Usually I come to this location at night and everything is fine. The workers are normally sweet and I’ve never really had an issue before, which is why this experience stood out so much.<br><br>On Thursday around 7 PM, I went through the drive-thru to get ice cream and cookies. First off, I was already confused because the website/app clearly offers single cookies or smaller cookie options, but this location said they only sell the 3-pack. Whatever, not a huge deal, we bought it anyway.<br><br>The issue started at the window. I politely asked the employee if I could get one of the plain black containers from the breakfast trays because we wanted to put the ice cream in it. The employee helping us, Natalie, looked at me like I was speaking another language. She seemed completely confused even after I explained it multiple times. I ended up asking another worker in the back because I genuinely felt like we weren’t understanding each other.<br><br>The second worker immediately knew what I was talking about and explained it to Natalie. Instead of just handing it to us, Natalie told us to pull forward and wait. Meanwhile the ice cream is literally melting while we’re sitting there waiting for something that should’ve taken two seconds.<br><br>Then on top of that, we had asked for spoons THREE separate times. Once when placing the order, once at the first window, and again at the pickup window. Natalie finally came outside with the container and still forgot the spoons. When we reminded her, she rolled her eyes and said, “Oh my gosh, you should’ve told me before.” Except we literally DID tell you before. Multiple times.<br><br>That attitude was unnecessary. I understand people have bad days, but there’s no reason to act annoyed at customers for asking for things that were already requested several times. Especially when every other experience I’ve had here has been good.<br><br>This review is specifically because of the customer service from Natalie. Everyone else I’ve interacted with at this location has usually been kind and helpful. Hopefully this was just a one-time thing because if I have another experience like this, I definitely won’t be returning.

This McDonald's is a hit or miss. Either the order is correct or completely wrong. Recently I've noticed that they have been shorting on the fries and drinks and not by a bit. It's to the point where I've had to ask them to fill my fries and drink.

Oder was simple 2 fish sandwich extra tartar sauce, they changed you for extra sauce and never put in on, instead cold sauce with little sauce

Ordered and delivered via the McDonald’s app and all the fries for the meals were missing. Make sure your employees double check the orders before sending them off for delivery.

I’m tired of coming in here asking for the same drink. Iced caramel latte , extra caramel. And they skipped the caramel altogether. They always do this. And give me bitter coffee. It’s getting annoying. Especially when you charge for extra caramel and then not add caramel at all.

I went to McDonald's on October 15,2025 which they served me a half cooked chicken sandwich I made them away which they gave me a new sandwich. But when I wanted to retrieve the sandwich that was raw they immediately disgarded it saying there was nothing wrong with it. I immediately called the police which informed me it was a civil issue. Since October 16,2025 I have severe diarrhea which I went to the emergency room ... So now I have legal counsel to pursue a lawsuit against this McDonald's so if this happened to anyone else please 🙏 get counsel.. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the manager and staff. They were consistently rude, never greeting me or offering a smile. To make matters worse, the machine malfunctioned, taking my $50 without providing change. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she refused to help, speaking to me in a condescending tone. It wasn't until later, when she finally produced the receipt, that I received my refund. Never go their guys save your money and find somewhere else<br>then i ordered large coffe they sent me small coffee ,i ordered one sweet tea for my friend they sent us unsweet tea ,please guys never go their save your time and money

They gave away my order/lost it, and then blamed me for coming too late. Stars only exist because of the atmosphere and the food.<br><br>Got there 5 minutes after my order on the app, and the app clearly said that they were still preparing my order. After 20 minutes, I still haven’t seen my order (saw the mobile order number right behind mine a few minutes ago). A staff member comes to check on my order number and then proceeds to tell me that someone took my order, to come earlier and that I shouldn’t press the “I am already here” button.<br><br>First of all, I didn’t press that button, did come earlier (she believed I just came in), and have been waiting the whole time so….please don’t blame the customer for you giving away the wrong order. While I was there, I also saw another customer not get an item and later on staff looking confused with the new prepared order setup (one table for in-store pickup, delivery, and drive through) so I bet there is a chance that they lost my order as well.

I had a wonderful experience and was very impressed with Juana’s exceptional, pleasant and caring interaction with me and other customers. I commended her on her customer relations skills. She explained McDonalds trained her. I advised trainings are fine, however her caring personality is unique. I worked in Customer Service 37 years. The restaurant and bathroom are very clean. I would definitely return.

I ordered 6 piece nuggets and a small fry with a small Carmel frappe when I got home and when I was eating once I finished drinking my frappe I see a black thing in my drink mind you my frappe tasted a bit weird but I didn’t pay it no mind. So I took the black thing out of my drink and once I looked closely it’s a bug in my frappe I was so disgusted.

The Morning manager is rude. She never smiles or says good morning. You can stand there for a few minutes and the crew will keep doing whatever they are doing instead of stopping to assist waiting patrons. I have walked out at least two times. Sometimes the scammers malfunction and don't allow the app to be used. As always the ice cream is good 😊

Horrible Experience, I ordered from Uber eats and she didn’t give me the upmost concern as she should. Forgot to Large Fries it’s like how do you miss something that large in the order it’s horrible. I hate coming here and hope they get a whole new shipment of staff

How do you get a simple order wrong, and especially one that’s always made. I ordered a Big Mac meal & these people really just sent me some fries and the buns with no meat. Whack
