Terrible wait time they almost never prioritize the people inside, and pretend you’re not there, it’s actually crazy they don’t have at least 1 person stationed at the front and they 100% focus just on drive thru as I’m writing this right now the same guy has been waiting at the register for 10+ minutes and hasn't even ordered, I try to beat the wait time by ordering online and still end up waiting 20+ minutes for a 6 dollar order,

This is the worse Mcdonald’s ever i just ordered on door dash my entire order was wrong and had missing items my mcflurry had no spoon i was supposed to get nuggets they gave me sauce for the nuggets but no nuggets the sprite taste like seltzer water the burger was made sloppily you can tell they don’t care about your food and every thing was ice cold i really hate this place i gave them another try cause every deserving of a second chance cause the last time they sent me a chicken sandwich with no chicken just bread and lettuce they need to shut this place down quick

Stay away from this McDonald's, it's the worst place. Not because of the food, it's the stink attitude of the workers. Last Sunday I ordered Frappes for my kids because it was hot outside. I went inside for my order and all I got was attitude. My order sitting there melting, I let them know my order # and said it's right there (I could see my order # on it). They ignored me. I waited because I figured maybe there's a reason why they wasn't giving me my order. 15mins later, they're calling other people order numbers and getting no answers. But they still didn't call my order #. I asked for my order again and was still ignored. I went on my app to cancel my order to get my money back. But I wasn't able to do that. So I left and called McDonald's customer service. They created a case and sent it to the store. Days later I didn't hear from the store or gotten my money back. I called customer service again. The store claimed they contacted me and everything was resolved. Not only do they have attitudes, they're also liars.<br>Stay far away from that place.

Came to this McDonald’s for three consecutive days the first time I said maybe it’s because they are a little late gave them a pass. The second time I got frustrated and waited. The third time I came here the same thing so at this point this McDonald’s opened up late every morning they supposed to open at six. They open at 6:45 terrible business. I talked to the manager and she told me we shorted staff. We can’t open up on time which was not what you should tell a customer, and she was very argumentative and rude. Also other customers was complaining to me to make this review because of the bad service

I waited for a long time in this store for the delivery. I came to the store right on time. I rang the bell multiple times but the lady showed her attitude, she didn’t give the order. She put the food in the garbage. Attention manager, please. This lady always act bad.

Came in quickly to get an order and the wait from the kiosk was utterly ridiculous, over 20 minutes for 2 snack wraps and 10 nuggets. 🤨 And then on top of that, this location is overrun by kids that are not respectful at all of those around them. Blocking the entrance/exit and then giving an attitude when you try to get pass them. Like...you just expect people to float over you? Never coming back to this location. Trash.

Hello, my name is Abdoulaye and I work for Uber Eats. Today, I wanted to tell you about something that really shocked me at the McDonald's located at 221-12 S Conduit Ave, when I went there. I encountered a short woman who works there; I don't know her name, but I think all the delivery drivers know her. She's a woman who doesn't treat delivery drivers well and shows us a lot of disrespect. Today, when I arrived to pick up my delivery order, I saw her there. I told her I was there to pick up my order, and she said it wasn't ready. I said okay, I wanted to use the restroom before my order was ready. She told me no, I couldn't use the restroom, that I had to stand there until the order was ready and then leave. So I insisted on being able to use the restroom, and because of that, she reported me on the app, treating me very rudely, and even tried to get my account suspended. So I advise all my fellow delivery drivers to be very careful, otherwise they'll ruin everything for us. Thank you 🙏🥺

The people who work there are crazy and unpolite. I used the kiosk machine to my order then i waited 10 mins after that I asked the employee who is the tallest and black (sob) then she started to talk me in high volume she was crazy but she must worry about it because I reported her. I am waiting good feedback

I ordered a number 1 and a number 1 is not what I got. I was given a big mac box but not a big mac. It look like a cheese burger with onions and pickles and the burger taste burnt. This is completely unacceptable do they not know the difference. I want a refund or a free meal. Look like they just slapped something together and didnt care what it was

The workers are very unprofessional and they’re very spiteful Imagine ordering a sausage muffin for my daughter, heading to school and the unprofessional worker inside their Being spiteful and very disrespectful and give me burnt food cold as well. I don’t think I would ever eat back here. it’s the worst I ever come across would never recommend under these unprofessional workers scratching their hair just to be spiteful as well. Absolutely shocked at the quality of staff here. I got here today as a driver doing a delivery for uber. The lady handing us the orders was extremely rude. Kept screaming at me. They did not have a frappe so she kept asking me to call the customer. After telling her i cant unless i pickup the order. She was like but the other guy can or whatever i explained to her i was talking to uber support. She started then badmouthing me to her other coworkers right infront of my face i had also ordered a small fry for myself. When i politely asked her if i could get my fried at the pickup window she was like sir cant you see we dont hand them out here? That seemed like my only option because no one was at the counter upfront. The order which was already ready out of spite this lady then had me wait another 6 minutes and kept looking at me until she finally gave me the order. The staff here need to be trained. Corporate needs to come in. Because honestly this is customer disservice instead of customer service

Food was great as expected. Service too. Restaurant layout / atmosphere is awkward as there are ordering screens placed oddly like many other store locations. This layout is unappealing IMHO.<br>Parking lot is nice and clean and drive thru is as well.

Very quick service and friendly staff. They always get my order right. The inside was redesigned about 2 years ago and is brilliant. I come here to study often and after you place your order the staff will deliver it to your desk upon request. Well done McD. My meals are always happy 😆
