I’M JUST HAPPY THE SNACK WRAPS ARE BACK AND HERE TO STAY ! Because there ain’t nothing like a crispy ranch snack wrap . Even the snack wraps from Burger King , Wendy’s and KFC don’t compare to the snack wraps from McDonald’s . And of course they have really good fries and a very good McGriddles sandwich .

The service was terrible. The person who served me never stopped to talk to me, didn't try to help me with my order, and I'm very disappointed because I'm a frequent McDonald's customer. I'm very disappointed with this store, and I honestly won't be going back. I'd rather go to another establishment than return there.

Definitely the worst location ive been to. Its like a social club every time ive gone in there. Order placed at 6:24pm, and at 6:42pm at the time of the review, still waiting. Not to mention, i never get my drink, Everyone is always just chit chatting behind the counter during the busiest time of the evening, dinner time! No one notices when there's people standing at the counter needing help. And when someone finally does acknowledge a customer, its like they dont understand what is being asked.

Every time I come here they always forget to give me part of my order. Im always missing something could be anything like fries and or a sandwich. This is ridiculous. I dont care that you guys have lines. But its not fair I always have to fight to get a part of my order and you guys always give me a dirty look. I just want what I paid for like everybody else.

This McDonald’s at College Point (20th Ave) is always on point! The service here is consistently great — the staff is friendly, fast, and they really keep things moving even during the busy hours. The place is super clean every single time I stop by, which says a lot about the management. You can tell they care about the customer experience.<br><br>The food is always fresh, and now with the new NFL Jets Pack, it’s even better for families or groups. Perfect for sharing, and honestly a great deal. Even when the line is long, they handle it quick and the order always comes out right.<br><br>Great service, great food, great management. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s in Queens.

The staff at this store are incredibly lazy. They had an older woman operating the computer, and the problem is, she didn't know how! She couldn't find any orders for ages, wasting so much time. The younger staff were arrogant and just going through the motions; their efficiency was extremely low! There's a reason for the low rating; a 3.4 rating is an insult to the McDonald's brand.

I ordered through the McDonald’s app for curbside pickup and parked in the designated spot as instructed. I waited over 20 minutes, but no one brought out my order. In the end, they told me to go inside and pick it up myself. What kind of service is that? Totally defeats the purpose of curbside pickup.

Amazing Meal at McDonald’s!<br>We had a Happy Meal for our daughter — she absolutely loved it! The chicken nuggets were crispy and delicious. I tried the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and the Spicy Chicken Wrap, and both were packed with flavor. Everything was fresh, tasty, and served with a smile. Ordered to dine in from the kiosk and grabbed a number... order is supposed to be brought to your table.<br><br>🤔They called the number from the counter.<br><br>I was surprised, but walked up to get my tray anyways since my blood sugar was low... no time for delay.<br><br>Start to drink my medium Hi-C, no ice and warm... my second drink has ice. they swap it for something they already had sitting ready.😟<br><br>Blood sugar down to 62, no time for arguments.<br><br>Reach for my 4 piece nuggets, sauce I requested not included with my order😔<br><br>I head to the counter again and have to stand there for 5 minutes while no one comes to the register.😠<br><br>I flag down the manager... Can I have the sauce that was missing from my order? (Receipt in hand).<br><br>Hands me sauce with a hole in the top cover😔<br><br>Definitely my list visit to this store 4 sure!

Much better after renovating. But they still make mistakes like forgot adding one extra paid chicken pattie into my burger. Food is fresh. Employees attitude is getting better. Manager is accountable. I can see employees at this spot are really picking up.

The food is still good and the service still good, but the new remodel of the restaurant is just horrible… The seating used to be better. Now they remove all the nice seating to put in all the new machine. The nice outdoor was gone as well. They have no idea that most of the customers there are family with kids… I saw kids seating on the high chair and almost fall.. The even take out the nice outdoor seating………. The most ridiculous thing that happen was the password lock for the bathroom… When I ask the staffs to open it, they would pin in like some kind of top secret lock… I’m like chill dude it’s just a toilet………. I think this place is gonna lose lots of business with family with kids which we have one that is very near by and have nice seating area plus a playground in it…..<br><br>8/19/23<br>Bad management.
