I usually do not leave reviews for minor issues, but this experience was unacceptable.<br>I requested access to the restroom and had to wait for almost 30 minutes while staff repeatedly delayed me. When the manager finally came to open it, they responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, stating, “I am busy, it’s not my job.”<br><br>When I entered the restroom, it was in very poor condition. There was no toilet paper available, and the toilet seat was dirty with urine. This level of cleanliness and customer service is extremely disappointing.<br><br>Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a McDonald’s. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves both staff behavior and facility maintenance.
