I love the manager here at lunch service. Coby is amazing. The bartender Elvin makes a great drink.<br><br>I have to knock this down a star. Nueske Bacon has been changed and this is no longer worth my visit.<br>The half of half of slice was today's visit and the photo is what it use to be early in the year.<br>No longer worth the price. I can get a full piece of thick cut bacon from Benjamin Steakhouse for $10.<br><br>It use to be the highlight of the menu. To be changed so drastically from two steaks to one steak which now includes rice was not a good corporate choice. Especially for those who can't have rice. Having a staple changed is disappointing.

Love love love their onion soup! Mac and cheese was also delish. Bread, steak, and molten cake were okay average.<br><br>Went for our first anniversary dinner 🍽️ Our server was good but, lack of knowledge with wine.<br><br>Nonetheless we had a great time.

Went for my 30th birthday dinner with my partner who also shares same birthday. Food was incredibly delicious drinks strong and tasty and the dessert was out of this world. The server was attentive and the host made the experience so special by taking photo of us and printing it out as gift. Definitely will return for next special occasion.

What a wonderful elegant experience at Morton's steakhouse. My wife was given a Xmas gift to this establishment and from the time we entered and until we left it was all about us and the customer experience. My wife entered first and I was on my way , the staff was great and ensured her it would be a good time. When I arrived the staff again showed great appreciation for our time. The steak was great and we enjoyed the dessert and wine. 2/14 my wife and I returned to this wonderful restaurant and enjoyed everything including our lovely waitress raeanna can't wait to return. Customer service is incredible. 2/15/26 update : its unfortunate but I discovered a extra 55 dollar charge on my card . I was vigilant and reported it to my credit card company . My credit card company cleared my 55 dollars and returned it to me I also contacted the parent company of mortons steakhouse and no one has responded to me ? I'm disappointed and don't feel comfortable returning. 2/26/26 update: today Peter a general manager at this location responded and assured me that it was a honest mistake and I'm pleased with the answer. And look forward to returning.

I eat here frequently. The service is top tier. The food is exquisite. I try to frequent atleast once a month since I work in the Financial District and it's on my way home. The ambiance is elegant and classy. There is literally nothing negative, I could possibly say about this establishment. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I highly recommend for any occasion of importance or if you want to treat yourself. I love how he goes table to table to engage with each and every customer from the waiting area to the bar and table. He brought out our entrée and even assisted with navigating tge menu to find our favorite side Au Gratin potatoes. We did not do restaurant week but did do their Steak w/ Truffle Butter & Lobster, Chicken Christopher & Lobster w/ Truffle Butter, Wagyu Beef Dumplings, Casino Oysters, Lobster Bisque, Caesar Salad, Creme Brulee and Chocolate Lava Cake. The menu has expanded and I love the new additions. Still the same level of excellence and professionalism. I recommend everytime.

I want to say I can’t believe you did this to me—but honestly, I can believe it.<br><br>I visited on Super Bowl Sunday, and from the moment I walked in, the entire experience felt unwelcoming. The staff was standoffish right away, like they didn’t want to deal with us at all that day. There was an immediate attitude, and it never improved.<br><br>Our server (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) was incredibly disrespectful. When I asked a simple question—what sour cream mashed potatoes taste like—she responded by explaining the steps on how to make mashed potatoes, as if I didn’t know what mashed potatoes are. It came off condescending and dismissive.<br><br>For a restaurant of Morton’s reputation, this was shocking. The service was uncomfortable, rude, and flat-out unpleasant. This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve had, especially for a high-end steakhouse in NYC.<br><br>I expected professionalism. What I got was disrespect.

Great place for Steaks. The food was great especially the meet was perfectly grilled.<br>It was Super Bowl evening so the restaurant was not very full.

Made a birthday reservation for two and got the full birthday princess treatment. Absolutely fabulous service, food, and atmosphere. Will definitely be returning and would absolutely recommend for any reason, but especially for special occasions

Had an amazing experience at Morton’s Steakhouse. The steak was absolutely incredible, cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Christina made the night even better - her service was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and her recommendations were spot on, which really enhanced the whole experience. The ambience was also fantastic: classy, warm, and perfect for a special night out. Overall, faultless food and exceptional service. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

It has become a little tradition for me — every time I’m in the USA, I have to visit Morton’s for their amazing shrimp! The food never disappoints — perfectly cooked, flavorful, and always fresh. The steak and sides were also excellent, but the shrimp is always my personal favorite.<br><br>The service is top-notch, as always. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere is classic and elegant, yet still relaxed — perfect for both a nice dinner or a special occasion.<br><br>Morton’s truly delivers consistent quality and an unforgettable dining experience every single time. Went for our anniversary and they couldn't have made us more welcome. Decorated our table and all the staff made a real fuss of us.<br>Food was excellent with plenty of choices. Watch out for the side dishes as they are pretty large so might only need one between two people.

I stopped by for Filet Day and I should have kept it short and sweet. Since I had a reservation for dinner and was planning to meet for cocktails later, I followed through with the reservation. Service was rather slow. I started eating at Morton’s around 2004. It’s not the same. The food quality is not great, the filet sandwiches were made to order like any other year. I did have one out of 4 with a gristle that was extra chewy and inedible. I miss Morton’s from before when the Chicken Christopher came as an oversized chicken breast with sauce full of flavor and tantalizing aroma. The meal was flat. I even had to send my Moscow Mule back. There was little Moscow Mule in it lol. I just stuck to Ginger Beer since I saw the same single person making all the cocktails at the bar.

Absolutely fantastic place! Great for anniversaries. The fillet mignon was tender. The mashed potatoes were excellent (get them loaded!!). I would skip the creamed spinach, it’s just average. The free bead is amazing but the bottom is hard and it makes it difficult to cut apart. Byron was absolutely amazing. He was detailed and thorough and made our night spectacular.
