I used the drive thru. The service was fast. The servers were very courteous. My food was handed to me hot and the order was correct.
Drive thru prioritizes left lane over right lane.... 7 cars went thru on left lane while leaving me in right lane... lady told me to wait a moment. Mean while she proceeded to take 7 orders from cars in the left lane while I waited...

Terrible customer service. Employees yelled at me over a mobile order and wouldn’t let me speak. Completely disrespectful. Never coming back.

Placed a mobile order and was ignored at the counter. When I showed my receipt, employees yelled at me and wouldn’t let me speak. Felt disrespected and intimidated. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived at the drive-thru, I was only told to wait with no explanation at all. After waiting for a long time, I went inside to ask what was going on, but no one helped me. I had to say “hi” several times before someone finally came.<br><br>I showed the receipt that was sent to my email and was told “that’s not it.” Then they started talking among themselves and yelling at me. I explained that I had been waiting for a long time and that I was late for work, but both the cashier and another employee yelled at me as well.<br><br>Very poor customer service. I waited way too long for just one order of pancakes and a strawberry pie. If I could, I would give zero stars. I do not recommend this place.

Umm I called here to Oder some food with my family and they did NOT answer. I called back to back for hours and they had no response. I can’t believe how atrocious the customer service was. They need to shut down. I genuinely can not believe how bad this service was. My family was starving and we could not get any food. It makes me sick to my stomach how they claim to be fast food but nothing about their services is fast at all.

This low rating is specifically for the woman dressed in a pink top, grey pants, and a blue cap on Saturday, 9/20/2025 @ 12PM. I didn’t catch her name. Horrible customer service. I waited for a small black coffee meanwhile it was already prepared. Upon asking, she didn’t even bother to check and just said “YEAH IT’S COMING.” I was trying to catch someone else’s attention because she already had a horrible demeanor. Thankfully, someone else helped AND she had a better attitude.

The food was just horrible the fries were cold and tasteless the coffee I had which was a vanilla coffee had no taste nether its like they forgot what flavor was not to mention the big Mac Also had no flavor. Not to mention a meal was ordered that was supposed to include a collectable and there wasn't one seemed like they forgot how to do their job overall

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to … I went through the drive thru… little boy on his cell phone could not get my order right … I actually ordered sausage biscuit with cheese and a large sweet tea extra ice … doesn’t seem hard … wrong they gave me the wrong sandwich twice … 1st time sausage egg and cheese biscuit 2nd time egg and cheese biscuit … I guess I should be thankful I got the sweet tea with little ice …. Smdh you have to do better
Place is a bit nicer since the reno. The food is the same. They say half a slice of cheese on your Filet-O- Fish is customer recommended, but it's awkward.
I ordered through grubhub. I was trying to feed my family. My order last time was perfect. This time my bacon quarter pounder had no bacon. I was missing a six piece missing. One of the 10 piece nuggets was a little retarded piece. This should not count as a nugget. You should drop more nuggets if you have to. I guess there was no apple fritter so they gave me a blueberry muffin. And of course everything was cold. In everything you do you should do your best. Karma comes back to you.
Wish there was a negative rating! I ordered the breakfast burrito and a hot chocolate man your boy the og saw something wrong! Hot coco had the runs because it tasted like water and the burrito was the size of the inside of my hand! Like whoever made it was mad at the manger for coming in today! And it was cold! Come on @McDonald what's the deal here? Wasted my money because I could not go back and complain.
