I’m missing items that I paid for. $23 dollars of my food not n my bag missing 3 hash browns and a lg drink

The worst one around. Every single time they make me wait for a sandwich for 10 minutes! Unacceptably long wait time.

I ordered a Mcchicken at this location and the sandwich was not bad but what stood out to me was how clean and well kept this facility is included their lavatory.<br><br>Another thing that stood out to me at this location was how attentive the front staff was in delivering satisfactory customer service. I definitely recommend this location.

If you’re looking to be mistreated by a bunch of teens and grown folk who behave like adolescents then this is the perfect branch to visit. Last night my sister and I went through the drive through. It felt like speed so of course we’re happy. We check number of items before we pulled off but we should have been more thorough. The only think is that the girl in the drive through had her back to us which we found rude.<br><br>In one box of chicken nuggets was just Mac sauce no nuggets. We ordered two orders of cookies which typically comes in packs of 3 and got two individual cookies. You didn’t just charge us full price for that right? Was stale and disgusting. The fries and drink were on point but our burgers felt as though someone had it it sitting out since yesterday. We contemplating returning and we did and that’s when we felt infuriated. As soon as the attendant at the window saw us she started laughing with her coworkers and didn’t want to open the window. We sat patiently, eventually we were greeted by her non chalant demeanor. She asked us if we wanted to purchase new cookies. Before we could loose our cool another employee jumped in to explain the Mac sauce and offered us new nuggets. At this point we didn’t want it it was so disrespectful. I guess this what happens when you hire kids. For the employees sake I won’t post her picture.

Gave me an old, crusty filet o fish and when I returned to get a fresh one he knew it was old

It's amazing and services the local community's needs ,from Africa... to the Disiaproa! no problem.. fresh, diverse affordable products and chill atmosphere 😜..I did not order prepared food.

The light skinned cashier was so lovely and welcoming! She went above and beyond to help me and even brought my food over. The service has really improved my food came out fast and fresh. The supervisor was also very helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Excellent customer service all around! they improved so much last time i went

The ladies in the day are better than the guys at night. The said they jave to go ooffsite to buy a $3 bag of ice which is why they charged extra.

Just make sure you check your food and your receipt. Ask for condiments like ketchup, sauce, and napkins (yes, napkins). Besides that, they make mistakes sometimes but overall the service is nice, and the staff is courteous.

I just got my order from this McDonald’s and I must say Layla the overnight crew member was phenomenal. Her manager and her other coworker was very helpful. My order was placed process quickly and handed with a smile. Kudos to the overnight crew at this McDonald’s.

I think this is genuinely the worst McDonald's experience available in the US. The drive thru cashier is rude, condescending, and has trouble understanding the McDonald's menu and what they have to offer. She had no idea about the Krispy Kreme donuts or the chicken strips. Even after reading word for word what the menu says she could not understand. I offered to come to the window and she could take my order there and she refused. To top it all off, no receipt with my order, I asked for a receipt and she said we don't have any. Terrible hospitality, terrible visit.

Oh God! I do NOT recommend this restaurant location. The food was literally unwrapped, my nuggets had 2 when i SPECIFICALLY asked for a 4 piece, and my drink WAS LITERALLY half way full. I Had to pay EXTRA. 20+ dollars! Woo! Do Not Recommend!!

So i went with my daughter after dropping off her bf for some food is asked for 2 double cheese burger deals, i asked the girl for my fries to be made fresh and without salt and when I got my food they were not fresh and I bit into a frie, it was something hard in it so I took it out of my mouth and I looked at it, it was a rock so I took a pic and im going to ask for my money back.

All melted ice cream, machines not working or whats going on. The cashier takes the ice cream back from me then both manager & cashier start looking at me taking their time to redo it & to top it off the manager goes like “its hard to believe that” right when i was holding the ice cream in front of him then they go ahead to give me the same quality ice cream WATERY SMH

Staff is friendly food is fresh but it’s like q hangout for neighborhood hoodlums and it’s dirty inside not well maintained or clean. I can’t say I felt unsafe but I wouldn’t come back here unless absolutely necessary. Only stopped because my mom was hungry after a doctors appointment.
