I should note that I have only visited this location 4 times; 3 times on a weekday morning before 8am and once on a weekend in the afternoon. It is has a very clean and polished atmosphere with 2 restrooms, plenty of seating, enclosed, floor to ceiling windows that allow abundant natural light and a sense of tranquillity, a large parking lot, a drive through and at least 3 means of entry/ egress including ADA (handicap ♿) access.<br><br>I did notice a small number of homeless individuals nearby but none were inside the facility nor were they aggressive.<br><br>The food was served hot, fresh and delicious as is the standard for McDonald's.<br><br>My only complaint is the consistent lack of attention to proper customer service for those waiting in line to place an order, or pay with cash. Also, once the order is placed, even for very miniscule orders like a cup of black coffee, the staff seem to overlook this quick transaction and instead focus heavily on their Uber Eats and Drive Through customers. I have waited several times for more than 10 minutes on orders that typically take 1-3 minutes at other locations. Also, today I ordered a small breakfast sandwich with coffee and the staff member brought my order minus the coffee. I then had to ask her to kindly bring the coffee. That discrepancy shows a lack of structure that likely stems from poor management or insufficient technology and protocol. This location could benefit from additional customer service training and accountability training when handling orders. On every occasion, I have observed orders that were made and ready to be handed over but their staff was oblivious to the fact that the order was ready and waiting.<br><br>Please do better. You are already 95% of the way there.
