Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The girl at the cashier mixed up the order, acted extremely rude, and had absolutely no professionalism or respect toward customers. One skinny guy (maybe the manager) working there literally tried to fight me.😄 Completely unacceptable behavior. Management seriously needs to look at who they are hiring.

I ordered in advance specifically to avoid waiting, but when I arrived I still had to sit in the drive-through for quite a while before being acknowledged. That alone was frustrating, but the situation became more upsetting when I realized an item from my order was missing.What bothered me the most is that no one mentioned the item was unavailable when I arrived. I only found out after I asked about it myself, and at that point I was told it was not available and was then offered a replacement. I completely understand that items can run out - that happens — but the issue was the lack of communication. If I had been told right away I would not have been upset.Waiting in the drive-through only to then find out part of my order was never prepared made the experience very disappointing. When customers order ahead, they expect the order to be ready and accurate, or at the very least to be informed immediately if something cannot be fulfilled.

My experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing. I visited on March 30, 2026 at 5:26 PM and went through the drive-through. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the employee who took my order, but his behavior was very unprofessional.<br><br>He was rude, dismissive, and kept rushing me while I was trying to place my order—repeatedly asking “Is that it?” in a loud and impatient tone over the intercom. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of respect, and this was far from it.<br><br>To make matters worse, my order was incorrect. Thankfully, I checked it before leaving. I was given items I did not ask for, which is not only frustrating but also concerning, as people may have allergies or dietary restrictions.<br><br>This experience was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management provide better training and oversight to ensure customers are treated with respect and orders are handled accurately. I am truly disappointed.

They have never given me the proper order. I can’t remember the last time I got an order without any mistakes. It’s always missing something or wrong order. Terrible service. Terrible personnel. Poorly managed. There is one skinny white guy who works hard. All others are incompetent. I understand it’s McDonald’s but common. Unfortunately, it’s the only McDonald’s in my area so my kids force me to go here occasionally.

Drive through lane is ALWAYS consistently slow as molasses. I only go here because it’s close to the campus when I need a quick bite. I ordered a mc crispy today and it was undercooked. Disgusting. I think I’m going to stick with the campus cafeteria and the halal cart from now on.

Hello,<br><br>I literally picked up my order from your location about 30 minutes ago. I arrived home and discovered that my burger was missing the meat patty.<br><br>On top of that, there was no soda (Coca-Cola) available at the location.<br><br>This is very disappointing. This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever visited. It appears to be primarily run by teenagers who show little to no concern for customer service. I witnessed an employee named Jacob allowing his friend to receive free food, while paying customers were ignored. Orders are frequently incorrect or missing items, and the overall environment is loud, rude, and unclean.<br><br>Management seriously needs to step in—either provide proper training and supervision or replace the staff. The level of service at this location is unacceptable.

Ordered through Uber eats . Changed drivers 3 times. Waited 1.5 hours and MCD said they made the food. I didnt get any food. The drivers did not get any food. So where's the food? McD refused to make it. Everytime I go in person, it took forever to get my food. They need a better system.

This place for breakfast sucks. Hash browns always ice cold and grease from just sitting there in metal bin or in packages not fresh. Just gross. Young late night early morning crew on phones nobody wants to do food. An my order is always missing something either you get cold hash browns or it’s missing a sandwich. I’m over this place. Plus coffee is old and they mix decaf and reg cause no fresh brewed coffee in early am

I would give 0 stars if possible. The place is filthy. You kick garbage as you walk around. The workers are the most incompetent people I ever seen. All of them.. the younger ones to the oldest workers. You call them for help and they pretend they don’t hear you. Asked a kid for help with a pickup he looked at me mouth hanging no thought in his mind just saying “ uhh I don’t do that” They got our whole order wrong from the drinks to the sauces. HORRIBLE. Idk how this place stays open.

Literally so disappointed in the cleanliness and efficiency of this McDonalds. I asked for a water cup and the employee rolled her eyes at me and didn’t get me a cup so I had to ask someone else. The order of 3 things took 25 minutes. The restaurant is unkept and the ice machine is broken. No one was helping customers and you had to raise your voice to get anyone attention.

This McDonald’s location on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island was very clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The restaurant was nearly empty when I visited, yet I still had to wait quite a while for my food—possibly because the staff seemed busy cleaning at the time.<br><br>I ordered a Deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, French fries, and a Sprite. The total came to $13.60.<br><br>One nice touch: they offer unlimited mayonnaise at no extra cost—unlike in parts of Europe where you’re charged about 1 euro just for mayo.<br><br>As for the food? The burger was okay, not great, but I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary—it’s McDonald’s, after all. Has to be the worst experience I have ever had at McDonald's. They fought to get paid extra to provide poor service still. Smh. I ordered three large Big Mac meals. All three fries were extremely skimped. I should have never paid extra to make them large meals. Two of the Big Mac's had both patties and toppings between the bottom buns and nothing between the top buns. The third Big Mac was made properly but that's only because they forgot it and I had to make them aware of it so they can make me one. The employee was about to send me on my way without giving me drink cups. When I went to fill my cups I saw there were no cup trays. I went back to the front counter and everyone was helping someone except for who I believe was the manager who just came around the counter. I asked her for a cup tray and she pointed in the direction of where they were as if she was telling me to come around the counter to get it myself. She then in Spanish called over the girl who was running the drive thru to come over and ask me what I needed which I then asked again for a cup tray which she literally just turned around and grabbed one for me. Why the manager couldn't do that is beyond me but I guess if she isn't helping her employees it makes sense why they are providing poor service.

So I came with a deal & I assume the person who is the shift leader gave no eye contact and was completely rude. No reason to be condescending or have a subpar attitude when dealing with a customer. The pictures attached are what you can look forward too. Than they just throw my order on the counter. I came at 3:21 pm est…. Depending on the time is dependent on the service you will receive
