It’s 5:15 pm who ever is manager needs to get fired I’m just waiting around honking my horn for more than 20 mins she’s is just on her phone rolled her eyes at me like if I’m not the customer if ur so fed up with ur job quit it’s that simple

Do not buy here no good customer service. Waited 30 min to order food, 3 cars came after me and the employee took there order before mines then he had the nerve to cuss me when I told him about it. 3/3/26 @ 12 midnight.

There’s way too many teenagers in here when school hours are done they are very loud and rude and you can barely enjoy your meal with out them screaming throwing food or just sitting there taking up seats that other people could use and instead of the security guard asking them to leave or keep it down he just stands there looking lost or in a daze

Honestly, get management in this business ASAP. When wanted to order late at night. The only option is drive-through, but just people picking up through the main door late night pick up window. Employees are prioritizing DoorDash orders. Employees are rude and not willing to help. We did over 30 minutes for a simple food order that should’ve took in 10 minutes.

All ways service with good attitude when I go there well done with ur employees 👌🏾

Terrible management at this location.<br>I tried to redeem a valid McDVoice survey code, and the manager told me it ‘cannot be used because I ordered through the mobile app.’<br>This is completely false.<br><br>The McDVoice survey literally asks whether the order was placed by mobile app, kiosk, or counter, so claiming that mobile orders make the reward invalid is either a lie or pure incompetence.<br><br>The manager clearly has no idea how the store’s own system works and tried to cover it up with a made-up rule.<br>If the person in charge doesn’t understand basic McDonald’s policies, no wonder the customer experience is so poor.<br><br>Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Supriseling everytime I come here the staff are polite. Good kids developing good work ethics, they keep finding area clean & ask customers simple things like is everything OK & do you need anything like utensils & straws, "LIKE", Omg I'm starting to talk "LIKE" em. concerning the neighborhood I'm Surprised they do a excellent upkeep. This joint we'll deserves the $15+ minimum wage & a raise. Unlike most fast food joint getting a decent wage handing out crappy service. I COMMEND THESE YOUNGSTERS & KOODLES TO MANAGEMENT... finally a decent fast food joint.

Came here Saturday night to get food for my daughters and I and one of my daughters and myself ended up with diarrhea never again!! I'm done with fast food!! I ordered the crispy chicken deluxe and one of my daughters got the 2 cheeseburger meal.

I recently placed a delivery order through the McDonald's app and was disappointed to find several items missing upon delivery. When I went to the store to have my order corrected, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior from the manager, Maurizta. Instead of an apology or assistance, I was greeted with attitude, which made an already frustrating situation worse.<br>I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe customer service should always be respectful and helpful.

So I have to say this new McDonald's been through reconstruction n it's wonderful to look at. This new McDonald's look like Manhattan McDonald's no lie(but I feel the staff feels unsafe) the service is 3/5 so far but my stars is 4/5 for its new look #FaceLiftMcDonalds<br><br>Update: hello, this is very concerning about this McDonald's,<br>yes the McDonald's new face-lift looks good but the middle is open for anyone to walk right in is very UnSafe for the staff which is an hard for everyday Teens & older employees that do work 9-5 or late shift.<br><br>one of the staff members said she is afraid of some customers because of the outbursts over dip/ice cream & others things.<br><br>I call for a safer resolution for your staff members then this open table & cashier area.. pics down here<br><br>1 star for the Atmosphere because of the unsafe conditions the staff has to deal with. They need to change this asap

5 stars for the fact that the drive through people were so so so nice thank you for being nice and not being mean to me when I asked for a food order which technically should not be an inconvenience but you could have been mean but you were really nice 👍 breakfast was yummy

The service, and management has changed at this restaurant. It has improved, although I stood a little longer then I need it waiting for my order. But the floor manager at the time, dealt with the issue appropriately.<br>Update: this McDonald's and I'm going to say McDonalds. Because of this issue. I just bought what it supposed to be hot cakes, but they were cold. They gave me and you'll see in the picture all of this butter and only one syrup for three pancakes for an adult. You give a child one syrup, and when I asked for another I was told it would cost 50 cent. For this this McDonald's and McDonald's as a whole gets one star.

The worst Macdonald's ever. Had to wait 45 minutes for my order. Now serving screen not working. The place smelled really bad. Not enough employees . Bathroom not working.

The service is always good..... I never had bad service..... you know anybody giving me attitude or anything especially around here in East New York. Where it seems to be a common practice around here. It's always busy in there around 2 - 3 because that's when school lets up..... but one of my favorite things about the McDonald's is that it has a super large parking lot. And that's a wonderful thing for the simple fact that it's right off of Atlantic Avenue ( a Main Street in Brooklyn and Queens).... but as of September 9th 2017 they closed it to do reconstruction. But I'm sure it's going to be bigger and better once they reopen it in a month or two. But as for the customer service here, other McDonald's should take a note out of their playbook because the young men and young women here has great customer service skills and that means a lot.
