I’m so sick of these rude McDonald’s employees everywhere I go, I’m not even sure how this restaurant is still open. Clearly these people think we work for them when buying their products. So rude and abusive.

Makes you pay for 1 ranch and it was already pretty opened wow thank you guys definitely not food posion worthy!

I called to ask to replace my nuggets and lovely woman named Sonja picked up she was absolutely delightful and a very sweet and helpful lady she immediately fixed my problem and was well spoken and clear. She was very great at communicating and fixing my issue 10/10 service from the young miss! Haven’t had a better experience at this location she’s the best person to date that I’ve had the pleasure of receiving help from.

Lady at this restaurant would not accept my legal tender forced me to use. My card was very rude. Would not recommend going here

Worst customer service ever. Employee at the window put all the wrong order down and said I said it all wrong. Then started to roll her eyes, get loud and advised me to leave for asking for her name for I can make a complaint to her manager. Was escorted of property becuase I ask for a name from the upset lady at the counter. Ask she walk away she started to curse and yell and sound like ideas being toss. Then another lady started to escort me off property becuase I ask for a first name. After leaving I was advised they would call police and security.

Not my favorite. But every once in a while a sausage egg McMuffin hits the spot. On this particular day the person at the window didn't even speak to me, lol. I don't know what it's like to work for McDonald's but maybe I don't blame him.

By far the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Eugene area. The staff is friendly and efficient. Food was fresh and I received my order in a very timely manner. I will definitely be coming back

Terrible professionalism by entire staff,raising voices at each other,very rude to all customers pretty much. Well I have a 2 year old, and 4 year old, they do not to hear that kind of language

If you want to wait a half an hour 45 minutes and have the worst customer service in the world come by this McDonald's. Good luck getting help from the people that work here. The only thing that they're good at is ignoring their customers and making them wait. When I complain to them they definitely showed they didn't care one bit.

A little bit of a wait time before getting my order. The 2 milkshakes I ordered sat on the counter for around 8 minutes. Approached the counter to ask about my order and continued to get ignored until order was handed to me.

I do not like the self checkout for fast food places. But overall, this restaurant is fairly clean. Especially for the area that it's in<br>The staff at this restaurant Most of the time seems pretty friendly bathrooms are decent.<br>Lots of parking. You just have to dodge the homeless in the parking lot.

The worst meal I’ve ever had from<br>McDonald’s and that saying a lot! The McChicken strips were worse than tough jerky. Couldn’t even eat them!!! Husband had a fish sandwich and said it was also very tough. How is that even possible with fish? Tasted like they cooked these items about 12 hours ago.

There's not all that much to say about McDonald's that hasn't been said before. I've gone to this particular location quite a few times. Order on the app, get my food, and leave. Dining in is available as always, but it's one of my personal quick stops on the way home for the day.<br>The inside is clean for the most part, the staff are friendly and professional, and I've not had an incorrect order made so far. Their hazelnut coffee is a personal favorite of mine.

Went the drive thru, line moved quickly. Order was accurate and hot. No seating inside. No public restrooms at the moment. There is curbside pick up available.
