First of all I only order a fry and milk shake . Got the fries for free off app because I’m a loyal customer but return my one order of fries were soggg ice cold and rubbery . I already stood in line for 20 mins I wasn’t about to go back to do the same . I will neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr come back here . Manager is running around like a crew member . Light skin Caribbean girl . Tell her to do better .

I visit this McDonald’s location almost every day, but unfortunately my experience today has made me decide not to return.<br><br>Nearly every time I come in, I notice the manager speaking very rudely to both employees and customers. While she has not personally been rude to me, it creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment to witness so often.<br><br>Today I ordered a chicken biscuit and specifically asked that the biscuit not be hard, because many times in the past the biscuits have been overly hard. In my opinion, this shouldn’t even be something customers need to request. Despite my request, I was given a hard biscuit again.<br><br>I went back to the counter and asked for a refund, explaining that I would no longer be coming to this location. The employees then claimed that I asked for my biscuit “well done,” which is not what I said. I clearly asked for the biscuit not to be hard.<br><br>After that, a male manager told me not to return to McDonald’s after I had already stated that I would not be coming back. I found that response extremely rude and unprofessional, especially considering the order was not prepared as requested and the employee who took my order did not listen.<br><br>As someone who has been a regular customer here, it’s disappointing to feel like my concerns were dismissed. Unfortunately, this experience has cost this location a loyal customer.

I had the absolute worst experience at this location today on 1/28/2026. I came through the drive through and ordered a McCrispy and they immediately gave me difficulty through the drive through. They told me to pull off and sit in the parking lot and they would bring my food but I refused because the last time they told me this I waited in the parking lot for over half an hour. But anyway I complied and parked in the parking lot. And to no shock I waited again for over half an hour. The moment i got out my car to walk in and complain they saw me laughed and starting running to bring my food. So they purposely wanted to make me wait. when i opened my food the order was wrong and the sandwich was dry without the sauce. I ordered a spicy McCripsy and there was no sauce on food. They told me it comes with no sauce as if I have not ordered this multiple times and it came with sauce. Once they realized i knew i was talking about they start laughing AGAIN and told me they would remake it. This is not the first time i experienced such difficulty with this location. Below I have attached the picture of the two workers that gave me a hard time. I believe the male is the manager of the location and he condone this all of the behavoir from the staff. The woman is the one who was laughing and made my order wrong on purpose. Poor customer service

The manager was extremely rude and stated that both restrooms were out of order, despite the fact that one of them was clearly being used by staff. This behavior is unacceptable and misleading. I am requesting that appropriate action be taken regarding this employee’s conduct.

Literally the worse location. Young and unprofessional staff with no costumer service training. Arrived at the drive thru with no other vehicle infront of me received half my order told to pull up to the drive thru parking n wait for the other half… waited for 15 mins while other vehicles behind me received their orders. When I approached the window no one was aware there were vehicles waiting for their food myself bore the immediate vehicle that was behind me who was also told to wait . When we finally received our order they were incorrect. Every time I visit this location it’s nothing but incorrect/missing items and disappointments.

How are you guys always not paying attention to the order ice coffee is horrible I ask for no eggs as I usually do with the big breakfast I got egg no biscuit my extra items I paid for was not in my ice coffee I had to get a whole refund stop taking peoples money any given them poor quality items Manager please speak with your staff I door dashed as I usually do teach your employees about consistency the sad part is I order from McDonald’s form rockaway turnpike for the for time on thanksgiving and all 3 came perfectly made I said let me order from you guys this morning they will read the order but I was wrong do better people

I bought a drink with my meal and it was today and I explained try change my drink exchange my drink today and talk explain the found hair my drink and tell me can't do nothing drink the whole thing and he bring manger and I spoke manger and I said one coworker's fall hair drink and I tried to exchange my drink and<br>The manager says I can’t change my drink whole thing and you bring your family to McDonald's and you plan to bring the whole family to this McDonald's location and you order in person or deliver and I recommend making sure double double-check your meal and deliver and check out other McDonald's near your neighborhood and good day

Have a nice day everyone, I want to leave a review.<br>1. The quality of the coffee has decreased by 2 times, just warm water with milk.<br>2. The terminal is a machine that doesn’t always issue checks. It almost never issues checks.<br>3. Coffee has become more expensive, with taxes almost $3✓<br>4. I write honest reviews and do not earn anything from this.<br>5. McDonald's has become just a dump with tasteless food.<br>Sorry for the honest review. Good luck to everyone in life.

This place is nasty, never get my order correct always give old fries and old burgers that be sitting on the hot plate for hours! they also don’t wear hairnets and most of the people that work there currently have dreads or they hair out especially the people in the kitchen! the manger does not even wear one ! WORST MCDONALDS IN FAR ROCKAWAY !
