No heating was provided during the winter for quite some time until many customers began complaining. Likewise, there has been no air conditioning upstairs during the hot summer months. They continue to make excuses, claiming the system is out of service. But if that is the case, should they really be accepting customers under such terrible conditions?

Between 2 AM on 4/26, I went through the drive-through and specifically requested a tote of fresh cookies. I repeated the word “fresh” to ensure there was no misunderstanding. However, I only waited about five minutes before receiving the order, which I found unusual, as in my previous experiences fresh cookies typically take closer to 10–12 minutes.<br><br>After receiving the order and driving off, I realized the cookies were not freshly baked, but instead appeared to have been reheated. Given the short wait time and my clear request, this did not come across as a misunderstanding, but rather as an intentional decision to provide what was already available instead of what was requested.<br><br>I was fully willing to wait, even in the pouring rain, to receive exactly what I had asked for and paid for. There were no other customers behind me, so volume or timing does not appear to have been a factor.<br><br>I did attempt to call the location twice shortly after to address this with the manager who specifically handed the order to me, but my calls went unanswered. If you have caller ID, those calls should reflect within that same timeframe.<br><br>While the staff, including the manager, were polite and respectful, I do not understand the urgency behind providing something that was not requested instead of fulfilling the order as specified.<br><br>Overall, the experience felt misleading and discouraging. I believe there is a need to reinforce accountability at the management level, along with stronger follow-through with staff, to ensure customers receive exactly what they request.

I usually order through my app on this location every morning 10 minutes before I get there. Front staff never pay attention to customers, and you cannot expect greeting or eye contact from staffs.<br>Casher was not trained and made ice coffee in his own way handed to me without receipt attached. I requested no sugar, but coffee was very sweet. Coffee is not filtered well so as crushed particles at the bottom of the cup.<br>Half of the people were doing nothing and still barely see casher at the desk helping with mobile customer.<br>It took 15 minutes after arriving at the store and asked staff to check ice coffee order. It's been on going issue for this store and seems like manager don't care.

I had a very disappointing experience. My order arrived incomplete and, when I returned it, instead of making it new, they returned it manipulated adding what was missing. This seemed unhygienic to me and generates distrust. The attention was not adequate nor did they show interest in solving the inconvenience correctly. I hope they improve these aspects.

Terrible customer service with a hostile staff. The kiosk spit out a receipt with #880. However, that wasn’t the correct receipt. I ordered a fish fillet meal. Finally, a hostile staff member figured it out before I was just about to leave and dispute the charge with my credit card. I rarely visit McDonald’s and this experience reminds me why I should keep away from these places.

Wow, THIS McDonald's is truly HORRIBLE.<br><br>Did a Mobile order. Pulled up to the drive thru, waited 3-4 mins (at a drive thru 3-4 mins and no one gets on the intecom? Seriously?)<br>Gave up...<br>- pulled up to the payment window, no one there.<br>- pulled up to the pickup window, and a staff kept who kept telling me for mobile orders, come in to pick it up... (then why have options on the app for drive thru pickup??)<br>After a few mins of arguing, she asked for order number, and then kept asking me - what I ordered? Do you not have a system to look up that order and find out what's in the order? Are you too lazy? Or just don't know how to use the system?<br><br>Another staff stepped in and lectured me... that 3-4 min wait at the intercom is ok, that I have to be more patient? Wow.<br><br>Management... if you are reading this...<br>if this is how you run your shop, expect to see more complaints and lose more customers.<br>If these staff worked for me, and if I find out any of this is true. I'd fire them both. Why would anyone want to come back to this?

Honestly, a lot of the younger workers dont take it seriously and constantly give the wrong order. You can see them joking and not paying attention. Then when you get your order they just all over the place. Gave me burgers unwrapped and all over in the bag. Like how unprofessional. The time I experienced it was around 6 o'clock on a Saturday in the evening. The manager was too busy to notice the unprofessionalism.

I brought in a BOGO survey code that is supposed to be accepted at all McDonald's. The manager would not accept a code from a McDonald's in Flushing or a McDonald's in Mineola. She made me buy something and fill out their survey before she would honor the BOGO code.

​I absolutely love using the McDonald's app to order ahead at this location. It makes everything so much more convenient and efficient. Every single time I place my order through the app, my food is ready and waiting for me, and it's always impressively fresh and hot.

We've repeatedly had issues at this branch with receiving outdated toys in our Happy Meals. It's disappointing for the kids to open the box and find a toy that doesn't match the one advertised.<br><br>Last week, we ordered the Minecraft Happy Meal but received Sonic and Minions toys instead. This week, we ordered the Squishmallows Happy Meal and were given a Minions toy again—specifically the same Minion (Dave) as before.<br><br>When we asked to exchange it last time, we were told that was all they had. We saw someone got the Minecraft toy and asked to exchange again. Then one of the staff exchanged for us. This week same thing happens and we asked for exchange again, they said the same thing "that's the only toy they have". It's very frustrating and feels misleading when the toys don’t match what’s promoted. We hope this issue can be addressed to improve future experiences.

My husband and I often use this drive-thru, and every time we come, the staff are always incredibly friendly and efficient. From placing our order to picking it up, everything goes smoothly and makes our experience so pleasant. We truly appreciate all the staff members.<br><br>Thank you for your great service!

I’m curious, why I give it 3 stars? NO aircon on the second, which made it feel like a quick buy and go. Maybe the manager could turn on the aircon when it’s hot. However, the food was delicious and the service was top-notch

I been coming here since it opened but the only time they made my order correct is when its not busy and staff is friendly if you show them respect how you would like to be treated.

I’ve been a loyal supporter of this McDonald’s branch for years, mostly because it’s the first McDonald’s that opened in the Table View area. I am so put off by the service that I don’t ever want to go back. The staff are rude, the orders are always wrong and the quality of food is just downright shocking. Ingredients just thrown onto a bun, shoved in a box and served with an I don’t care attitude.<br><br>FYI a medium chips should have more chips in than a regular chips.<br><br>McDonald’s Table View ,<br>They just don’t make it like they use to!
