McDonald's

The worst place to eat. I stopped by on my way home, but I regretted it. Instead of 2 spicy chicken wraps, we received 2 regulars, plus the chicken was old and hard. I spent $30 on nothing.

I went to get a soda at 9:30 pm and people were inside eating and all the doors were locked and trash cans in front of the doors. I just now went back because someone stuff happens. Surely they've got it figured out now. Nope! Still locked up. Drive thru going strong! Screw this place. I'm done with McDonald's.

The employees/service was great, the restaurant was just extremely dirty. Several tables not clean and the bathroom was terrible. If I worked here I’d make sure it was clean

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, and it was extremely creamy to the point where it looked like straight milk. I asked the staff to remake it, but instead, they just added water and coffee to the same drink. The staff were unprofessional, and the service was terrible.<br><br>Thank you for your feedback. if ur hard up for some nuggs, or you want an ice cold Hi-C fruit punch orange flavored soft drink, you're gonna like coming here.<br>Has drive thru. Da bafrooms are out of order sometimes, and da ice cram macheen is broke most of da time, but i still think the peeples that work here are raelly cool and helpful. They need to fire that ice cream man, he's really making em look bad. Well maybe just demote him to burger station and get someone more competant to eo-get on the mahince.

If I could rate this a zero I would. Found a bug in my coffee after I chugged it. Threw up from it after.

Every time I've visited this McDonald's the vibe inside is just off. It's in a Hispanic area of town. And every time I've visited it seems if you're Mexican you're going to get helped first. Hate to say that but it's true. Last night I attempted a visit at 9pm. The location is open until 11pm. But all the doors were locked with no explanation of why. It's was serving customers however. Just not the hungry black guy standing outside. I'm done with this joke of a place. If you've had a similar experience the contact info is in the pic. I'm done with it. There are other locations. Wouldn't want to intrude and keep them from keeping their preferred customers happy. Black people. Absolutely do not go to this location. Ya been warned

Ugh such a weird place. Weird vibe weird employees kinda rude honestly. Took my son to go play and the playground was so disgusting. When I brought it to their attention they totally dismissed everything that I had to say. The maintenance lady cleaned everything else but the playground. Mmm let's do better for the kids

I went there tonight (12/13/25) at 7:20pm. I was in the 2nd lane. Nowhere did it say that lane was cl9sed. After waiting 10 minutes to get to the windows to try to order. The black girl at the window told me I had to drive back around, get in the lane again to order or come inside. That's B.S. I left. I went to Jack-in-the-Box. Should have went there like I started to do.

Messed up on my order and when I got home to eat, I ate half my sandwich before i seen what looked like a spider in my food. Not a spider but i honestly cant tell what it is. Might be hair that got cooked on the grill. Tried to call but nobody wants to answer the phone.

10/10/24 4pm I decided to step into the store and use the kiosk to place an order since my order was customized to my family. Some wanted catch up, others did not want tartar sauce, others did not want mustard. I waited about one hour to get my food. All of the hamburgers and fish sandwich were made properly according to my request. However, my fries were barely warm and I don’t understand why I pay so much for extra fries large size and they are half full. They did not have any drink carriers or away for me to carry, the meal for my family. I only took pictures of the fries. The employee asked for my receipt and took both receipts so I don’t have a way to demonstrate my order. The establishment was dirty and the service was horrible. I will not go to this McDonald’s ever.

Absolutely worst mcds experience ever.. been going here since it was at the other location on central when I was little! The size of the food is a joke! Over $3 for a mcdouble that was 2 bites! Large fries were MAYBE half full! All 4 of em..wife took em back in to be filled and they actually said she was lying!!! But took them back to fill still and they were STILL not even close to full! Son's mcchicken looked like a hot n spicy if even that big... the attitudes and nerve of the workers was unbelievable... definitely our last time at this location sadly as I've been there most of my 40+ yrs alive smh

Bad attitudes every time. Have to wait 5-10 minutes at the intercom every time. Cold fries every time & this time, cold fries with ✨a pinch of salt✨ Salt outside the fries box & inside the bag. There’s some bad service at some McDonald’s but this one, this one is horrible. It’s like you gotta keep your guard up when you pull into this one cause their attitudes is just bad.

Kinda avoid this location cuz it's so busy. We ordered two # 3s, burger was good BUT the fries were gross. Like they refried old fries to fill in with the new batch. They are like those old skool potato sticks you'd get in a can. Paid $26 for a meal we could not enjoy. Sad face. 😥😢😭
