Extremely bad experience!<br>I came to this disaster of a McDonald's on 5/1/26, placed an order in the app at 7:28 pm, 7 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. The ticket they stick on the bag was printed out at 7:34 pm. My food, when I finally got it at 8:01 pm, felt like it had been sitting around all that time. FAST FOOD, HA, HA, HA. LThe burgers were barely warm and the fries were sad and room temperature.<br>At the window, looking into the restaurant, the manager and several employees are standing around talking, the person at the window is just standing there, staring ahead, waiting for the 1 or 2 employees in the back to prepare the food. There's no team working together, they're all doing their own thing and that thing has nothing to do with producing food orders in a timely fashion. Never again shall I darken the door of this McDonald's. IT IS HORRIBLE!
