I usually do not leave reviews for minor issues, but this experience was unacceptable.<br>I requested access to the restroom and had to wait for almost 30 minutes while staff repeatedly delayed me. When the manager finally came to open it, they responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, stating, “I am busy, it’s not my job.”<br><br>When I entered the restroom, it was in very poor condition. There was no toilet paper available, and the toilet seat was dirty with urine. This level of cleanliness and customer service is extremely disappointing.<br><br>Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at a McDonald’s. I hope management takes this matter seriously and improves both staff behavior and facility maintenance.

I haven't stepped into a McDonald's for over five years and after my recent visit, it's no wonder why. I came in with two family members and we each wanted to order a meal with an extra sandwich on the side. It took at least three employees to understand the order as they were trying to give a whole meal french fries and soda included for each sandwich we wanted. After that debacle, I wanted to use the restroom to washen up, however I had to wait for the manager to come unlock the door. As if that wasn't enough, the running water was scalding hot. When we finally sat down to eat, there was no ketchup anywhere in the bag nor is there a countertop to get some on your own. Had to go back to the front to ask for some. Finally, the ceiling was leaking water on my head and the food wasn't even hot anymore by the time I was finally ready to eat. Two thumbs down 👎👎

Be prepared to wait forever and a day for your food even if there’s not alot of customers. They are so slow in this restaurant smh.

This restaurant was renovated and it’s just a lot of wasted space. Nobody cleans the tables, the floor, and trash cans are over flowing. Service is terrible. It’s like they don’t fully read the screen. No ice means no ice and then waiting 10min’s to correct the drink is ridiculous.

Anytime I go at night no one takes order 10-15 mins, this happened multiple times. Manger! Please see the camera how many people leaves without orders

Original incident here on Oct 27, 2025: I placed a mobile order and when the manager couldn’t find it, they stopped communicating and offered no help, telling me to scan a job flyer for contacts instead.<br><br>I tried to resolve this properly — I emailed McDonald’s multiple times (Nov 1, Nov 6, Nov 17, Nov 22, Dec 3) and received inconsistent replies or none at all. One service manager asked for my address then never responded to my follow‑ups.<br><br>On Dec 4, McDonald’s Customer Care said they’d notify the regional office — I heard nothing. After more follow‑up, my case was closed by McDonald’s for “no response” despite their silence.<br><br>I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint; McDonald’s failed to respond twice and the BBB closed it as unresolved (Case #35022781).<br><br>I’ve documented every step clearly and followed every internal channel. The lack of accountability and follow‑through is unacceptable.

I just got my food and sat on the table with my kid. Too my surprise from back chair one homeless person was sitting the whole time in this restaurant. No manager nor any other employee doing something about it. The homeless person was coming and disturbing for food and money. Check the camera i couldn't eat even i have to give away my drinks. To make sure my family is safe. The manager in this location don't deserve this job mc donalds brand is not to be meant like this for guest service. They need to telecare of this place nicely to create environment for guest to enjoy the meal with family for what they paid for to seat and dine too. Its a place for homeless. Dont go there.

UPDATE: someone from the store commennted on my review, asking me to reach out via the web form. I’ve already done that three times (Nov 1, Nov 4, and Dec 3).<br><br>I also emailed your Customer Service Manager Dailing Valentin, who asked for my address and then ignored my follow-up emails.<br><br>If this were a serious attempt to resolve the issue, you’d respond to the messages already sent. This canned reply just reinforces the pattern.<br>————————————-—————————————<br>I had a frustrating experience here on October 27, 2025. I placed an order through the app and went to the drive-thru to pick it up. The person at the window (who turned out to be the manager on duty) said they couldn’t find my order. When I asked for help, they just stopped talking and walked away. Completely unprofessional.<br><br>I went inside, and another employee found my order almost immediately. But when I asked how to file a complaint, no one had a clue. One person pointed me to a QR code for job applications. No one could give me any contact info for a store manager or owner. No one still can.<br><br>I tried to go through McDonald’s customer service and twice my case was closed without any resolution. Apparently, it was passed off to local management, and I never heard a word back. So either the owner doesn’t care, or they just don’t respond.<br><br>The food was fine. But this place is a joke when it comes to basic accountability and service. If you get treated poorly here, don’t expect anyone to take responsibility.<br><br>If anyone at this store or in regional management is reading this: you had multiple chances to do the right thing, and you ignored every single one of them.

I went to the drove thru and it says 24hr service yet NO ONE was answering the window service even though I had ordered my food online so I couldn’t cancel and I wasn’t gonna leave the almost 50 dollars I had spent. I had to wait for over an hour.

I came to this McDonald’s because the manager told me to return on Monday to start working. I showed up on time, explained that I was ready to work, had everything I needed with me, and was prepared to get started on grill/burgers.<br><br>Instead of speaking to me directly, the manager just said “okay,” walked away, and then had his employees come talk to me for him. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially after he was the one who told me to come back. If he didn’t want to communicate or give a clear answer, he should’ve told me upfront instead of avoiding the conversation.<br><br>I came in excited and willing to work, but the way the manager handled it made the whole experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Management should treat people with basic respect and clear communication.

If you don't have an uber eats order, they won't prioritize your time. So much for "fast" food. Poor Management and services go to other McDonalds for better service and less hooligans working and hanging out here

so-so hit and miss , last time fish was not fresh, complaint to them but nothing was done they say sorry , today my quarter pounder was good and the fish sandwich. apple pie was not crisp like i use to know it more crumbling so that was disappointed. overall the worker was nice! but it one of the worst McDonald i ever been tooo! to much inconsistency, not like what McDonalds stand for. i use to work in McDonald 25 years ago.

I ordered fish sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich. The fish was too old and hard also the bread I couldn’t even eat. Maybe they kept that longer and jus served me the old one. I got the same problem with spicy chicken sandwich too.
