I think they may have a new manager because I have been here for brunch a few times and I don’t remember them confiscating our food once our time was up. The manager kept eyeing our table and whispering to people. We weren’t loud, we weren’t drunk. And there were plenty of open tables. I’m talking rows of open tables so they did not need the table.<br><br>They came to take our food immediately once our time was up because the manager told the waiter to, but I held on to the fruit cocktail because I was actively eating it. The waiter came back a minute later when I wasn’t paying attention and took the fruit cocktail. I used to have good service here, great service even. All the waiters and waitresses are great. It’s apparently the manager that doesn’t want you to get your moneys worth and will take the food you paid for right out from under you. Would not recommend eating here under this management.

Great service, tasty food. The churros were the best of the desserts. The horchata is also tasty. Andrew provided excellent service and was great to talk to. Cucumber Margarita was dangerously delicious. Fried calamari was also good. Tacos were delicious even the next day. Friendly staff that recommended off menu dishes for my particularly hungry dining companion.

Andrew was a phenomenal server and made us feel welcome and excited to try the menu. He described the dishes well and made good recommendations. His upbeat energy is unmatched. Highly recommend and would eat here again.

We only had all U can eat! The food was delicious. Server was fantastic. Told us what may be too spicy. Quality of food is wonderful. The amount of food is more than enough to eat esp in 90minutes. Fruit salad was fresh with seasonal fruits! Very happy we discovered Maya. If the weather was better we could have walked here and back. Will recommend friends and patients

Love this place! Officially my new favorite spot. The bottomless brunch is 100% worth it. Everything we tried was flavorful and perfectly done.<br>I also came back for happy hour, and wow! The margaritas were strong, exactly how they should be.<br>Special shoutout to Andrew, our server, hands down the best. Super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better.<br>Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Exceptional modern Mexican cuisine on the Upper East Side! The guacamole served in lava-rock bowls is amazing, and the margaritas are perfectly crafted. Chef Richard Sandoval's dishes blend traditional flavors with creative techniques beautifully. The atmosphere is vibrant and the service is excellent.

Maya NY is a great spot overall. The food is genuinely tasty and their brunch is especially impressive — fresh, flavorful, and really well put together. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy a relaxed, satisfying meal.<br><br>The one downside was the margarita, which was unfortunately below average and didn’t match the quality of the food. Service was decent — nothing extraordinary, but friendly and efficient enough to keep the experience enjoyable.<br><br>Overall, a solid place with great brunch vibes and good food. I’d happily come back, just skipping the margarita next time.

I stopped in at this restaurant for brunch! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked into a busy restaurant. I was greeted and sat An Rachel was my server and she was great. I ordered from their Bottomless brunch and a la carte menu. I ordered:<br><br>Red Sangria<br>Short Rib Flautas<br>Chicken Tinga Tacos<br>Huevos a la Mexicana<br>Mimosa Flight (Traditional, Mango, Strawberry, Maya with blood orange)<br>Traditional Margarita<br>Skirt steak Fajitas<br><br>The food as delicious and the Huevos were my favorite! All in all good experience!

Me and the girls went to brunch here, and it was such a great experience! I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was amazing — so attentive, on point, and fast. She never let our cups get empty, and the food came out non-stop. The portions may look small because they’re served “sharing style,” but don’t be fooled — it’s unlimited, so you’ll definitely leave full. The drinks were strong with just the right splash of orange juice, exactly how I like it.<br>We will be making this our spot

Maya is undoubted one of the best bottomless spots in the city. The Mexican flavors are spot on & delightful when you get both bottomless food & drinks. Definitely a great place with a group so you get to try everything from tacos, taquitos, enchiladas to dulce de leche french toast & fresh churros. The margs & mimosas are tasty & served generously. Service is kinda slow but not uncomfortably. Ambiance is nice though not like a typical vibrant colorful Mexican cantina. Prices are bit high but food quality is equally good & worth the price.

Hands down one of the best restaurants we have visited in a long long time. Service is impeccable. Andrew, our host, man his energy and positive attitude is just contagious. Watch out for that, "for sure" response from him. Hi Andrew, can you wrap this chicken and beans in the moon and have the moon slightly warmed up? "For sure". The only thing that didn't work for me? I promise you won't regret it. The people are super nice and food is amazing as well. The ambience is great as well. Pretty authentic. There was another hostess who was Mexican. Made our daughter feel extra special and was super nice to her.<br><br>They were all super patient and understanding due to the non stop special requests we had right from the begining. Can we sit in a 4 ppl table, FOR SURE, can we get something for our daughter which is not spicy, FOR SURE. The list goes on. The bill was not much as well. We ordered fajitas, tacos, beer with tomatoes drink which is spicy and Andrew mentioned that it's called Mezkal? I hope I got that right Andy ( but 7 to 2? Oh God, how do you digest that? Hahwhawhahw).<br><br>Anyways, please check this place out. It's not on a very busy street ( there was construction materials the day we went through) but traffic both pedestrians and vehicles is pretty decent. I mean it's NYC so take it with a pinch of salt when I say it's not busy street. But pretty close to central park. May be about 7-2 mins walk to the park?😁

I happened in here just before 7 last weekend when a place I’d been planning to go nearby was full. And what a find!! Who knew this place a) has a happy hour even on weekends that goes till 7 and b) it’s got to be one of the best deals on the UES with $5 margaritas and a selection of bites. I took one sip of my margarita, unsure of what $5 would get me, but it was legit and I quickly ordered another before the clock struck 7. I ordered the flautas off the happy hour menu, which were also quite good. In fact, the only bit of a letdown were the short rib tacos I ordered off the main menu, which were a bit dry . On the strength of their happy hour though, I’ll overlook that and be back for a return visit.

My husband and I have been dining at Maya for many years. The staff is so welcoming! The food is delicious with an abundance of flavors. It's also beautifully plated. We also love those delicious classic frozen margaritas. Yum! It's a great place to have a celebration too.

We visited Maya for the bottomless brunch and we loved the experience! I researched a lot of places offering brunch in NYC, but I picked Maya because of their unlimited entree choices in addition to the unlimited drinks.<br>We had the full 90 minutes and service was excellent throughout. They were quick to refill our glasses, take our orders for food and even let us know when to place our last order.<br>The drinks were great, I personally loved all the mimosas. The food was amazing.. loved the portion size and the quesadillas were my favorite. We tried all the food we wanted on the menu.<br>Overall, we loved the ambience, service and the brunch experience in Maya. Will happily come back for another brunch.
