Today 05/22/2026 @12pm noon. I placed an order on the kioski.. Manager on duty had a really nasty attitude when I said thank you when she handed my food she wasn’t polite.

Very unprofessional manager at the East Gun Hill Road location this morning. Store opened late and when they did the manager had a nasty rude attitude.

Not restroom available at this store do not drive there is you plane to eat and go to the bathroom this not the place 😔

This location, like many others in the Bronx does not open on time. It is supposed to open at 6 AM but doesn't open their doors to customers until 6:15 AM or later. That makes a big difference to someone trying to grab a bite before going to work.

Workers were very attentive came by our table several times to check if everything was good. 2 thumbs up.

I requested packets of sugar from drive through at about 10:30 am. The female worker said there were no sugar packets at the location. I then asked if she can give me the sugar on the side. Without question she said No. That is rude, poor customer service, and unprofessional. I do not recommended that anyone go to this location.

I walked in to pick up the food which i ordered online and the guy in front said What happened in very rude way and i said i am pick up for myself and he said mc delivery sign is right there don’t see the sign even after waiting there another employee told me to go to the counter i dont know what was the problem with him you guys need to look who you hire and train them better

I go to this store frequently but there is a manager juleisy that need to be re-train. She does not care about the customers. Its a shame that they put people as a team leaders with such poor customer service.

I’ve been waiting for almost a month to be processed for a refund that was placed in the app by this particular location and have not received my money you can never get through on the phone to anyone<br><br>Update….12/28/2025 still<br>Have not<br>Received my refund it’s<br>Been over a month I’ve tried to call management at this location directly no one answers the phone . This is not an uber eats issue as when I make purchases in uber eats directly I’m<br>Immediately refunded . Uber eats has clearly stated this is the stores direct issue as they have to refund me for service not rendered/ good joe received . I’m now filing an official complaint with the NYS AG’s office for a formal investigation and exploring a small claims court lawsuit

I always use the drive-through and they’re very fast. Employees are nice. The food is always fresh. Definitely a good McDonald’s.

I didn't get food, hence the neutral rating. Popped in for a Caramel Frappé and was impressed with their upgrade. It looked really nice and bright. It's clean, friendly staff and ordering options range from the center store kiosk, mobile ordering, or directly at the counter.

I haven’t been to this place for a while. I tried the McRib, and it wasn’t bad. However, the fries were a bit on the hard side and not as fluffy as I would like.

I visited Mc Today and I Had Mccrispy Chicken Meal it was Really Tasty and mouth watering and the fries were too crispy and crunchy loved it will visit again and try new dish<br>Thanks<br>Mc Donald’s

Attentive but flawed service, always check your order before leaving. The restaurant was very clean. Plenty of parking in a huge lot, or you can choose the drive thru. Food was average. A bit of a wait, not enough cashiers.

Love the new look and environment. Clean, fast, and convenient. Has nice ordering kiosks. If you have difficulty you can purchase from the counter with an employee. Bathrooms readily available. Fresh tasting food. Table service. Oh yeah, their Ice Cream Machine works lol.
