I dont know what happened to this McDonald's the lobby was filthy floors looked like they haven't been moped for two shifts if i was manager I would be embarrassed to present my lobby this way especially serving food the service is terrible the register had no smile acts like we are bothering him my food was not hot so when I ask for the manager and explained she just walked away without even apologizing or making it right it i made a manager also aware about the conditions of tbe lobby and was told s person was on break but Iit looked like it wasn't moped nor a pickup since last shift. Training is differently in order if i was inspection you would of failed

First of all, the exit door by the drive thru window is dangerous, cars exiting do not check for people exiting. I already saw someone laid out infront because of this and we had to call 911. You guys need to add extra precautions. There is children that visit this location regularly. Second, The app has been showing no frappes, milkshakes or ice cream for over a month. When you order in person you can buy a Frappe, lately I have been requesting a swap before they make my order. Please fix and clean the ice cream machine. The workers need to work on communication and consistency with the food. Theres no reason to get cold food. Its always slow in here even when its empty. Someone broke the screen next to the registers most likely due how long it takes to receive expensive fast food. Especially after the lobby closes, the amount of uber/doordash drivers waiting for pickup makes it impossible for anyone else to get food due to the wait time. Everyday its something else & the staff claims they do not speak or understand english. This cant be the people serving us food. There is staff that tries their hardest but if they are working with incompetence theres not much they can do. This community deserves better.

If I could give this McDonald’s no stars I would. Have 12 hours of travel with 4 more to go we stopped at this McDonald’s because it says that it is 24 hrs and McDonald’s is usually the only place open to the at at 3 in the morning. Pull up to a drive through two workers ignored us. A male and a female. Had they just said “hey, we’re closed” or anything like that I would have been fine. But you blatantly ignore us is so disrespectful and rude. Google literally says 24 hours. As we were driving away we saw them literally preparing to-go orders….

I did an order and the mcchicken I order was plain . No sauce nothing only the chicken with the bread. My order was also missing items I order he even didn’t give me a happy meal I order I had to go back and ask for it . This isn’t the first time I had problems with this location. They are always missing items .

The service was remarkably fast and efficient. Even with a steady stream of customers, the staff handled the orders with a friendly attitude and kept the line moving quickly. My food arrived hot and fresh, and it was clear that the kitchen team was on top of their game.<br>​The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained, providing a comfortable environment to sit down and enjoy a meal. Whether it is the perfectly salted fries or a classic burger, there is a reason this place remains a go to favorite. It is a dependable spot for a high quality experience every time.<br>​I really appreciated the convenience and the great service I received. I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I need a quick and tasty bite!

Food is always old and dry an whoever works on the afternoon shift around 1pm is always nasty and rude to customers whether ordering in or waiting for mobile orders. They always take very long to have the food ready even when there isn’t anyone in the lobby. Always seem unwilling to help customers and get mad at yo even when you show respect. You guys need to check your staff immediately it’s sad how they work.

Cashier was extremely disrespectful for absolutely no reason. I politely addressed an issue with redeeming a coupon from the app and instead of providing assistance or simply stating that he doesn't know, this little disgusting employee became very rude and dismissive of my issue and "sashayed" off like I was not even a customer. I gave up on redeeming my coupon and just requested for my 2 cheeseburgers that were already ordered. Eventually the employee came back and stood in front of me announcing my order like I was not standing there waiting for it. Pretty much ignoring yet holding my order in his hands. He knew it was mine, but instead of giving me my food, he decided to be unprofessional and act like a little bottom trying to intentionally provoke me. I remained calm and requested to speak to the manager to complain about the entire issue from the extremely rude employee to the malfunctioning kiosk that prevented me from placing my order. I received the fries and drink because that was part of the coupon deal, however, my fries were cold and my drink was about 2/3 cup full. I chose not to address that because at that point, I was completely unsatisfied.<br>I will not be returning to this location because no customer should be treated this way especially by a cashier who deliberately went out his way to disrespect customers instead of just doing his job. I however remained as respectful as I possibly could because I was raised to respect women. I honestly thought the employee was a female at first due to the dirty bonnet he had on his head. My apologies for not standing firm towards him man-2-man, but I guess I just didn't think I was interacting with one.

Just came to this McDonald's and had the new buffalo snack wrap and it was fire 🔥 could of had a bigger peace of chicken but the favor was nice with a lil spice 😋 customer service was great.<br>I love when you can have a awesome conversation with a double hair net guy

⭐️ 1-Star Review (Would give negative stars if possible)<br>This McDonald’s desperately needs corporate intervention. The guy cashier is rude and arrogant, talking back to customers and acting annoyed just for doing his job. The lady managers are no better — they stand around chatting, ignore the line, and refuse to fix mistakes.<br><br>Orders are constantly wrong, with missing items almost every time. Online orders aren’t made in order, causing long waits while staff stays confused. Meanwhile, delivery drivers get their orders early, even when customers who ordered first are still waiting. The kitchen is chaotic and unhygienic — food dropped and still used, no gloves, no care.<br>This place needs a full management overhaul and a serious inspection. Avoid this location at all costs.

This location is literally the worst. Whether your in the drive thru or in the store your waiting 30+ minutes. Also your food will most likely be cold after all that waiting. I waited 30 minutes for 2 sprites, a medium fry and a snack wrap, and when I got my food it was cold… not to mention the customer services sucks and nobody checks on you to see if people are being served or not .

I walked in, looking forward to sharing a delicious caramel frappe with my beautiful wife, a simple pleasure to brighten our day. Instead, I found myself waiting over 20 minutes for just two frappes, with not a single staff member bothering to check on the customers. What should have been a quick and enjoyable experience turned into a frustrating test of patience.

This is the 1st time in a long time that I received a McDonald's Sandwich and fries that were Hot n Ready! The Big Mac actually tasted great! I was amazed and ate it right in the parking lot because I didn't want it to get cold. Once I tried the hot fries, I was hooked. This location is in Queens on Sutphin and Linden Blvd. I took the drive-thru, and it was quick. [In my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice] I'll be back!

Went there and order mc chicken meal. Sendwich was not fresh and the fries was overcooked and hard. I ask to speak with manager but after waiting for him 10 mins and he didn’t show up. So I left the place. And this is not the 1st time that there food was below average….

Drive Through Clerk Rushing. Needed up a single order creating 2 orders. Idk why the McDonald's have such a problem with rewards points and how they accumulate. I'm not even using a coupon and asking to use my code to earn points.<br>After 4 times of them fixing "1" burger we decided to just cancel the sandwich and ask for a refund.<br>Was simple, enter rewards, make the burger how requested 3 times prior.<br>Lack of etiquette and need a total retraining for staff or complete new staff as younger employees were rude and stated, " I don't get paid for all this."
