Man this McDonald's has been around since I was a kid and I like the way it used to look before was way better like now it Dosent look that good but I mean I haven't had any problems with the people that work theyre

Run of the mill McDonalds. Ordered the Hot Honey sausage biscuit which was okay and a coffee. Coffee was horrible. Usually its tolerable,but this was pretty awful.
The worst service ever, nobody attends to anyone, nobody takes orders, and if you do order you have to wait forever for your orderTerrible service 20 minut and nobody take orders

Is extremely sad how this mc Donalds have night employees who aren’t properly trained extremely unprofessional like HENRY ! An employee who loves to disrespect customers provoking employees in such way that there can be a day a customer due to HENRYS unprofessionalism of treating disrespecting customers can cause a more serious problem ! I strongly feel HENRY should be sent to training again ! Is extremely important for MC DONALDS take action in this because this has been the second time HENRY been trying to push my buttons ! If any other day Henry continues i would hold This MC DONALDS accountable ! I made already 2 reports next time if it happens again i would get legal advice and let them handle the situation that can be stopped if MC DONALDS TAKES ACTION ! forgot one of my order numbers and i ask a lady employee that I placed a order of 3 cookies but i forgot the number ! Henry out of no where told me is my responsibility to remember the order number i told him that that problem wouldn’t happen if their kiosk machine would have give me my order number receipt !

This is the best McDonald's in The Heights! Weekend management and staff team are incredible and ready to assist. I love coming here for my weekend breakfast, because it is quiet, clean and the music is perfect for the ambience. Keep up the extraordinary work! 👍
I am a regular customer but the last time I went to the location, some guy didn’t understand how mobile ordering went. I dine at McDonald’s all the time and every other location allows mobile ordering at the table but not to pickup the order signs when ordering at the kiosk. If someone is going to tell me that I am not allowed to put the table number for mobile ordering then this is why you get rid of mobile ordering.

Worst experience i told the short lady with glasses, i waited 30 mins ago while she’s talking to a girl that came way after me about her sandwich that was missing mayo (she got her food first) i understand they're busy, but they need to be in order in the other hand I see other spanish workers leaving there area and start talking, touching stuff and then shaking hands with friends its not a problem ik its a lot of work for you guys and i respect the hardwork, but they then go back to there station and continue making fries with no gloves or washing hands. I know its McDonalds but it's very unprofessional especially the homeless sleeping on the COUCHES INSIDE THIS MCDONALDS ,every single time I get food during the night.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. Several of the employees came off as unprofessional, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. I felt ignored at the counter for a long time while they stood around talking, and when I finally was helped, the attitude was rude and unwelcoming until I was brushed off by her and helped by a kind woman with glasses,she was the only one who treated me with respect. At one point, I genuinely felt like I was being treated like I didnt belong in this country because of them , which is unacceptable in any business.<br><br>What bothered me most is that it seems like they rely heavily on one female worker, who was actually polite, respectful, and working hard to serve customers — while others did little and left everything to her. She was the only one who showed real professionalism, and I appreciate her effort. Management needs to address the favoritism, lack of customer service, and overall unprofessional behavior happening here. It seems like they were making her do everything while i saw THE MANAGER OF THAT SHIFT DOING NOTHINGGGGGGG!!!!!

So me and 3 of my friends came here and the security guard was doing WAY too much .. we went in the bathroom for a second and he’s a GROWN man peeking in the girls bathroom yelling at us .. like I’m a minor in a whole middle school uniform , that made me mad uncomfortable .. if he wanted us out he could’ve knocked or waited outside not peek in like that ..<br><br>We came out and he started talking crazy to my friends for no reason .. like yeah they can be loud but he was being rude and impulsive as hell and we’re literally kids .. I wasn’t even talking to him I was off to the side not even paying him no mind ..<br><br>Then after my friends left I stayed in the corner on my phone and he gon say if they come back I’m getting kicked out like what ?? I didn’t even do nothing .. be so serious ..<br><br>Then I asked who his manager was and he lied saying he don’t got one .. whole time the manager is in the back and he’s in a full security uniform .. wouldn’t give a name or anything just being rude and weird ..<br><br>Overall he made me uncomfortable and he was acting unprofessional towards minors .. they need to check him cuz that’s not how a grown adult supposed to act around kids ..
Popped in for breakfast. Pre ordered on the app. It went well - I was offered extra napkins and asked if I wanted a smaller spoon for my one year olds porridge. And one of the team brought our food over with us The Tiny Terrorist - aka my 1 year old was not cooperating.<br><br>Table was a bit tricky but I had anti bac wipes.<br><br>I went back to the counter for another sealed spoon so I could take the porridge with us as she’d clocked and promptly wolfed down my pancakes.<br><br>I was ignored for the good part of three minutes while one lazy staff member (called that by his colleague) avoided people as he didn’t want to restock the coffee beans. I finally caught the attention of a lady and she asked the manager to deal with me. Who asked me what I needed from afar. He then directed the gentleman that had helped me originally to give me another spoon and then promptly told off the lazy person.<br><br>I recommend ordering in the app, as most seemed not to speak English as a first language. I believe they are French speakers. Easy walk from the Edge Hotel.
I ordered food for me and my women 10 to 15 minutes before our uber aarived. The food STILL wasn't ready by the time our driver arrived and took an additional 10 minutes before it was finally ready. Thankfully my Uber drive was patient and understanding. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went here for breakfast around 6:30 am - what a confusing experience? On the one hand, this place is extremely clean and had a very nice ambiance (good music, nice seating options). On the other hand, it took about 25 minutes to receive two breakfast sandwiches. Except when we finally got the food after 25 minutes, there was only one breakfast sandwich in the bag. The staff wasn’t rude, but they do seem a careless and aren’t quick at all. Food looked and tasted great though! Just don’t go here if you’re in a rush.
The service was a horrible!!!!! They took over 30 mins to make my order and besides that they order was a mess. When I went to the register and asked for my missing items they acted like if I was bothering them. There were 2 more people complaining as well! No only that someone has a dog on top of the desk like hellooooo.
I was ordering takeout when I denied service by the daytime manager; even after explaining to her that Molly was a service dog for emotional support. In addition to that, the security guard on site threatened to call law enforcement to escort me and Molly out the doors. Furthermore, I was told that I should just go order at the window outside as if we are living in Jim Crow segregated times! As you can see, Molly is a Chihuahua small enough to be carried in my hands. This discrimination unacceptable and frankly downright heartbreaking. I will be taking legal action.
