/Fremont, near Cross Bronx Express Way...It has a TJ Max, Stop&Shop, Burger King, Popeye's, Subway, Taco Bell, Game Stop and a Optimum Office for the Bronx is located here. There are also other small stores for beauty supplies and other nix nax stores...it is in the center of a lot of housing developments,..it has a good size parking area and if you recycled there is a area for recycling located to the side of the mall.

This “mall” is well located. It has couple stores like TJ Maxx, Game Stop and the supermarket. Parking lot is big and free. There is no limit of how long you can park. There’s also an iHop at this location and T-Mobile and Optimum.

IHOP was very disappointing. Waiting time was worst when we sat down then the actual waiting time to be seated at a table. Our server stopped by after 15 minutes without introducing herself, seem to just have an attitude. When asked to speak to the manager he didn’t look like a manager but one of the cooks. Very disappointing service, will not be coming here again.

It's a small mall but they have a pretty good size parking lot and stores.
