Hosted a 75+ person work event here and the space was perfect. The food and beverage service was great, and it was a pleasure working with the event staff throughout the process. Highly recommend for a corporate event.

Go here if you want to spend your money on a terrible attitude. We have standards so we left when we got the attitude. The bartender just rolled her eyes to our questions and just gestured her head rather than giving answers. The bouncer was very polite though - we really appreciated his kindness.

I went here for a casual drink this past Friday around 3 pm with my girlfriend. We had to sit about 20 minutes before we were even asked a single question or given water in an establishment that was about 80 percent empty. We got 3 drinks, the Miami Vice was decent and the mojito/ espresso martinis were so bad that I genuinely had to refuse to sip them. The decor and ambiance of the place was great which is why this experience upset me very much so. Please do better with the service next time.

The staff were incredibly friendly fun and full of great energy. While we were there, it honestly felt like a mix of India and Turkey nightlife so lively and unique. We had such a great time. Thank you for the amazing experience

Had my birthday here last night. The managers were very helpful in every way to help accommodate a big party. Our server JOCELYN was an absolute sweetheart! She ran the show so seamlessly. I would 100% recommend this place for birthdays and celebrations.

Love the indoor/outdoor option - sip cocktails under the stars or keep cozy inside.<br><br>Effortlessly cool with no attitude —this is "rooftop" done right. 🍸

Food was good and came very quick, it was quite small servings. Great decor/atmosphere. Host and food runners were very very nice. Service, however, was not great at all. Waited about 15 min before a server even came over to our table and was simply greeted with “are you ready to order?” No hi, hello, how are you, sorry about the wait…barely came over to our table or interacted with us. As a server myself, I would've expected a bit more, especially considering how expensive the place is.

Loved the ambiance at Monarch Rooftop and what an incredible view of the Empire State Building! 😍 The service was fantastic, and a big high five to Joslyn, who was attentive and smiling all evening. We reserved a table for eight, and the entire night was an absolute blast. Perfect spot for great vibes, views, and celebration!

Outstanding experience, my girlfriend and I went twice during our 5 day visit and both experiences were wonderful, the atmosphere is comfy and gorgeous during the day and at night it’s a great place to experience the lights of the city. The fries we ordered were okay, could use a bit more flavour but that’s the only complaint I’d have. A little pricy but it’s worth it.

We hosted an alumni reunion happy hour at Monarch Rooftop this past June, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The service was impeccable. Liz, our waitress, went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the evening. Our guests, including the dean of the school, were thoroughly impressed with how everything turned out.<br><br>There was an abundance of delicious food and drinks all night, and the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable. Everyone left feeling satisfied and already talking about returning. Monarch Rooftop truly helped make our event memorable!

I ordered a few signature drinks and was impressed by the presentation and flavor. They also offer a good selection of wine and spirits. The vibe was energetic without being too loud, and the music added to the overall ambiance without overpowering conversations.<br><br>The service was friendly and attentive, even though the place was busy. Staff made sure we were comfortable, and everything was brought out in a timely manner. Monarch Rooftop Lounge is a small but beautiful lounge bar with an open terrace in Midtown Manhattan, offering a stunning, postcard perfect view of the Empire State Building from very close, especially magical at night. The vibe is chill, friendly, and unpretentious, with guests casually enjoying their drinks and the skyline in a relaxed, social setting with a fine music selection as a soundtrack. Overall the place is not too big but this makes it perfect for a great night out with friends or a proper date.<br>We dropped in without a reservation and were welcomed with no hassle. The cocktails (especially the “Summer In A Sip”) and wine were on point, and the baristas were fast and courteous, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Monarch is a solid pick for a breezy rooftop night out with stunning views of the city buildings and fascinating lights. Prices are in line with New York City’s rooftop bars.<br>Definitely one of the best rooftop views and cool atmosphere! Will be back again!

Great rooftop with awesome views of the Empire State Bldg. Plenty of spaces to sit or stand. Not cramped at all. Drinks are expectantly expensive for NYC. 18th floor elevation. No cover charge when we went on a Wednesday late night. Fairly crowded.
