I dont know what happened to this McDonald's the lobby was filthy floors looked like they haven't been moped for two shifts if i was manager I would be embarrassed to present my lobby this way especially serving food the service is terrible the register had no smile acts like we are bothering him my food was not hot so when I ask for the manager and explained she just walked away without even apologizing or making it right it i made a manager also aware about the conditions of tbe lobby and was told s person was on break but Iit looked like it wasn't moped nor a pickup since last shift. Training is differently in order if i was inspection you would of failed
