I should note that I have only visited this location 4 times; 3 times on a weekday morning before 8am and once on a weekend in the afternoon. It is has a very clean and polished atmosphere with 2 restrooms, plenty of seating, enclosed, floor to ceiling windows that allow abundant natural light and a sense of tranquillity, a large parking lot, a drive through and at least 3 means of entry/ egress including ADA (handicap ♿) access.<br><br>I did notice a small number of homeless individuals nearby but none were inside the facility nor were they aggressive.<br><br>The food was served hot, fresh and delicious as is the standard for McDonald's.<br><br>My only complaint is the consistent lack of attention to proper customer service for those waiting in line to place an order, or pay with cash. Also, once the order is placed, even for very miniscule orders like a cup of black coffee, the staff seem to overlook this quick transaction and instead focus heavily on their Uber Eats and Drive Through customers. I have waited several times for more than 10 minutes on orders that typically take 1-3 minutes at other locations. Also, today I ordered a small breakfast sandwich with coffee and the staff member brought my order minus the coffee. I then had to ask her to kindly bring the coffee. That discrepancy shows a lack of structure that likely stems from poor management or insufficient technology and protocol. This location could benefit from additional customer service training and accountability training when handling orders. On every occasion, I have observed orders that were made and ready to be handed over but their staff was oblivious to the fact that the order was ready and waiting.<br><br>Please do better. You are already 95% of the way there.

If i could give zero I would. There is a tall slim worker disgruntled and needs anger management. NO customer service skills, need to be fired because she is untrainable. If you don’t like your job then LEAVE. Shame on the Manager who is probably too friendly with the staff.

There's an extreme amount of homeless people whom hang around here begging for money and food. Makes me very uncomfortable waiting for my food order and have to eat it outside on the corner due to the harassment and uncomfortability.<br>Please hire security and more staff!

I go here almost everyday for my kids. Normally its ok but today my mobile order got canceled by the store for whatever reason and I got my refund back. I tried to reorder using the App special 20 piece nugget with 40% off. I waited 15 minutes to reuse special but now its gone it said I used it but never got it. Manager did not help or try to help

Cookies were cold and McDonald's Corp. says they are supposed to be served warm. Coffee was lukewarm and I had to fight with them to give me another cup of hot coffee. I know I should be going someplace else for coffee like a Starbucks or a Dunkin' Donut and not a McDonald's. As for the cookies, it's hard to understand how they could get that wrong. It's really disappointing especially since the cookies are $1.19 each.

This McDonald’s has the worst management I’ve ever seen. The managers are disgusting they sit around talking to each other and to ransom people instead of actually doing their jobs. They talk down to employees and don’t show any professionalism at all. The service is extremely slow, and while customers are waiting forever for their food, the managers are just standing around instead of helping. Very dirty environment and very poorly run. I would not recommend coming here.

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this location was really disappointing. The store felt very unorganized the cashier was running back and forth trying to handle multiple things, which left me waiting a long time for my food. I asked to speak with a manager, and instead of helping, she had an attitude not just with me but even with the staff. That felt very unprofessional.<br>On top of that, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and there were people inside the store constantly asking customers for money, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat.<br>I do want to point out that the cashier, & the man handing out drinks, and the young lady who brought my food were all respectful and kind, so this isn’t about them. But overall, the management and cleanliness really need improvement. Unfortunately, I’d rate this visit a 0/10.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever visited. They had a six dollar meal on the menu that was delicious and affordable. It will full you up. It is very clean, and the workers are professional. I would always go to this restaurant.

Good experience overall. My family and I like to dine there because of the atmosphere. I've never seen any homeless people sleeping there or just sitting there occupying the tables and chairs that paying customers need to use.

I came here recently,it's not to far from Downstate hospital or Kings County hospital.Just 7-9 blocks East towards Utica Ave.The place has clean,nice atmosphere, there's plenty of parking.You can order directly with the cashier or use their automated order system.There's also a drive thru for your convenience.

Instead of actually making fresh fries, the worker lazily grabbed the ones sitting on top and gave them to me like I wouldn’t notice. At this point, it felt like they didn’t care at all. Not only was this disrespectful, but it was also completely unacceptable. If I’m spending my money, I expect fresh food and decent service—not attitude, laziness, and poor quality.<br><br>This location seriously needs to reevaluate its employees and train them properly on how to handle customers. The fact that I had to go back twice just to get what I paid for is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to beg for fresh food at a restaurant. McDonald’s needs to do better because this level of service is unacceptable.

Manager refused to give a customer a order that was not clean by any customer and chose to stay that I'm going. Eat it instead of giving it to the customer. That politely acts multiple times as nobody came. But the manager would ask the attitude saying that she's going to drink it because she wants it and doesn't want to give it to a customer that pay for Emil already. It's the manager with pink and newton orange hat

This store is horrible and management is constantly taking it upon themselves to change the store policy and procedures. I ordered 2 mcflurries for my son and I and I paid extra to have them both with M&Ms and oreos. The manager didn't mix it saying it will melt by the time we get home. The oreos are just sitting on top and the M&Ms somewhere on the bottom. The food is cold and I live 5 minutes away.

Went after 1am using the drivethru and waited about a half hour for food, because a bunch of guys waiting to pick up food for people ordering through Uber eats kept going pass the drivethru customers straight to the window to pick up their orders. The food was cold and tasteless by the time we got and ate it. Wish I could give no stars. You need to have a secondary window or something for these guys to pick up their orders, for you to properly deal with the drivethru customers more efficiently and quickly.
